[Q] I cant stop vibration on incoming call? HELP - HTC Desire X

Hi guys, i am a new Desire X user, i come from Sony Xperia Sola phone and forum.
I like the DX very much but i have two very important questions for you:
1. Vibration is always on when i have incoming call, how to stop vibration?
2. How to answer a call without dragging the Screen Circle to green phone, i want to have only the green and red phone and just touch them to answer.
Thanx in advance and i am happy to be here.

I have liked it, Its much smoother and faster to use. Although you should consider the experience of others too. There is a thread in this HTC Desire X Forum which lists the pros and cons of JB.

Thanx mate, about the second question i had - how can i make the call screen to be Red and Green phones and not to slide them but only to touch them and to answer?
And is there any chance to remove that lockscreen with the circle?

Seems like a lot of people are getting the same problem... And it seemed that it is not only for CM9; but on almost all custom ROMs. This problem doesn't happen to everyone; but seemed to happen to quite a number of people (some quote from CM9 thread)

I also got this problem (both on speed rom 6.5 and energy stock 8/1).... I have no clue as to why it happen though. Happened to two different Amaze unit and doesn't happen all the time. So, it might not be hardware related; but, rather software related
this would happen if you used a 3rd party lockscreen on sense because the lockscreens mess with multi touch. try this out and see if it helps

OMG, i never thought of that. I did use Holo Locker because I don't like the fact that I can pull down the status bar on the lock screen (and I'm bored with sense locker too)
I probably have seen your thread; but, never really think it's related because I only realize the issue on the keyboard... I guess, I will try your fix and give an update later when I get back to my Amaze.
Thank you so much

Having the same issue but on CM9 there is no sense at all so it can't be the same reason...
I keep having the same problem. Especially when it comes to gaming. I tried playing Dead Trigger but the touch controls lag become so unresponsive. I tried running another ROM, and I don't have the issue. It appears only in CM9 for me

I didn't notice any difference between ICS and JB on wifi; but I don't use it very much.
Sense is very bad... till then using Apex launcer and some replacement for sense appearance.
Waiting for fixing and new transparents skins (no chance for full sense) and for custom JB ROM
I also noticed that the range of the wifi is worse then I had on ICS.

I, personally, like it but that's entirely personal preference. However, there are plenty of apps in the Play store that may be more to your liking.

Again there are some apps: battery widget reborn has a really cool expandable notification with all the detail you could want. They may help smooth things out for you. (You use 2 fingers and drag a notification down to expand it in JB for anyone not familiar with it.)
Don't forget you can always revert to ICS if you want as well! I hope that's of some help to you.

HTC One X+ Clock problem

Hi All
Just noticed that the time on my one x+ is not keeping correctly. The time is shown in essentially 4 locations, the widget, the settings menu, the notification bar and the lock screen.
Strangely the time in the notification bar is not matching with the other 3 locations, has anyone else noticed this issue? My view is that it is the phone but have no idea why.
Any input would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Khuz

I don't really want to have to do a factory reset on it to be totally honest because it is a pain.. I don't understand what could be causing a problem on both my devices. My little brother has the s3 and a nexus 7 and hasn't noticed a problem.. Does anyone know how I would go about doing a diagnostic test on the one x+ I have done it before but can't remember how to do it and how to get into recovery mode..
Also stupid question, does the phone need to be charged for 24hours before use I can't remember if it did or not..
I too have this problem...........I am running stock sense not rooted ....the clock widget is Clock JB
Guys any Idea hw I can get rid of this issue..the problem still presists everytime I have to remove the Clock JB widget nd add it again.....Its such a pain

Hi, I am still using the default ICS 4.0 of DesireX, havent updated it yet. I just want to make sure everything is fixed before I update. Can i have feedback regarding the latest 10mb update from DX? is it good? how about the sound/notification bugs? is it resolved?
