Dear developer sir,
Is any custom ROM is there which is unrooted???
ROM should consists:
1. Samsung S4 launcher, theme, icon, widgets
2. Beats audio
3. Internet speed tweaks
4. Butter smooth
5. Modded Mms.apk with new look and fast
6. Automatic battery calibration
7. Increased battery back up.
8. S4 calender
9. Faster Download manager with multi connection n resume support which can take link automatically.
10. Remove crap micromax applications, registration, trial games.
11. Flashing should not bring wifi nvram error
And IMEI invalid issues.
Dont need xposed or viper applications. I never used this applications.
I personally and many others found that unrooted stock having much more battery backup.
Plz if any rom is there... suggest.
Anyone liked my idea of ROM???

Install ROM , then go to superSU and select permanent unrooot ...it will unroot your phone while keeping same ROM

Flash this one..
flashing this will fix your camera..
and revert back to stock app..
this mod was only for Deodexed rom..
if possible work on odex (stock rom)

install ur all mod, download 'odex me', it would odex ur /system/app folder. now copy ur all modded app frm /system/app to sdcard along with their odex files, and share the apps, it will be ur odex mods.

Default camera app needed
Can someone please upload the default camera app of Micromax a116?
I think I deleted it accidentally while removing unnecessary system apps... :crying:
Preferably in .apk format as I havent installed CWM recovery and would prefer not to.. unless absolutely needed
P.s. - Im using stock rom with NO modifications except root.
I deleted the video player app and gallery app, maybe that was bundled with the camera app :-/

Bro I just downloaded d file sucessfully havent installed it yet kept it as a backup iam using jellyxperia which is the most stable n.fastest rom till now

Hi i flashed this rom too seems tht colors are fixed now quality much improved but i am getting a bit lag while scrolling even playing heavy games.. i dont want to revert back to previous rom cause of colours.......are you guys facing similar problemss ever nova laucher is lagging while app drawer scrolling...

I noticed lags with temple run 2 with music player ON once , but since then its been smooth. I use Atom Launcher which doesn't lag , Nova launcher wasn't as smooth even in v.16 for me.

its just an apk so u can try installing it normally but if u are on 4.2.1 this feature should be availble just look in the call settings go in to user profile and see the setting it is their it says _ vibrate devise for incoming call just chek it and it should work i just saw the same on my phone im using 4.2.1 stock rom:good::laugh:

It's for 4.2.
I found that after flashing I have lost my both IMEI. Tried to restore with MobileUncle tools backup but MUT stuck in loading screen also tried with Engineer Mode but No luck due to Force to Close

there is another way try Xposed installer and gravity box latest module this thing is included in that module

Agree with manishsharma17, Xposed and GravityBox is the best solution for this. I have been using Xposed and its really great.

The blow to unlock actually unlocks if you make any sound. It gets unlocked if a song is playing nearby too.
It is fun and great tactic by micro max, working on my hd2 too...thank you bro:thumbup:

To enable blow to unlock
1. install munlock.apk
2. open munlock app from the menu.
3. tap on the lock icon/pic which appears on the screen to enable "Blow/Shake to unlock"
Please don't try to find "blow to unlock" in Settings-->Security--> Screen Lock , because it doesn't appear there.

Installed it on Samsung Galaxy Y. The shake to unlock function works well but not the "blow to unlock"..
Any suggestion?

I think the borqs music & video player depend on some libraries (.so files) , but i'm not able to pin point those.
i tried to port the canvas 4 rom to canvas HD rom, but the music player,video player & popup browser are not working.
i keep getting the application is disabled error.
but everything else works fine, the camera is working, wifi is working, the smart gestures are also working.
canvas hd is my first android device, so i'm new to android & android development.
i'll keep on trying to get those apps to work.

Great.. why don't you co-ordinate with Abhishek who has also ported Canvas 4 Rom to Canvas HD & all these features are working except Camera.
You have written that Camera is working on your device. May-be you both can roll out a Canvas 4 Rom which has all features/application working.

In terms of compatibility n stability stock itself is the best rom n wait for sometime ithink in next update micromax will give many feature of s4 like it did in canvas 4

Canvas 4 is great but it also has some compatibility issues in this rom I was not able to run street fighter 4 it gives force close error where as in stock rom in runs flawlessly n I think this might also happen with other apps

There is no "Best ROM" because everyone has a different opinion, and everyone has different things they want in a ROM. This is why we don't allow/care for best Rom threads. There already 3 in this Q&A section alone, and 2 were made in the last 24 hours. Plus it tends to lead to fighting and arguing over the silliest things in life-like phones.
Best thing to do is to read the threads of ROMs you are interested in, flash the ones that look good for you, and try them out and make your own decision about things.
(copy/pasting this closing message like a winzipper makes a ROM)
