Can anyone install gameloft game on Archos 101?
If can ? Please tell me how to do that .

You can't do this the bright and loyal way ... But some games work.
Here is a hint, first buy a game for your smartphone (assuming you have one).
Then legaly you can use the same apk to install it on your tablet.
In this forum you'll find the list of working versions for a lot of games (search is your friend)
Edit : I'm talking about Gameloft games of course (Dungeon hunter 3.4.6 works flawlessly as an example)
The gameloft games need sdcard location for game data.
When I install the game of gameloft( I download it from MARKET),and want to download the game dat to the location of sdcard.But always show message " need sdcard free space"!
This is why I ask.
From what I read on another forum, the Samsung Gameloft games work. On my 70, I got NFS working after it connected and downloaded 100mg to the sd card. But tried two other games and they didn't work and got the same error you mentioned.
On my Archos 70S, the following Gameloft games work:
Asphalt 5
Assassin's Creed - Altair's Chronicles (Great game!)
Avatar
Gangstar: West Coast Hustle (Not very fluid but playable)
Let's Golf!
Modern Combat: Sandstorm
Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus
Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X
UNO
All working using Galaxy S or Fascinate version. I bet some more will work, but I haven't tested all games. Gangstar: Miami Vindication and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction do not work
Yes , I can play NFS too.
But I find the NFS game data location is sdcard/android/data/..
And Gameloft game data location is sdcard/gameloft/....
There are different.

Can you tell me what version did you install for Modern Combat 2 and Avatar ? Is it work fully ?

NFS works well on my Archos.
But Asphalt 5 HD doesn't find my SD card. So, it doesn't start.
Tried Assassin Creed but it is not fullscreen so command like pad are... don't know how to tell : i must tap screen ABOVE the choice, not on the choice itself.

Can't find them for galaxy s or archos.
I'm dutch to so maybe you could send me them by e-mail/msn?
Edit: I have an A43IT btw, don't know if it will work for that device?

Modern Combat 2 V3.3.0 Galaxy S (download the SD data from somewhere on your desktop)
Avatar V3.2.7 Galaxy S (download the SD data on your device)

Use Asphalt 5 HD V3.1.9 Galaxy S and download the SD data on your device.

Which games do you exactly want? For some games you also need pre-downloaded SD data files for on the internal storage.

If not difficultly and me,please(I have A70)...
I can't get Hawx, Assasins Creed or Avatar to work on my A43IT
All the others work just fine..
I don't know what the problem is, when I click on install for these three they start installing and then quit with the message Application not installed. And the only thing I can click is close.
I have the latest firmware (2.1.4).
Do I need a hack to run this on the A43IT or is it just my device failing?
All the other games work like crazy...
I hope someone has a fix for this... Really want to play hawx.

this question is not what gameloft games work on archos but rather how to play games without using the SD card . . like my archos70IT 250gb . . gameloft games want to install their files on the SD card, but since the 250gb version doesn't have an SD card . . i can't play gameloft games

dont know dude i have tried a few games but i dont like the 2d basics whit no graphics, try a psx emulator you can run mortal combat tekken etc a bit laggy but its ok you neeed to oc to play them

Rummyfight. It's a turn-based (like words with friends) rummy-like game. Free version allows for something like 5 games (last I checked), and paid is unlimited games.
Also check out OLO (a bit like glow hockey but more intelligent IMO)
I also love 4 player reactor.

So you know how if you go to the google play store on your computer and look up games it will tell you if your device is compatible with that game? Well I was looking at games and googe play said my galaxy note can play both Final Fantasy III and GTA3, however it said I cannot play Chrono Trigger. Now the Final Fantasy III in question is the remake so both it and GTA 3 are 3D games released post 2000, but Chrono Trigger is a 2D game released in the 90's. I can play other Square Enix 2D games like Final Fantasy Dimensions and Crystal Defenders so what is it about Chrono Trigger that makes it unplayable but other 3D games are playable for my phone?
