You need to lock your bootloader then go to Sony Service Center.

My bootloader is already locked,i want to unlock it but i get stuck at 13th step...will they have my bootloader unlocked?(will they unlock the bootloader for me/)

I don't think so as unblocked bootloader voids the warranty.
It's a procedure that you have to make alone.
Check this thread on how to unlock it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1527159

My lap didnt ask for any drivers...bt i installd manualy usinn device manager...and it worked perfctly and unlocked my BL

s-on s-off

I rooted my Neo some time ago, but I'm not sure whether it has S-OFF. How can I check? Thanks.
I had my Neo in original GB. I rooted it using this Flashtool procedure: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1709880. And the phone is with ICS now.
May I unlock bootloader now? And how?

These are 2 methods to unlock Bootloader
1. testpoint - I used that and it's really simple
2. Officialy
I prefer testpoint so here u are --> http://androidflip.com/unlock-xperia-phones-bootloader-without-losing-drm-data-track-id-working/
I would say go for official one.. because it is easy and anything official is great

Thank you guys, these are very helpful.

Cheers and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013!
Yess bro you are right.. but See basically once you unlock your bootloader and even if u again lock it, its in re-locked state and not locked state.. whatever it is.. once u unlock the bootloader you void your warrenty anyways.. so even if we lose DRM whats the big deal?
Because if that was the case then at first place we would not root the phone or unlock the bootloader.. we know what we have to face after doing it

lost DRM is not important !
You can repair your phone using sus whenever you want to by just relocking bl !
Yeah very much right..

It's not same.
lack of DRM certificate can easily be seen/spotted in service center, just by connecting phone to one program, which is not the case with "re-locked" or "un-patched" phone whose BL has been unlocked unofficialy via s1tool.

Well, if you flash fw for same region then there is no way to know that phone has been flashed with flashtool.
And if "you" are smart enough you will make backup ftf before you star messing with your phone.
Or smart enough to know how to trick SEUS or PCC to flash different fw, by editing build.prop.
Just FYI, my BL was unofficially unlocked, flashed so many times (though before service center I flashed it with correct region) and they replaced my motherboard with no problems.

So who ever put DRM in the first place was stupid, right?
That's your opinion, but you can't say it's not important.

[Q] Unlock bootloader with neo V 12w51

Hi,
I had a neo V with a bootloader unlocked via wotan.
I neet to repair it an SAT changed my phone...
now I have a neo V 12w51, and I can't unlock the bootloader via wotan.
Somebody can tell me how I can unlock the bootloader with a new neo v???
I have the "unlock bootloader allowed= NO"
Thanks
Unfortunatelly in your case you can't unlock your bootloader for free. You must chose some service and paid them for this...
I don't have any problem to pay.
But via wotan I can't do it because only works with 2011 phones.
somebody know how I can unlock it with a new board version (12w51)???

Since your phone says unlock bootloader allowed = No you may not be able to unlock it. Nd even if you can unlock the bootloader the only way is to do it via official sony site because your phone is 12w51.

can you send me the link to unlock via official?

The link you have is the correct link. And as far as I know 2011 devices means the series of devices and not the year of manufacturing. Just follow the steps given on the site.

But in this link says:
in your phone, tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.
My phone says: NO
.... I will try?

Since it says NO you can't unlock it officially try some other method. Just search how you can do it.

You only lose warranty if you unlock the bootloader, but if it says its not allowed then you cant do anything. But you can root anyways, its not necesary to have unlocked bootloader to root, if you need root there is one easy way, i cant post outside links because my account is new, just google mgyun vroot, enter the first option and download that tool, then you only have to plug in your phone with usb debugging on and click on the green button then just wait until it finishes. I hope this helped you somehow.
Worked!!!!!! Fukkin right!
It worked on my xperia u st25a with bootloader locked. Thanks man.

What country ? Because people in the UK are saying they spoke to Sony UK and they did not do anything.
It seems only Sony Spain are doing this for free for people.
Wonder if going on holiday to Spain will solve my problem
