i recommend lupus v3GB+ICS 480p cause i used same kernel for xperia play..so you should be fine.

install titanium backup or other and remove it from system/app..then move this apk to system/app and give permissions r-r-r-w
reboot. voilá,trebuchet.

default z home? this is hybrid rom..just put the launcher you want as i said for trebuchet.

if someone put here the link to that kernel or other that it worked for neoL,please put here the link,i will add it to 1 post.
rom control has some bugs..its only partial working but its nice to have a bit more features than the usual.
