Going out on a limb here, you are recommending the product? Advertising it?
maybe there is something wrong with the .apk
or might you device isn't compatible, try ultimate hd 3 might help

It was a upgrade of Ultimate hd 3.0.2 but i solve the problema installing one from Google play. but the rom is very good i recommend it!!!

Has any of you tried minecraft pe yet? I tried but it fc's everytime... How to fix? Could anyone who has their phone overclocked, uses chainfire and stuff try this out?

And yeah I just found the full version the first...
For the ones that have the apk but aren't able to install: manually place it in data/app (with root explorer), change permissions to rw-r--r-- and owner and group both to 1000 system just like the other ones there...

It's updated and said to be available for ALL android 2.1+ phones with touchscreen controls. Look at the trailer on the youtube channel TeamMojang.

I've been searching and cant find any information on themers current download location. It isnt available on the play store at the moment. DOes anyone know what happened.
Themer is gone for me too but i have installed it from the play store.

It's been temporarily removed, but Themer will be back up shortly

its not that simple, it says something about unsupported screen, i had this problem also with my lg g2 and the way i fixt that was to hide the navigation bar for this specific app (themer launcher) and it worked. but for the xperia z2 there is no option in the xperia setting screen to hide the navigation bar for certain apps in this case for the themer launcher.
I use themer. I have no problems with it either. I really dont understand what your issue is. Maybe try contacting the app developers.

I am using a prerooted .167 rom that i made following a guide on here. Xposed mods? I dont know lol. I am going to have to figure out what those even are first haha. Im new to all this.

I don't know what type of app it's that you want to install but I know a method:
just download the apk (not from google play) and install it on your phone (it only works with apps that has been developed for tablets and not compatible with phones, like battlefield 4 commander)
It's a frp game (warcraft series). But this isn't only reason. I just want an app which can cheat play store. Like "market helper" app. It gives me force close..

the game should work with this method. I don't know what's the problem with the market helper

that's sad but not the link is bad, the problem is that your phone's screen is too small for the game (it's 5.2" and the game requires 6"). then you can only play that game on a tablet or on a phablet (like Xperia Z Ultra, it's screen is 6.4")
