It should be in the systemui.apk
So I pull systemui.apk out the icon on 4.1.2 then put in 4.2.2 and reboot and delete the old one?

I checked the ROM but they are not specific. Is there a Jelly Bean ROM with all the S3 goodies? TouchWiz...Lockscreen, Toggles, etc?

You can try an app called StatusBar+. It overlays the stock status bar, and has a bunch of customizations.

System settings > general tab > base settings > status bar > uncheck show carrier label

V20D is Android 4.1, not 4.2.
For that, you can theme your SystemUI.apk (located at /system/app as I remember...) with UOT Kitchen.
