I've tryed some many scrypt to root this device, but no one work; and I think cause it's on 4.1.2 Jb version
So I want to know if there's a way to root this device with this version or should I to downgrade it to 4.0.4 ICs (if it's possible!!) ?

Use the easy root under development
Root method is available for getting root on jellybean but thats kinda tough and most of the folks unabke to understand because it is not one cluck root method neither works on windows but i hope ya can do that if ya see this thread with video explaination.
Its actually not tough if ya see the video and try to follow the instruction properly as therazrguy is saying .

Its impossible to downgrade to ics ot gb because once ya upgrade ya cdt.bin will be changed , due to that and our locked bootloader we cant downgrade .

BMM is the best if u ask me. Safe strap has a lot of limitations

download the app named Bootmenu Manger from the play store. then hit on install and will automatically install the recovery!

It is my understanding that nearly all the flashing done here is with safestrap, which needs root to install. My messed up razr cannot get root and I'm wondering if there's a way to flash a different rom (even if it is stock). Since this razr is from China it does not have google apps and GPS doesn't work anymore (it worked when I was in China...)

Work for china leak too .. It only works for verizon and vodafone leak .. Please correct me if i am wrong

JB lockbootloader please, I cant live without rooted phone. .. .on munjeni's root many android doesnt work on our xgo

I think TS means jellybean as the Official Global version of Sony Xperia Go JB, 6.2.A.0.400.
Hi TS! Have you already rooted your xgo? if not, Do you have cwm? or maybe your xgo has unlocked b?
TS has to go the long way around if a rooted phone is wanted right now. B1n4ry method doesn't work (I tried).
Stock and locked JB ST27i
(Until someone can figure out an easy root with cwm solution for locked bl.)

you just have to download the newest version ( DooMLoRD_Easy-Rooting-Toolkit_v17_perf-event-exploit.zip ), Extract that .Zip, and running Runme.bat, and then the tools will running about 60sec, then your handheld will reboot and than the magic wil come to our HH...

Oh OK, just download the file from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335992 , extract it completely using winzip/winrar, go to the folder where its extracted and run "RUNME.bat", read and follow the instructions on screen ,And finally REBOOT our HH after the process is finished

I am new here. I am fro Bangladesh. I am using Motorola droid razr xt910. Currently my system version is ICS 4.0.4 official.

I want to update my version to JB. Please help me. I am not so much smart about this things. So, please can anyone tell me step by step procedure that how to install JB on my phone & what i need to do? Please help...
For middle east RAZR jellybean update has not yet released and i think its aint gonna release too but ya can flash .EU retail .
The method is very simple all ya need to do it install the drivers from moto official website and rsd lite in the forum .
And ya need to download the British retail (last one ) fastboot : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2231289
Once ya done everything now switch off ya phone and press vol down and vol up together and then power button .it will take ya to the bootloader now press vol down and select AP fastboot by pressing vol up .
Now connect ya razr to the pc . Let the drivers install .
Open rsd lite and browse to the fastboot files and follow the instruction .
Once everything done just flash it and wait till it says pass .
Profit .
Note : just charge ya battery to the 100% ( Most important step before flashing jellybean)

Look out into this forum and hit on the motorola drivers , it will redirect ya to official moto website where ya can download the drivers ( for windows, Linux and Mac) . Once ya done with downloading just install them into the laptop or ya PC . Now plug in ya phone via USB , it will automatically detect all the require drivers.

1. Did i need to back up my all files before update it.
2. Any language problem? I mean which language will be default?

Ya can backup ya apps if ya want them back on jellybean but system backup from titanium backup or else is worthless as ya going to update . So do not make backup because that ain't gonna work.
There is no language problem but i am not sure if bangla language is there or not but as we all know its Europe kernel so obviously default is English

emmm just that..? I've read some tutorials, we must migrate to ICS Europe and receiving JB via OTA. Sorry newbie dummie here... and my phone is already rooted with some system modification like system app converted to user app, any problem if I wanna flash JB via RSD. Is flash via RSD just like clean install in Windows / Linux desktop system..?

I would like to clear one thing if ya flash via rsd then it will completely take ya phone to the stock and it doesn't matter what all modification ya have done with ya razr .
Here I'm attaching a link just download British retail (last one i think) and flash that via rsd lite without any worries

That procedure is same for all of the region but may be fastboot files would be different so without knowing ya system version i cant help ya outta chucky.

Is there bat file( for windows) to root for my motorola razr xt910 ( 982.124.14 JB en.eu)? I have no wifi router or sthing like that to root via ubuntu. Just I have desktop computer and network wire with internet connection. Please help meeeeeeee :angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel:
Unfortunately till now we do not have any working toot method for windows and i believe none of dev is working on that too . So if it is possible get wifi connection from any of ya friends or in college and try to root on linux .

I root my chines JB via bat file, that file is flashing ICS kernel to get root and after that flashing back JB kernel
http://www.projectlense.com/RazrSpyder/Root/ maybe if somenone can swap kernel inside folder and edit bat file and check if that's work also for EU JB ?
If you will stuck at "waiting for device" you have too reboot phone in fastboot mode to flash kernel
It doesn't work on .EU Jellybean . I have tried it .

I meant My phone is already rooted but my friend's phone.. And he don't know how to root it using ubuntu. That is the problem. Ok thank you anyway.
I've decided to root my phone... as far as I know I won't lose my warranty If I'll be rooted right?
So All I want is just root permissions... NO custom ROMS or Kernels.
I am using GB stock 6.0.B.3.184 firmware android 2.3.7
So Do I need to unlock my bootloader to root? Or I can proceed without doing that?
And could someone provide me with link how to root Xperia Sola with GB stock firmware?

You can root without unlocking your bootloader. Bootloader need to be unlocked only if you want to flash custom kernels or roms like cm9,cm10, miui etc.

Confirmed on the first post that works on sola also. Hope works with gb also

How hard is it..? To unlock bootloader, As far as I know it can be done at Sony homepage, Whats the advantage of unlocking it and do it has any cons... already know that it means lost wariaty, and that's a risk.
And finally can bootloader be locked again? To make everything as it used to be?

Without unlocking the bootloader
And I was using Gingerbread
