Bluetooth speakers - Motorola Droid RAZR

Can anyone suggest any good Bluetooth mini speakers for our razr?

Go to bestbuy.com and search for "JBL Flip"
Bought these bad boys at best buy and they run just as good(if not better) than the "beats pill" and half the cost,

Hi there
For HQ sound you have the Jawbone Big Jambox or the Bose SoundLink 2, but they are expensive...

I've got the Soundfreaq Soundkick (SQ04). I love it. Use it with my Nexus 7 and RAZR all the time. It's not "small", but it isn't huge, and it has great sound. It also collapses in to make it a little smaller.
http://amzn.com/B007XOQI4S

I have the Jawbone Jambox (the smaller one) and I love it. I use it with all of my devices and have taken it on several vacations where it has been used thoroughly, including several trips to the beach. The battery lasts surprisingly long and the sound quality is superb! It fits in the palm of my hand but can fill a room with sound. Plus, the build quality is excellent and you can install new features from a web app by connecting it to your computer through USB.
Again, I highly recommend the Jambox!

yeah my brother has the JBL and they are pretty good. I use it with my razr.

Try the Creative D100. They sound almost as good as the Bose and the Big Jambox but only cost $50-60.

Just find one from Amazon.com , search: B00E8IDAF2

If you want something less expensive the HDMX Jam is $39.99. It works with my Razr. The newer Jam Plus is $49.99.

have you used the Bose soundlink ?? Id like to hear a few reviews on this looks like it will be my next accessory
Some of the Samsung docks (like EDD-D1G8BE) have a SPEAKER LINE OUT in the back. If you're connecting it to a nice speaker system this would make the sound a bit better than the headphone jack.
I got it at the base exchange. On the air force base in San Antonio
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G with Beats Audio using xda app-developers app
Which one did you get on base?
Power cord + audio patch cable + any device with audio in = my solution.
Cables are a dime a dozen and you can get something far quality with an audio in rather then trying to get something with a dock or BT connection.
I have a Motorokr eq5 bluetooth speaker that's I like to use. It sounds pretty dam good in my opinion. It cost me about 65$ but I use it every day for about 6-7hours straight.

OMG I just bought these a couple days ago. Amazing headphones! Plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty that protects the device from sweat. I'm about to write a review for these.
--edit--
I didn't read the first post...sorry.I think the motorola sport series are good. I've tried them before and the sound quality is good, but they don't fit on my head.
Jaybird freedoms....i jog and they dont even feel like they are on. Plus they are loud and clear. I have a evo lte i use for an mp3 player and surprisingly the beats audio in the evo makes a noticable difference then when using them in my s3. I dont know why since there wireless but definitely notice a difference and i have a pair of beats earbuds i can say the jaybirds sound just as good

It's as if no one bothers reading the OP's post. He doesn't want the jaybirds.
To OP, I've heard great things about the Motorola, but honestly I would recommend going wired. No need to worry about BT. Try a tunebelt armband that has a Velcro strap for the dangling wire of the earphones. If you must have wireless, try the moto.

I actually DON'T recommend the Motos over the JayBirds... I have both brands, including both S9 and S10s, and still believe the JayBirds are better in sound quality and comfort. There really is nothing better right now, I don't think...
That's why people keep ignoring the damn first post and saying go with JayBirds, lol.
i see that jaybird came out with the new JF4 headphones which is 40% smaller then the freedoms but it has less battery time. They also didnt fix the reception issues.. oh well, ill wait and see for now guys.
I have the Moto S10-HD they are great. They seem to sit a little low on my head but otherwise very comfortable and have stood up to running in extremely humid weather. Even withstood a small rainstorm that popped up during a run.

iBeats worth it?

Hey guys
I am getting a deal on rezound. The one with iBeats included is like $30-$35 more than the one without.
I am not able to decide if I should go with the one with the iBeats or the one without. Any idea?
With ibeats definitely, best headphones I've ever had
Sent from my ADR6425LVW using xda premium
Personal taste I guess. I think they sound like absolute trash.
Edit: I guess I should clarify. They are bass heavy headphones, but they aren't your typical bass-heavies. They boost mainly mid bass (as opposed to low bass), and they actually suppress mids and some of the highs. They're very boomy, but it sounds like a muddy mess to my ears. There's no definition in the mids whatsoever, and the highs get lost in the mix.
I can kinda agree with strike. But with the right eq app ( power amp is what I use) it can be cleaned up nicely. And much better sound than your average cheap ear buds.
Sent from my ADR6425LVW using xda premium
Yea, but for $40, I'd rather buy a set of mid-range Sennheiser CX 300s or Kilpsch Image S3s. For the $100 the iBeats would normally set you back, I'd get a set of Shure SE215s.

if you are not getting them for free i wouldn't pay more for them. The build quality is trash im on my 3rd pair from HTC.
as shrike said you can get a better pair for the same price. Not worth paying more for something that was just added as a gimmick IMO
i to use poweramp and its the only way to make them sound less bassie.
It has taken me 7 months with this phone to slowly perfect the EQ in power amp to get the maximum audio quality from the iBeats.

i've had mine since black friday sale right after launch and no problems with mine. They work fine for what they are, mid-priced in ear headphones.
Had mine for a year so far..durable build imo. Still sound like the day I got em. Beats are more of a gimmick but the best ones I've had in a while... Keep in mind I rarely buy headphones

They're the best ear buds I've ever had, but I've only owned those old ghetto iPod ones and some Skullcandy ones (smokin', FMJ and titan). The only sign of wear is some chipping of the paint.

LG G3 Earphones Thread

I didn't see a earphones thread so I wanted to start the topic. In my opinion LG did great with the 1 watt back speaker but kinda dropped the ball with the earphone Jack. I feel like it could be louder or maybe it's the earphones I'm using. I'm using the monster DNA ear buds and I just wanted to see what other user recommend for this sweet device.

Yeah, my HTC One's loudness was massive compare to G3's. And I'm using Sony MDR1-RNC headphones. The sound quality is ok but could be 2-3 steps more on the loudness scale.
The sound quality seems pretty good with my VSonic GR07 MKII , but more quantity (volume) is needed to drive them. I'm sure everything will be great after root is acquired and audio mods are applied.
I use the Shure SE846 IEMs, so I have a lot of isolation going here which means the volume is MORE than adequate, even for hip hop and metal. What really amazes me is just how CLEAR the sound is. No Viper4Android and even Spotify's "high" setting sounds great. MAN this is an upgrade from the Nexus 5.

Ha HA! Howdy friendo. Yeah, this is a diesel device for audio.
Volume through headphones depends on their sensitivity, does it not?
I have too many pairs of head/earphones to list. I just wait for good prices. I don't post over at Head but so many good recommendations there cost me much coin, lol!
I'm digging the sound quality no doubting that. Anyone know what DAC is in the G3?
It does, but raw output power is what it is and the G3's isn't nearly as much as the HTC M8, but honestly with a good pair that isolates well these have plenty of volume.
I used to have more than I have now, I'm keeping it simple because once you spend $1000 on headphones it's time to re-evaluate your life.
As for the DAC, I have no idea. There was a Wolfson DAC in the G2 but apparently not in the G3, but the tests I've seen on the G3 show that it's got the clearest audio output of any android device currently so who knows what's in there.
I just use the ones that came with the phone and there alright. I have used my K701's with the phone (directly) and i get a pretty decent sound out of it, loud enough though not super loud obviously.

So basically you're spending all this money on devices and then skimping out on the audio, ensuring that your expensive devices sound absolutely terrible when you actually use them for music. Good job.

Good to see someone has good taste in headphones.
I have the gr07's mk1
Great sound for the moolah
My main qualm with my old Z1 was the fact that it was way too low in terms of sound volume. The G3 is definitely louder, but not quite as loud as I want it.
There is a quick fix if you're rooted though, the thread can be found here.
The LG quad beats are actually quite good fit stock headphones. They are much better than apples ear pods. I normal just use my Boise free style in ear ones because they are comfortable she have decent sound quality. I just hate how all headphones are made for apple and you can't use the volume toggles, but the center button works for Google now.

That is weird that more headphones don't come with android-capable controls. It's not like the company needs different controls for every model, and there are a LOT more Android phones out there.
So I've tried my SE846, my VModa M100, and my Final Audio Pandora, and yep. This phone sounds awesome. Every single time.
