Hello guys, im just new here.. I really want to install PROVISION rom to my htc desire s.. yeah i love flashing roms..
I am having a problem flashing that rom to my Desire S. it always gets stock to status 7. i already done deleting apollo.apk and
browser.apk but still nothing happens. please guys i need you help. i really love that rom.

Hey guys, I've never cooked a ROM before but I want to give it a try. Now someone on the Desire HD forums used a Desire S 2.3 ROM and ported it for the DHD.
I want to do the same thing, but I have a whole new plan on what to add to the ROM. I just need to know how I can get the Desire S ROM to work on the DHD like he did.
Are they cross-flashable? Meaning can I just flash the Desire S ROM onto the DHD and it will work normally?
If not, could someone please explain to me how I would port this ROM over so that I can use it with the DHD?

I don't know which one I'm going to chose yet, but I can figure that out later once I learn how to port it over to the DHD.

I own a HTC Desire S which i recently rooted and i installed anther rom (Primo S 4.1) and everything worked great...But everytime i try to install some other rom they dont boot for some reason. i even tried with rom manager and it doesn't work. so it got me thinking that maybe its because i didn't s-off my phone (because i didn't really know how to).
so now i want to s-off my phone but i have HBoot 2.02 and im finding it very difficult to do...
WHAT CAN I DO? PLS HELP ME.

Hello all, I am really desperate.
I installed CWM and rooted my HTC desire.
I was having a look around CWM settings to try and do a factory reset, but instead deleted the stock ROM from my phone.
It's a UK based phone.
I can't believe how stupid I am.
I can easily re install the rom via a micro SD card but it seems impossible to get ahold of the stock rom. Even HTC themselves didn't have it on their list. (which is annoying!)
Please can someone help me, I know it's not the best phone in the world but I'm travelling in the coming week and I need to be able to contact my family. Does anyone have any rom I could use so the stupid thing turns on!

I have searched all of the forums and didn't find anyone developing roms, kernels, etc for the HTC Desire 310... If anyone is doing that, please respond!! I want to know when will I be able to install CM 11 to my phone.. or when will we have KitKat Update for our smartphone..
