S health constantly crashing. Any fix? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4

So before I rooted my s4 I tried the s health app and I could not get past the profile screen. I lost interest after a several attempts. I rooted my phone and still running the stock firmware. I figured after a roughly 1 1/2 months samsung would put through an update. I went to open the s health app and still no luck.
I'm on a version galaxy s 4 and was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?
Note: I searched before I posted and found no threads related to this issue.

Clear app data?

Cleared app data and un installed updates. Once I set up the profile and hit next, I get a black screen and the app crashes with the error message " s health stopped responding". Very annoying as I had this problem since day 1.
Rooted S4

Is there anyone else on this board that is rooted and has a working s health apk?
Rooted S4

Ok so I floated over to the at&T Q&A section and apparently if you have the multi window hack installed on your phone it will cause the s health app to crash!.
I uninstalled the hack and immediately when I opened up s health an update was available. apk was update to version 2.1.5 and I have no issues any more. But i lost the multi window hack which was pretty sweet.
Workaround? Samsung multi-window manager from the Play store.

found a fix
Mutli window manager I got paid version but just add s health to black list it will update and wha la

Galaxy Note hangs during install of downloaded apps.

I've owned my Galaxy Note running Gingerbread since March 2012 with no problem. After upgrading to Ice Cream using Samsung Kies a month ago, my Note hangs when installing a downloaded app and never installs the app (downloading Kindle books are not a problem).
I've cleared the RAM and powered the device off, removed the battery and powered the device on again to no avail.
This is an international unlocked Galaxy Note from Germany that was preloaded with a lot of apps. I've only installed 10 apps since purchase.
Suggestions please.
Do you use some type of app scanner that's checking for malware and the like? Im always installing / uninstalling apps. I used Lookout and it really slowed me down. Do they install correctly after the hang? Or do you get a force close?

Try clearing your Play Store data and cache and rebooting.

The app is never installed. However, last night, I turned off my Note, removed the battery and turned it back on. Then I cleared the RAM and cleared the cache. My Note suddenly installed the five apps that were previously downloaded. By the way, I use Norton Mobile Security.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Never had any app installation issues, nor do I have paranoia issues...

[Q] No Smart(Delta) Updates for Android ??

Smart Updates (Delta Updates) from Play Store were working fine until now.
From the past month and half, I have observed that the Smart Updates seem to have been disabled or stopped for all the apps.
The entire app is downloaded again, wasting time and precious data.
Am I missing some settings on my phone/account ?
Has anyone else experienced this ?
Samsung Galaxy S II, GT-I9100
JB 4.1.2, Chameleon ROM 3.0.1
Jeboo Kernel v1.3

Even I'm facing the similar issue. Every time I update an App entire App gets downloaded, Smart Updates are not working for me either. I googled about this but I couldn't find any official statement from Google regarding this, I also posted about this on Google Forums last month but there is no reply from anyone :crying:
I am merely speculating...
But the app developers themselves must have stopped providing delta updates !
:silly:
Anyone else with similar experience !??
Well..
Last night I updated a few applications and it seems that - Smart Updates is working fine..
So it was merely a case of bad timing.. and I panicked to soon.. :silly:
I confirm again - Smart Updates are working in Play Store..
what i think is the google play sometimes fail to detect the delta so google thinks the app update it's whole app. bcz i've tried upload a 3mb apk myself to google play, and upload another update with adding a small image abt 100kb, but after that in the client side the google play still download the whole 3mb.
I think I'm getting "Package file is invalid" error because of delta updates.
What happens is that when Play Store tries to update an app or download and install a new one from the Store.. the Downloader shows the file is downloaded more than the PS shows it is downloaded. For example when downloading Maps to the phone I see in PS the download is at 5% but Downloader show in notification area that its downloaded 13%.. so when the download reaches 54% or so in PS.. Downloader says its done and phone tries to install an incomplete apk giving the error.
This does not happen on all but some apps for me.. I tried clearing the data/cache for Downloader/Gapps and delte cache/dalvik from recovery but still happening.. I cannot download plugins for my Go Launcher Ex now
I wish I could turn delta downloads off.

Gear S Apps Stuck on Installing

I have a Gear S SM-R750A and when I try to install apps from the Gear Manager App Store they stick on Installing. I can use the Galaxy App Store to download normal apps to my Note 4 without issues just not to the Gear S. I am currently running Software Version R750AUCU1AOB1 and running 5.1.1 on the Note 4. Please let me know if anyone has found a fix to this issue. I have tried resetting my Gear S and reinstalling the Gear Manager as well.
I'm running stock rom on note 4 and I have this happen from time to time as well. Haven't found a fix other than canceling the installation and waiting a while to try again.

I have the same issue with my stock Note 3 and Gear s. Sammy has been no help. I have reset my phone and watch but that didn't help. I stay stuck on installing. Canceling doesn't help. Frustrated as hell. I won't buy another Gear x until they fix this. Don't get me started talking about Tizen. Not a fan.
Hi this happened to me. I did a restart of the phone and gear s and that fixed the problem.
I've tried restarting and reinstalling my watch to my phone several times. No luck. I am running stock everything with the most current firmware updates. No luck. Not rooted. My watch worked before I reset my phone using Kies and that's when everything stopped working. I can't even run opera mini. My watch gets stuck on installing. The phone says it downloads then goes to installing. ..forever. When Igo to my app manager, the apps I installed are not there. Btw, I have a note 3 along with my gear s.
Fixed
I finally fixed this problem. I did a total reset of my phone TMO Note 3 and my Gear S. I backed up my files on my computer, not using Kies. Reboot and reinstall all my apps, check for problems after every 3 apps. Works. I'd like to send a shot out to Samsung for their assistance. However, anything I shouted would need to be edited for expletives. Uncle Sammy was no help. Tizen still sucks. The app store is crap.... unless you want a watch face.
