CM10 sucks for call volume. Speaker volume is barely loud. Any suggestions?

Same way you do when you have the headphones off.

When I'm using my earphones to make a call, the volume is too loud even when set on low. I tried downloading some volume control apps but none helped.
Any ideas?
I'm on mik's 6.5.8 with golden leaf 111206 kernel.
Anyone else find that even at the lowest phone ringtone volume it is still incredibly loud?
It's just about as loud at its lowest volume than my SGS1 was at 3/4 volume.
In calls (on speaker which i put on my ear), i set the volume to minimum, and its still so loud that everybody around me can hear my conversation. Is there any way to fix that? And when i put call on speaker, volume is lower than on the internal speaker.
Go up then down with volume rocker when in call.

mic volume is too low during call. but when i record my sound it seems it's ok, but when i call to another phone it's too low.
hwo can i fix it any ideas?
