You can have it whit Root Explorer:
On system/app/... long touch on SecWallpaperChoser.apk --> Extract all, and You have it on:
/sdcard/SpeedSoftware/Extracted/SecWallpaperChoser/res/drawable-hdpi --> have here all wallpapers, big and small, two for each.
Choice the big by size, is good.

So u asked for those 2 files. i extracted them from original samsung firmware for galaxy S.(Android 2.3.3 GINGERBREAD (I9000XXJVK))

in the zip of the bootanimation,
you'll see "desc.txt"
change it to

wrong forum. Ask in the galaxy R forum as your build is different from G19100 model.
