I have been modding ROMs on my own devices for years. This is my first attempt to share some with you. Please excuse if things don't work the first go round. I work for a living and this is a hobby (would like to keep it that way), so please be patient when posting. I chose this ROM because I like it, and there is good support. I like TW and only try to improve the UI. FEEL FREE TO MAKE REQUESTS, THE WORST THAT CAN HAPPEN IS I SAY NO
I am not responsible for borking your device, nor causing any damage or stress to you or your device. I would hope that you know what your doing, and if not,
please read, read, read before attempting to use my mods. Please make a backup before flashing. If you are flashing my mods, your warranty is already void before starting, so don't blame me.
THESE THEMES and MODS ARE ONLY TESTED WITH STOCK GOLDENEYE 3.0/4.0 ATT/TMO, BUT MAY WORK WITH OTHER ROMs BASED ON XXUBMF8/XXUBMGAPLEASE READ BEFORE FLASHING
INSTUCTIONS:
All of my mods/themes can be flashed in recovery
DOWNLOAD and flash in recovery (TWRP is recommended)
I used TWRP to test and can't guarantee CWM will work, but your welcome to try if you know what your doing.

I'm a little confused. I see a battery in your pick and that should be a circle with percent text inside. Also the signal bars should be blue. Are you on Goldeneye 3.0 rom? If so, have you installed any other themes or mods? Compare the pics I posted a few back.

Blue status bar mod ineffabillis 1.4

Here's a blue status bar mod that I put together for ineffabillis. Special thanks to flyhalf for his blue icons and who_Mike_d for his original blue statusbar mod where I got the images from. I take no credit for any of this. I just put it together. If anyone wants to jump in and do some xml editing for the text color that would be awesome because I don't know a thing about xml.

Battery Mods+Transparent notification~All ROMS~Fixed for UKB

This is a transparent notification/status bar mod that includes the accurate honeycomb style battery mod!] This Mod will NOT bork your power menu
Repackaged these mods because they were causing issues for UKB users. It previously modified frameworkres, I have completely removed the frameworkres mods from the zips and repackaged/signed. Should work on any deoodex rom I have personally seen them work on odex as well.

There likely is ... I'll download and tear down the apk to see if I can find it .. it also may just be by making it transparent in system .. system actually uses an opaque image and then transparents it through an XML so wiping off half the opaqueness may do it

Is it possible to get a solid black bar instead of transparent? Either that, or fix the solid black areas that should be transparent on the icons. Right now there's a weird mix of blue, white, grey, and black that isn't very consistent.
Thank you for the efforts though.

[THEME]Droid DNA Cubed

I doubt I'll do much more with this. I took the parts of other things that were out there and rolled them up how I liked. The majority of this is from nitsuj17, some of it I got other places, and some of it I made myself.
Anybody who knows me knows I like some color in my status bar. I did not want to make a whole ROM, so I made this.
This is for a deodexed stock system.
It has:
Wake with volume keys
Hidden GPS icon
Hidden debugging icon
AOSP recents
Rotating Rosie
5x6 app drawer
Remap recents button
Hidden NFC icon
Advanced Power Menu
Removed three dots menu
Centered clock
Accurate battery
And of course, the colored icons in the status bar, and the custom lockring!
I think that's it. Flash it in recovery.

Also, to those trying these without a custom recovery:
1. Make sure you backup (or know where to find) a copy of your original systemui.apk, or any other files you replace. No nandroids here.
2. If you are not on at&t or rogers, do not try these without a custom recovery (twrp or cwm). Minor differences in these system files can easily cause a boot loop, which in the absence of a recovery can be a soft brick!

Unless you've changed anything from stock (other than rooting), youre odexed.
Thanks guys. Sorry still learning. I hit the thanks button for both of you

can you make one and Remove the stupid steering wheel icon (i like to have driving mode on at all time) and the stupid eye icon (for smart stay)? thanks!
Nice work man. I am just getting my feet wet with the device and haven't looked around, but I am assuming the latest version of apk tool is de-compiling this systemui no problem?
Also, to those trying these without a custom recovery:
1. Make sure you backup (or know where to find) a copy of your original systemui.apk, or any other files you replace. No nandroids here.
2. If you are not on at&t, do not try these without a custom recovery (twrp or cwm). Minor differences in these system files can easily cause a boot loop, which in the absence of a recovery can be a soft brick!
Don't mean to hijack your thread bro, but this stuff is essential.

Have not looked into removing that stuff...and I think might have to do smali edits to do eye icon and I don't know smali well enough and with odexed can't do them
There might be away to make them trans so you don't see them but they would still be there and that's if them icons are in the systemui and not the framework-res apk

Can't dubble click on it to install it has to be pushed to /system/app and if your not sure on what your doing I would wait till we get the boot loader unlocked and a custom recovery..if you mess up on the push it could cause a soft brick

Yes I have an s4. Not sure of I'm going to keep it yet due to not really being able to justify spending all this money for this device when I already have an s3 that I'm happy with. Who knows though. I've already got my aokp builds done for it but cant flash because of the locked boot loader.

You should update the op with either detailed instructions, or warnings like crazy....otherwise you will be dealing with a thread of newbs with bricked devices.

yeah, I really like it! why pickup phone to see who calling when phone can speak out who's calling.
you can also answer phone call without even touching the phone or looking at the phone, just say "answer".
I also like it speak out the alarm, "it's 7 AM" so I know it's time to get up and not over sleep.

You don't f**k around, do you .
Hope you decide to keep it, always appreciated your work, although I was one of the less vocal members of your threads. Hope Ktoonz will come here as well.

Detailed instructions we should be putting on any SystemUI modifying threads:
To install, rename existing SystemUI.apk located in /system/app/ to SystemUI.apk.bak
and then either copy and paste the new SystemUI.apk into /system/app with Root Explorer or push there using ADB
If you do NOT understand those instructions - please, stop now and do NOT attempt any modification until you are clear on them!

Good addition bro, thanks....one edit: systemui.odex should not be renamed to.bak as this is an odexed mod. Without the odex file there will be big problems.

Are you sure? I haven't even tried messing with anything yet, but Nottach posted those very instructions (I formatted them a little better for this thread) right here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2258025
Which one is it? People are saying they renamed odex to odex.bak and are having success with his mods....
