You used a d2 kernel for this? (according to links)
If so you may want to update to jf kernel instead.

Whoops! I copied and pasted the OP from my old d2 thread. I did use the jf kernel and the links should now properly reflect that.

I'll probably try it tonight after I install CWM (assuming they've ironed it out by then).

A new version with the Loki-ifed kernel has been posted. Please use this version since the bootloader has not been fully unlocked yet!
Edit: Link down until further testing!

i might give it a shot later tonight after i get off work.

I also have a build finishing up. I'll try to have a test link out by 5:00 pm - just have to get the kernel Loki-fied and repack after the ZIP spits out.
Testers interested in testing should PM me for that link. Not posting it here but may elsewhere for the night - as trvrlol has the thread made first.

Hope not too sound noobish, but if we're on latest GB firmware, still need to use GB patch for this? Also, need to update radios for best performance? TIA
(I never RUU'd to ICS cuz never seemed proven to be better or more stable) I am JB s-off

[ROM][09.26.12][AOKP/4.1.1] UNOFFICIAL Build 3

As of 9.27.2012 TMartin has taken over the builds. For the most recent please follow his thread! Thanks All!
Files will stay for awhile in-case they are needed!
Hi guys!
This is an UN-official build of AOKP JB I did for the EVO LTE!
I will not be maintaining this ROM as I do not own this device, merely posting for general feedback for the developers that will be maintaining this!
That and Evolutionmods keeps provoking me... :silly:

I have passed this build onto Evolutionmods and he has reported that the same features as the Paranoid build are working! Claims it to feel very smooth!
Flash at own risk!
If you are hboot 1.15, you will either need to edit the updater-script to remove/hide..
Code:
package_extract_file("boot.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p21");
You will then need a pc to flash the boot.img! In fastboot only!
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Note: If you are running ParanoidAndroid or CM10 the boot.img supplied will boot with AOKP as well!

ThinkingBridge project consists of people (around the world now) that want to learn how to do things related to the Android Open Source Project. It's not just a fork that has a few features added in and some themes changed, or a project that just wants to see how many devices can be ported. We've all learned something in the process of porting devices, and creating features, and continue to do so. With contributions from other forks like CyanogenMod and CodeAurora we are able to learn from them and continue even with older devices.
Also, all of the sources can be publicly viewed through Github.

Edit 2: downloaded, and flashed.Link works just fine.
Im biting my tongue a bit here.. This rom is one fine peace of work. its very fast, and the chameleon engine is fantastic. I think ur beeing a bit polite, calling it an alpha i will get back with a full logcat, if issues should come up.. but for now, everything is working just great. i love that i have absolutely no lag at all on Tapatalk pro.. first time for that one. Thanks for bringing thinking bridge to Nexus7!

Too bad the developer has stopped developing for this ROM. This was a great ROM.

Awesome nice to see you here.. Good..... good........
While your in your rebase would it be possible to add comment to be able to disable fsync I always had mine off on other kernels and never had a problem even with hard reboot. That way it can be off or on.
Thanks...

There is tons of commits for it, that's my only issue with adding it. If you can dig up some commits for me I will gladly add it.

Nice work. Your new kernel is running very well. I hope you can implement the missing features from faux123, but it is your desision.
