Mine has time stamp showing time sent instead of received. plus other features too check my mods in my signature... (search would have found it if you tried that)

you need to rename the secmms.odex file first. then you can install it. suggest you rename secmms.odex.1 and after installation you can delete it or move it to somewhere else. just make sure to use the version for your firmware. Go to my thread and read all about it

Shows up as "com.google.android.inputmethod.latin" in TB on my phone. Uninstalled it and all is good.

Don't worry, I took it from a thread and signed it so that I was able to install it on my non-rooted phone.

Looks the same to me. If this one stays in the market (unlike the last), that might be a better option for people who want it via .apk and not via flashing.

If you already have LatinIME or GoogleLatinIME you may have to delete it and move the new one and fix permissions and reboot.

I think we was talking about 4.2 Keyboard, this is not a question about my setup (i put my config parameters for help to understand my situation), this is a question about the android 4.2 keyboard, I told about the xperia S if one has an idea about it, but if that's any inconvenience, sorry for the question if inappropiate.
hi..this is my 1st mod mms.apk, it based on holo ICS 4.1 modified stock mms.apk..
i just modified a bit... next time will be more things changed color..
just want to share ^_^
if you like it, just download from link above then flash it to system/apk manually..
here is the steps :
1) extract the zip to your phone to get the "SecMms.apk".
2) paste it to /system/app.
3) remove or backup your stock SecMms.apk and its odex to .bak file (just rename it)
4) change permission of your new SecMms.apk to rw--r--r .
5) reboot

Have you tried to mod the secmms to stop the conversion of sms to mms after the message gets to long? Just wondering... i've tried and failed miserably LOL

I'm running chuckybeans masterrom v7, with cwm recovery and cocore kernel v 5.6.2+
I tried to flash your secmms.apk as told, step by step.
Used ES File Explorer with root permissions to copy the file
Now, the problem is, that my device wont start... just shows the first screen with device model and so on
then it turns off again...
donwload and recovery mode are still functioning
Can you help me, please?

Dont worry, Its working in my Tablet Z (SGP312) . We, the TZ users, have been facing lags with settings, But now Its working fine without lags :good:. But I have another question.
Do you have the option to Enable/Disable the Double Tap2Wake in TZ2? Because I cant find it, but Its activated.
And
Could you give me SemcSettings.apk Customizedsettings.apk, SoundEnhacement.apk and SuperStamina.apk?

I updated my tablet to firmaware .402 since I uploaded settings apk this morning so I also uploaded the new version.
I do have the option to Enable/Disable the Double Tap2Wake in the display section)
