From your software number I think that is a phone with Asia WWE CID (known as India), and here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2267998 is a thread with stock ROM's for it, but a newer version.
Otherwise, search google for RUU PRIMO DS and choose a ruu with Asia WWE in it.
If your phone is not with India CID, you will find a bunch of RUU's on different pages, so choose the one is for you.
