This mod includes framework-res.apk which replace with your default Cm10.1 framework-res.apk
This mod includes framework-res.apk(With Sony logo), & framework-res.apk(With Sony Xperia™ logo)
Below i am giving Mod Zip(not flashable zip) which includes 2 framework-res.apk(With Sony logo & Sony Xperia™ logo) which you have to replace those with your current framework-res.apk(choose which one you like) using Root Explorer.
Download Link- http://d-h.st/UfP
Installation Process:
1) Download Zip
2) Extract it which includes framework-res.apk(With Sony logo & Sony Xperia™ logo) 2 folder's.
3) Copy framework-res.apk(Which one you like) using Root Explorer to system/paste here first
4) Then press on framework-res.apk for 2 sec. then menu will popup
5) press on permissions. then you will see permissions RW,RW,RW
6) Now change permissions to RW, R, R & press ok
7) Now move that framework-res.apk to system/framework/paste here & replace it with your current framework-res.apk
8) Now phone will freeze This is ok. It will be frozen for roughly 1 - 1½ minutes, then it will restart and if phone will not freeze then exit the Root Explorer & restart your phone :good:
9) Voilaa now you got your fav. Lock Screen
Press Thank if you like my Work

Reserved for me
Reserved for me

Excuse me but, this is only for Jelly Bean? Cause I'm on GB. I really like it!

The 8th instruction
Phone will freeze for about 1-1.5 mins.
If permissions are not set before,it will bootloop then as system has no framework-res.apk as by default the permissions are inappropriate
You can just give 9th option as when phone bootloops you can go to recovery and fix permissions. that will boot the system...
Best solution is to give a flashable zip to be more precise for noobs .
Thanks
P.S. I got the instructions bt just include "fix permissions" so that no need to things twice like moving to system giving permissions and then again moving to system>framework
BTW very nice work

Thanks Vatsal but i dont know how to make Flashable Zip as u know i am not pro dev. im just beginner

Get meta-inf from any system ui or any framework mod and make a folder system and create a folder named framework inside system folder and place framework-res.apk and copy those 2 folders into a single folder and zip it using 7zip or winrar.. Done!
I could do that easily for you but we learn when we try.. Still if it doesnt work. pm me ill make flashable zips for you..
Also you can have a look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1721680

Nice...
Just I'd just give you a more better way of putting that...line
Just remove the first line as it feels childish....Xda follows open sharing policy.. And actual developers don't really follow such policy of asking permissions.. Take Fxp for eg..So why put a restriction on it.the more the people use it, the more your work gets recognized...Imo, if the other person is crediting you, there's no harm done..
Good luck..just my 2 cents..

Shouldn't you set the right permissions before you replace the original? As I can remember, it causes it to reboot and bricks the devise before you can change the permission after replacing it.

Didn't brick mine.
But just to feel safer, you can paste it anywhere in the system, set permission there before moving it to system/app

Well I've had no time for making themes with my rom
Nice themes, great job
And I don't want to interrupt this, but actually you need to post a thread like this in the themes section and not in the dev section So I think you need to contact one of the moderators to move it

didnt work
i tried it in my rooted x8 running on gingerelite v2 2.3.7.... neither did it work when i placed the zip file in /system/app with changed permissions.... Nor did it install when i manually unzipped and tried to install the defaulttheme.apk..... Am i doing something wrong? Should i delete the defaulttheme in system/app? Should i extract it and then place only apk file in system/app
Help would be appreciated cuz i really like ur theme from the screenshots
Awesome man realy good work :good: n thanks for sharing
can you make a flash file?
Really love this theme! Finally my XMP is fully "Dark Knight" customized :victory:

if all goes well it will create an UNSIGNED framework.apk (u cant push it right now)
SIGNING framework-res.apk
1. open c:/apk/framework-res.apk in 7-ZIP not Winrar
2. open c:/apk/framework.apk in WINRAR and drag all the contents to the 7-zip window
and click "yes" in dialog when asked to copy files into framework-res.zip
DONE!!
c:/apk/framework-res.apk is the signed apk which you can push to system/framework/ using any method adb, CWM
or u can even use Miui file explorer to push framework-res.apk without any bootloops.....
if u get stuck in bootloop just flash ur stock framework-res.apk and then report here....
DO give proper credits if you are using this in your rom....
go here to see if it has been added to ur rom already or not....

OR you can install this task killer. ICS Task Manager from market that is "ALMOST" look like a recent task/apps of ICS/JB.
This is not yet confirmed to be working for I can't do it on my own device Xperia X10 minipro running GingerDXv029 on top of nAa-14.
It is because of having 3 recent_apps_dialog.xml namely:
recent_apps_dialog.xml
recent_apps_dialog_12.xml
recent_apps_dialog_15.xml
this traits from GDX framework is same on ARCmini NXT6 and MiniCM7-2.2.1
IF ANYONE can do this, PLEASE provide a tutorial. It will be much appreciated.
Good... So is it for GB? Thanks

It doesn't look good to our small devices. It's devs doesn't include LDPI sources on it's apps. SO OBVIOUSLY it's too big. the screen image of the app almost 3/4 of our screen. It doesn't look good. tried it. However if you want an app. I include the link of the Ics Task Manager. It's available on free and paid versions. and It looks good on small devices.

As I stated my in rom ask my permission before using any part of my rom ,I have seen that your using my phone.apk
I have spent a lot of hours, days in themeing and porting stuff to CM10.
Using adfly is against the xda rules.
shame on you benclark101
Re: [ROM][JB] XPERIA Slim Alpha-0.01 (30/01/2013)
Seriously without permission you are using my hardwork too...
This is not good, simply u can't use my ROM without asking me....
Only giving credit is not enough you have to take permission.....
Moderators please....

This X10 community always welcome new developers, but you have to follow the rules. Please do not get discouraged, instead, ask for permission politely, and I am sure dev here will love to help you out.
concept of your rom is very promising by the way.

OK, links are now back online
First of all sorry to everyone for using your work without asking permission! The last time I had read the forum rules was about two years ago, so I'd completely forgotten what they said (although common sense should have made me ask first!)
Secondly, a very big thank you to both x10forevers and Vasishta Reddy (and all of the others listed in the first post) for allowing me to use their work despite me initially posting without their permission! I'm a big fan of their work and most of this rom is build using it, so please check out:Slimbean for Xperia X10 v 4.0 and XPERIA Z-9.1.0.A.485-II
Hopefully you like the ROM, I've found a fix for the sony apps and I'm testing it at the moment (hopefully be available soon)
If you find any bugs, please let me know!

Hi, the Sony app's are now included in the "2. XS_Rom_Theme_0.02.zip" file and should be installed while flashing it.
I can create a separate flashable file if you need it?

what i have flashed is just v0.02
obviously the theme pack for 0.02 is bigger than 0.01's
since the sonyapps is included in 0.02's theme pack, i sitll need to flash the "Sony Apps Flashable" you posted just now ?
