This Rom use Xperiacles mod to Change from Tablet, Phablet, or Phone UI w/Floating Multiwindow with just a click of a app and a reboot.
The ROM is based off the latest ota VRAMC3....so no gps or INTL ROM troubles
Its optimized for tablet at 160dpi with 200dpi optimized TWlauncher with Landscape...but you can change to whatever dpi or UI mode you want, thanks to Xperiacles mod!!!!!., No need to install Xpoesd...Xposed framework with App Settings and app settings preferences baked in and active at boot up. Touchwiz launcher 6x6 optimized and sized for 200 dpi 1280x820 with Rotation, tablet dialer and contacts, Multi dpi white Samsung keyboard that works on all three UI's. Tablet MMS, DownloadsUi, Task manager, Music player, My files, Multi window, Note 8 wallpaper chooser, etc........If you plan on messing with the dpi of TW Launcher, I recommend installing a backup launcher as TW will FC sometimes when you change dpi..Just clear Touchwiz home app data and it should stop.
you can also enable or disable home or back button in status bar on tablet mode via the UI Switcher. Once you enable or disable turn off the screen via power button and turn back on to take affect. Also you can change the quick launch icon on the statusbar(screen shot icon) to another shortcut or disable it for space with the quick lauch setting in Settings app.
IF YOU PLAN ON USING PHONE UI WITH THIS ROM (WICH I DONT KNOW WHY YOU WOULD) I LEFT THE STOCK APPS IN THE /SYSTEM/APP AMD THEY ARE ALL RENAMED TO WHATEVERAPP.BAK, BEFORE SWITCHING TO PHONE MODE AT LEAST CHANGE SecContact.bak back to SecContact.apk AND CHANGE PERMISSIONS..THENCHANGE SecTabletContacts.apk to bak AND DO THE SAME FOR MESSAGING APP...THEN SWITCH TO PHONE UI WITH UI CHANGER APP SO AT LEAST UR DIALER AND MESSAGING WORKS
One small instruction...before or after flashing, use root explorer on phone ...or 7zip with a pc.Navigate to system/etc/ . Got to the apns-config.xml, long press if using root explorer and select "open with text editor" or if on a PC use notepad++ and you will se a couple lines that read
mmsc="http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?X-VZW-MDN=5555555555"
Just change the 5555555555 to you telephone number so it looks like
mmsc="http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?X-VZW-MDN=412699776"
If you do this before you flash your fine. If you use root explorer make sure you save the edit, then change permissions to rw r r . Then reboot and you'll send MMS fine****If you don't do this you'll be able to text and receive MMS, but not send MMS*****Also if you want to revert to stock phone MMS app you will not need this fix because this is a stock Verizon based ROM.....
Beside that just boot in recovery
If coming from version1 just wipe cache and dalvik
If coming from another ROM Do a full wipe(Data,Cache and Dalvik) You can wipe System also if coming from a AOSP or INTL ROM
Flash ROM ....wait patiently and Reboot
First boot takes a while also...your not boot looping
After first boot If you don't like the set UI or dpi, change it via the ui switcher app and reboot
Experiment and if any of the app layouts look off.... change dpi to your liking via xposed App Settings app
Stock phone apps run best at 240-320 dpi and tablet apps 160dpi to 213dpi with [email protected] 1600x900 or1280x820

7/19 Download V2.5: http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23050663588004609
Changelog
7/19:Fixed xposed app settings to work on boot without changing permissions
Fixed siszing issues with system ui (Multi window traybar in tablet and in phablet at 220dpi notification pull down fits screen)
Added the original apn-conf.xml to system/etc and renamed to apn-conf.bak in case you wanna use stock or 2nd party messaging apps
Aded xposed xtoggles(gives you the ability to theme notification toggles(thanks xperiacle)
Added xposed x backroud (gives you the ability to change the backround almost anywhere..still in beta though..(thanks xpericale)
Added xposed multiwindow apps manager **important** this app will not work to add/remove apps to the traybar in tablet and phablet..but if you go to settings of the app on the top right hand corner it gives us the ability to resize floating windows to our liking, then reboot for changes to work
Some more fixes I cant think of.....
Next update will include aroma and some more tweaks and fixes..this is a work in progress. Deckoz is working really hard to get settings to work in dual pane without a work around.
Also if you use the shortcut fix for dual pane settings you can download a app called icon changer from the market(its free) and it gives you the ability to change and rename icons with stock or custom icons on touchwiz. Just use it to create a settings shortcut and use the stock settings icon and name the shortcut settings and you have a stock settings icon that launches dual pane settings!!!!!
*******This is a Beta release, you may find bugs***********This is a Beta release, you may find bugs**************
Bugs; Right now Settings will only work single pane at any DPI but the DP/Resolution must be at 480x 854 or will FC. Deckoz2302 and I are currently trying to find a fix for dual pane and he is pretty close. If you want settings in DualPane tablet mode the work around for now is change dpi to 160dpi @ 1280x820 with Xposed App Settings, then clear data of settings in App Settings. Now go to widgets and select settings shortcut/display click the icon and settings will launch fine in dual pane. Thanks to Deckoz2302
Xposed APP settings not stickingSome are problem having trouble with the xposed app settings not sticking. Here is the fix
All credit goes to Fabio R. : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=363
And stg13 for finding the link and posting on our thread....and bkdodger for re-writing it
Open root explorer (or similar file manager of your choice)..
Root directory go to: data/data/
find this folder: dev.robv.android.xposedmods.appsetting then long press to change permissions rwxrwxrwx (ok)
Enter dev.robv.android.xposedmods.appsetting folder (you will see two folders cache & shared_prefs)
Long press cache folder ( fix permissions to rwxrwx--x)(ok)
Long press shared_prefs folder (fix permissions to rwxrwxrwx)(ok)
Enter shared_pref folder should be only one folder inside named
ModSettings.xml (change permissions rw-rw-r--)ok
Reboot
Now remember this is a BETA...If you find a bug, instead of Whinning about it, PM me about it.... or help Fix it, or ask if someone knows how to fix it. I am aslo looking for anybody with dev skillz or knowledge of androird to currently help me make this ROM better.. Please PM me if interested
Thanks:Xpeiacle-for this wonderful mod..it would be possible with out you. Beans- for base deodexed rom. Deckoz2302- for helping and guiding me in right direction on settings delima. And all the people that PMd me to help and all the people from my multi ui thread for your suggestions and support.

Guess I was the only nut in my time zone awake tonight/this morning to download this lol. Havent had a chance to really test everything yet but so far she's running beautifully! Thank you for your hard work and all your help! I plan on staying with this rom for quite a while.

EDIT nvrmnd...dl works now...

I have big plans for this ROM......Just wanted to give some people a lil treat that have been asking to help out...
Sent from a unlocked and cocked GN2!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be hopping on board to get this rom up and running with most of the functions our other roms have but geared toward tablet.
Biggest thing right now is getting a fully unlocked settings to include all or most of the hidden menus as well as launch in tablet mode

Flashed the ROM, almost all setup...definitely looking forward to the dual view settings !
ROM has a great start for sure!

Have it set up and running. Love the fact that besides the mms edit, you don't have to edit or adjust anything else.
I used the UI Switcher to set it to tablet mode at 213 DPI, and its running smoothly.
Thanks for all the hard work guys!

Running nicely so far. Is there a way to remove apps from multi window yet?

Sounds weird...Its works fine for me. Stock kernel was working fine. After you enable or disable home or back buttons with UI switcher you need to turn off screen via power button and then it should work. Also you can change or disabler the quick launch icon on the status bar(Screen shot) via quick launch option in settings.

No more one handed operation?

Works well...however
Still thinks it's a tablet in the market....
Not too, too bad, assuming I can change the dpi setting to match the settings for a phone (320 dpi). Also trying to make the phone work in any configuration is tough (at least I'm feeling dumb). What could the proper dpi for the phone be? (works in tablet mode, but if I switch to phablet or phone it craps out. I tried setting it to 320 dpi...I might not be doing something right)
Otherwise, feels really good and fast..

If you use the ui switcher it tells u tablet, phablet or phone dpis....Our phones stock dpi is 320 though...but in phone mode stuff like tablet dialer might FC because its ment for tablet or phablet..If you like normal phone mode .I lwft the phone apps in system/app.Just navigate there with root explorer and rename the tablet app to xxxxx.bak and the stock ap to xxx.apk, set permissions and reboot

Insructions for phone mode are now in OP but all tablet apps will work in phablet mode..just not phone mode.......

Also as stated in the op. THIS IS JUST A BETA RELEASE...IF YOU FIND A TRUE BUG PLEASE PM ME. ONLY FOR TRUE BUGS...I APPRECIATE ALL FEEDBACK TO MAKE THIS ROM BETTER
Sent from a unlocked and cocked GN2!!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed that I can't seem to change the DPI to 165 and make it stick, and the back and home buttons persist regardless of what I do. Initially after disabling them they were gone, then after a reboot they came back to stay. These are minor though.
Overall this ROM is great. I have been using Moon, but never could get the GPS to work. It works perfect with this ROM, it's now my daily driver. I'm really looking forward to the final product.

Great job....running nicely. Can't wait to see where it goes with updates.

[APP] LCD Density Modder Pro

Thought I'd share a 'fix' for your TouchPads if you don't want to be tied to 120 or 160 dpi (which btw look good but still..).
Now we all now the edit build.prop or dpi change apps but this one is pretty neat.
It allows you to manually set your desired DPI (f.e. 132 as the TP should be) but also comes with a solution for 'breaking' your market. The app will Fix your Market compatibility issues by modding your Market.apk into thinking you are using the market at f.e. 120 DPI. You can do this for any DPI change
Guide:
1) Install LCD Density Modder Pro here (official Android Market link)
2) Open app (only for root users but if you are running Android on your TP...)
3) set your DPI
4) Save as System DPI (perma + reboot) or
4a) Temp Apply (fast reboot and is merely there to see if your chosen DPI looks good)
5) after reboot hit "Fix Market compatibility issues"
6) Download modded Market.apk for the PDI you want the market to think you have (either 120 or 160 DPI, depends which file you installed from CM9)
7) Install Mod
8) Asks you to reboot so that the 'new' Market.apk works
9) voilá!
(note: instructions will also appear when opening app)
I hope this isn't considered something 'not done' on this forum as I am merely linking to an official apk on the market and points TP users in the right direction.
Good luck!
ps: credits go to anthonyjcasagrande aka theb1rdm4n for developing
great write up! will be sure to do this when i actually get my touchpad lol

That's gotta be the most expensive app on the market, 3 dollars to change 3 digits? Craaaaaaaaaaaaazy...
If you look at it that way, yes... but handy for peeps, ofcourse can just edit the build.prop but it allows you to receive fixed market aswell for any DPI.
Anyways only posted so peeps know of it's availibility

That also changes your DPI for you yes, the app won't 'fix' the market issues for you though.
There is a thread out there that lets you install a modded Market.apk, but the app I describe does it both, but you are right.. there are a lot of ways to do it. This one does it in both.
Not saying this app is the holy grail but a handy tool.
I know there is a thread over on rootzwiki with instructions on how to get the market to work after changing the DPI.
Three bucks to change the DPI is a really nutz.

Hey guys, for ages I've been hearing people talk about changing LCD density etc and decided to give it a try using this app (free version).
Anyway, I changed the dpi on my S2 from 240 to 160 and although it looks much better in most instances, the actual homescreen/s are much smaller with only about 60% being used up.
Is this normal? I was under the impression that only the icon sizes would change but not the entire homescreen.
The dock is still at the bottom however but a large part above that is empty.

is the space entirely not usable?
After you have rebooted to make the DPI changes take effect, you often have to redrag the apps (and widgets) you use from your apps screen to your homescreen(s).
When changing the build.prop I always 'clear' my homescreens to be sure and then replace what I want.
Changing your DPI however shouldn't make a big proportion of your screen not usable.
Also I can recommend this thread for 'mobile' issues since I only use this app on my Touchpad. It's the b1rdm4n's original thread about his app

Hey, cheers for letting me know and submitting it
Hadn't seen it myself but hope TP (and more Androidusers) will use it.
My TouchPad is currently running at 160dpi (having previously manually edited it to 120 then manually edited it back to 160)
When I run the app and select a different DPI I hit apply, it reboots and the TP is still at 160 dpi. The app appears not to work at all.
Anyone have any idea why?

If you manually edited your build prop, you might want to try to flash Dalingrins 120 or 160 DPI.zip (it's in his original Rootzwiki thread) to original (build.prop) settings.
After that, start the app again, change the DPI and hit "Save as System DPI (Reboot)". I think you already did that but I didn't manually edit the build.prop before using this app so it might have something to do with there, I am not sure though since it was a direct hit for me when using this app.
Nice idea.
I flashed the 120dpi package, rebooted and the TouchPad had changed to 120dpi as expected. I then ran LCD Density Modder and it correctly reported 120dpi.
I changed it to 132dpi in the app and hit "Save as System DPI", it asked for, and got root permission, rebooted the TouchPad and once again I am back at 120dpi.
The app just doesn't do anything for me

Sorry to hear.
Hmm last suggestion: manually set the DPI to 132 (editing build.prop yourself), reboot. At this point ignoring the app.
If the DPI is succesfully set as 132 open the app, click fix market compatible function, let it download the modded market.apk (let it think market is set at 120 DPI) and reboot.
I know you are not fully using the app as it's supposed too then but just trying to help you

Yes, a bit overpriced.... as in way overpriced....
Couple of questions:
1) Does the app disable the Market Updater so you won't get a newer market next time Google pushes one?
2) Has the app fixed the problem with the original patch from rootzwiki, in that after some time, apps _still_ revert to not compatible, and you have to clear market data. Or is it just downloading that apk that anyone can go get for free?

v1.1
You must be on the latest firmware (4.03.605.2) to use this ROM. There are several ways to go about doing this but I suggest installing the RUU. If you have already upgraded, flash away my friend.
S-off Installation
Install the RUU, install a custom recovery, flash the ROM.
S-on Installation
Lock the bootloader, install the RUU, unlock the bootloader, install a custom recovery, flash the ROM, flash the s-on kernel. (If you have been debating on going s-off, now is the time to do so. Do that before installing the 4.03 RUU)

Q: How do I install this?
A: You must be either s-off or s-on with unlocked bootloader, have a custom recovery, and be on the global firmware to install and use this rom. If you don't know what this means, take advantage of the handy search feature that xda has provided. There are numerous useful threads out there for the Rezound. Basic installation instructions are provided at the top of the OP for s-off and s-on.
Q: Can I dirty flash this rom?
A: If you are coming from another rom then a full wipe is recommended. If you chose to dirty flash and have problems, please don't post your issue. Do a full wipe and reflash the rom. If you continue to have an issue, you can proceed to ask for advice.
Q: Why did you make this rom when we already have several others?
A: My goal with this project was to make a rom set up the way I like it with the mods and tweaks I find the most useful. I believe the masses will agree with my decisions. In conjunction, my intent was to focus on battery life as it pertains to my phone. I am not making any claims that this rom provides better battery life than anything else available. Every phone reacts different to every rom so you will need to test and find what works best for you.
Q: Why did you remove X, Y and Z?
A: X, Y and Z were removed because they are features only used by a few people and there is no need to include it for everyone else. In accommodation for the few people that use X, Y and Z, I have posted Add-ons that will add back features removed on a case by case basis. These can be found in post 4. In addition, you can check the Mods section in post 4 for additional revert files and mods. If a feature was removed that you use and it is not available in post 4, post your request and I will provide a flashable file for you.
Q: Can you explain what was changed with the auto brightness settings?
A: HTC has provided very moderate default auto brightness values. While this is good in high light situations, it is not needed in low light situations and increases the battery consumption. The big beautiful screen on the Rezound is very nice to look at, but it sacrifices battery life to accommodate it. I have reduced the brightness level of the screen over most of the range of ambient light values. The percent change varies for each level but it ranges from a reduction of 4.5% all the way to 66.7%. I'm still searching for those 'magically' values but what I have got so far seems to work very well for the typical lighting conditions the phone will see on a daily bases.
Q: Why aren't my buttons lighting up, did you break my phone?
A: I have turned the capactive button backlights off when using auto brightness unless the lowest state is being used. Since you can see buttons without the lights on there is no need for it and its just wasting battery. However, I have set it up to turn on when the phone is at it's lowest brightness state. This way they can be seen in the dark. The brightness of the backlights have also been reduced when they are on. If you want them off all the time, there are apps in the Play Store that can do this for you. One such app is rootdim.
Q: Your feature list says 'Better HTC Percent Battery.' What does this mean?
A: Every rom that I have used for the Rezound that includes the stock looking percent battery all use the same old icons from older phones. These icons are smaller as they were for hdpi devices. Also the text is small and hard to read. The old icons are either placed in the hdpi folder and the phone resizes them to fit xhdpi or they are enlarged before hand. Either way, this results in a somewhat blurry image. So what I have done is created all new icons that use true xhdpi battery images. I have increased the height of the battery slightly and used a larger font size so the percent is easier to see. In addition, I used the Roboto font since it's what comes with the rom. If you are a themer, modder, dev and want to use my new battery for you work, please don't kang. Ask and you shall receive and give credit where credit is due.
Q: How can I get wifi tethering to work?
A: I have removed the VZW hotspot feature and included WiFi Tether for Root Users. Open the app and hit menu > settings. Change the Device-Profile to HTC Rezound (LTE/CDMA/GSM). Change the Setup-Method to Netd (master). Scroll down and find Routing fix and enable it (box checked). You can also setup WiFi-Encryption if you prefer. If you happen to pay for Mobile Hotspot through Verizon, there is an add-on that will give that back to you. It will also add the hot spot quick setting.
How do I get that clock widget in your screenshots?
A: What you see is my Sense 4 Clock widget. Go to the widgets list and look for Sense 4 Clock. The version included in the rom is v4.2 for Sense 3.x launchers. It is not a "Sense" widget so it does not use the weather info obtained by the HTC weather app. It uses Google for the source. More info about the widget as well as themes can be found in my thread here.
Q: I don't see the beats notification when I use my Play Store app, how do I know it's on?
A: The Beats notification is an apk that is triggered/enabled for the native HTC music player only. Therefore, you will only see the notification when use that player; however that doesn't mean its not working. There just isn't a persistent notification telling you its on.
Does <insert name>'s mod work with this rom?
A: This depends on the mod. Keep in mind this is an odex rom and damn near all mods posted are deodex. However, this does not necessarily mean it won't work as you can use deodex mods on odex roms if you do an extra step. If the mod is made for an older update (pre-global) or changes certain files like framework-res.apk, com.htc.resource.apk or SystemUI.apk it will break the features of the rom and/or cause boot loops. Please post your questions and a link to it if you want to use a mod by someone.
Q: Why wasn't the Facebook app updated?
A: Let's face it. The Facebook app sucks and seems to get worse with every update. There are some pretty fun reviews in the Play Store if you want a good laugh. Unfortunately you have to have it for Facebook for Sense to work. I have found adding the latest version in the rom, causes an issue where Facebook fails to authorize after each reboot. This causes your contacts not to sync until you sign in again. If I leave the older version in, then update the app with the latest build after the fact, this issue is gone.
Q: Why is the App Associations still in settings?
A: HTC is continually fine tuning, if you will, the app associations due to crApple's lawsuit. The global update received a more recent version, From what I can tell based on the changes made to Settings, the newer version has items related to YouTube in it although if you look in the Settings on the phone you won't see it mentioned. Also, included with the other changes is how the Settings entry is handled. Prior, the build.prop edit would remove it from Settings and fix the links. The edit still fixes the links, but it no longer removes it from Settings. I spent a good 4 hours trying to track down an edit that would remove it from Settings but my attempts all ended in force closes.

This is the flashable kernel for S-on users. It is a modified version of the stock kernel that comes with the global RUU. The modifications allow for a couple of the rom's features. Flash this file in RECOVERY. Do not rename it to PH.. and try to install via bootloader. The PH file will be automatically placed on your sdcard and your phone will reboot to hboot for you. Press the power button to enter bootloader and start the update. Remove the file from your sdcard after.

nice work dude.
This ROM looks sick can't wait to download it and give it a try. Great work
Enjoy guys. This has been about 2-3 weeks in the making. Started with making a themed version of the ota then the global update hit and had to start all over. With that said, you can expect a themed version in the near future. If you have previously owned a thunderbolt you might have seen the theme but it was the stock look of a rom port. I made the theme for personal use on every rom I ran on the thunderbolt but I never released it.
Wellll you've convinced me to soff the new rezound and go global. It looks as though you've been extremely thorough with this, hopefully I'll be running this tomorrow.

Left it out on purpose. There are numerous ad blocking apps on the market. Adding host files to the rom negatively impacts some people and its easier for those that want them to get an app than to remove them. But I understand where you are coming from.

You can get the ad blocker from the market. I like the fact its not included because it breaks some of my emails through the browser.

No mirrors please. I pay for mediafire premium so the download should be full speed.
Fair enough. Don't worry about the download speed it flies.
Looks like what I've been waiting for in a rom. Is the dialer themed while in a call as well or just when you dial? Also, is there a mod to make the app drawer text normal size for us older crack flashers? If not, that's cool. This is really a highly polished rom that you should be proud of. Thanks

Yes. Dialer is themed while in a call too. Anyone that has used any of my themes know I don't half ass anything. Lol. As for the app drawer mod, are you looking for page scroll or free scroll?

The Ultimate Theming Page!

Hello everyone, and thanks for clicking on my post I'm a relatively new poster around here, but I've lurked these forums ever since I've been using Android. Now, I want to create this into a repository for theming. Not simple homescreens with some derpy GO Launcher EX themes or something you found on MyColorScreen, No. I'm talking about actual hardcore theming. Please read on!
Also, check out my LOCKED BOOTLOADER MODS REPOSITORY HERE, Thanks
POST YOUR RESULTS!
PART 1:
Pre-Requisites:
-A Phone. If you don't have one, I don't know why you're here.
-Root. Okay, well technically you don't need it, but in order to get the full effect you should have it.
-CWM/TWRP Recovery. In case anything goes wrong.
-CREATIVITY. This is important, the designers of the Japanese flag lacked this one.
PART 2:
Okay, so first off, we need to get a LAUNCHER. For those who don't know, a launcher is an application that changes the way your homescreen and app drawer functions, and can introduce new theming capabilities.
I recommend one of the following:
-Nova Launcher (Most popular)
-Apex Launcher (Changeable Fonts)
-Holo Launcher HD (Less RAM usage)
-GO Launcher EX or Launcher Pro (LOL JUST KIDDING)
PART 3:
Set up your homescreen the way you like it, I prefer one screen with my Music/Whatsapp/PlayStore/Duolingo/Spanish/Translate, with a Google Now widget at the top. I use the 3 language things because I'm increasing my Spanish vocabulary. Estoy aprendiendo Espanol(; Anyways, once you've got it how you like it, get a wallpaper that will fit the general color scheme of what you're trying to accomplish. Don't pick some stupid Batman wallpaper if you're making a Hello Kitty theme. Now you're probably bored, so here's where the real magic starts...
PART 4:
DOWNLOAD GO LAUNCHER EX IT'S THE BEST RAWWWR.
PART 5:
I was kidding. That thing sucks lmao. xD Anyways, download Xposed Framework Installer, and then download XThemeEngine. This is where you need root. This is going to allow you to modify your status bar and some system icons, without needing a custom ROM such as CyangogenMod, AOKP, MIUI, PACMAN, iOS (Wait what?)
Download Xposed Installer HERE
Download XThemeEngine HERE
Now, launch Xposed Installer and grant root access blah blah blah and CLICK ON "INSTALL/UPDATE!" Good job! If you just bricked your phone, it is totally my fault! Because I touched the button for you and decided against my own gut that this is risky and still did it so yes it's TOTALLY MY FAULT! Sarcasm. Everything will be fine, if it isnt, you have CWM and a brain. Okay, next, go to the MODULES tab and enable "XThemeEngine" and then tap it to launch it. Grant it root and choose the theme you want. You might be thinking, "HERHER DERRRRR I DON'T HAVE A THEME [email protected][email protected][email protected]" Well, I'm getting there. Basically, we can port any theme for CM, etc. to our phones using the method the creator described in his thread. I won't get into that. Instead, I'll leave you with some links to some themes Because I'm just a generally likable guy.

PART 6:
THE FINAL PRODUCT.
Homescreen Preview. That Google Now Widget... Sabroso(;
Notifications Preview. See that WiFi indicator? It's a crown(;

SOME HELP
-Not all status bar icons change. Well gee, you can't ask for everything can you? Pick a blue theme if you want a nice blending. It seems as if it's only the Network Signal and the Clock that don't change though.
-Not all the settings menus change too! Seriously? Deal with it.
-My phone's broken. Wow, that really sucks doesn't it? Kidding. PM me and I'll fix you up, or check out cmahendra's offline KDZ flash if it's that bad.
-I accidentally downloaded GO Launcher EX, HELP THIS SUCKS. Well, if you want your phone to stay pure, you ought to throw it at the sidewalk and get a new one. That launcher is hideous and gross, your phone will hate you forever now. If you're okay with that, find the uninstall button. Oh, what's that? You can't find the uninstall button? Find a CWM image for a phone that isn't yours and flash it. That'll get rid of it!(; Please don't do that.
-I hate you. That's alright, I can live with that.
-I WANNA REMOVE THESE THEMES WAH. Go into the XThemeManager and choose stock theme, or uninstall the XposedFramwork completely.

Looks pretty slick I see they got Mixer, I did enjoy that theme while on Cyanogenmod maybe check it out, thanks for the leg work.
Just put Mixer on and it's nice some of the stuff is off but then again this isn't a deodexed rom so it's pretty awesome none the less may try something else but I am enjoying the possibilities here, thanks again for sharing this.
Edit - again thanks for this but everything is slightly off so I'll stick stock, it's a cool idea but just not for me, thanks, also noted a bit of a slow down with it.

Wow, thanks for being open to new genres. (; Anyways, check out "Xposed Status Bar Mods." Just google it and find the page here on xda. Just go into "tweaks" after you enable it, and then scroll down and select "remove/hide clock." Makes your UI so much slicker, now I just use my lockscreen for my clock aha
And as to the dubstep comment, I must present you with this. Imagine slaying aliens to a track like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiNYUQXMH0A

Sorry to hear that, I think my power button is starting to give out after all this time. I currently have IcySnap installed, but will be going back to using MiRaGe and maybe tweaking it to my liking, if mrg666 gives me permission to do so.

@ the mods, my apologies if this screenshot is violating XDA rules, if I have to remove it I will.
This is my favorite theme setup
I'll post what I used to get it looking this way soon, just kinda preoccupied at the moment.
Edit: Okay this is a pretty simple setup, just follow my instructions.
1.) What is needed:
- Xposed Franework
- App Settings module for Xposed Framework
- UCCW
- Beeping Weather (UCCW skin)
- Bar line UCCW (not my work, I honestly forgot where I had found it but I have the original theme zip for it)
- Simple Metro Mirrored White icon pack
- FLATRON CM10 theme
- Stock Analog Clock (themed with FLATRON)
- PowerAmp Pro, with Minimalist skin
- Patience
2.) Activate navbar with this build.prop tweak:
# Navbar control (0=on,1=off)
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
3.) Pick out whatever wallpaper you like
-----------------------------------------
Now comes the most time consuming part of the process.
Install Xposed Framework, and install the framework itself, then reboot.
Install App Settings module for Xposed, then reboot.
Set this dpi value in App Settings for said app: Apex Launcher - 180dpi
Open Apex Settings, go to Homescreen Settings and set the layout size to 7x7
In Behaviour Settings disable auto rotate
Now you may proceed to setting up the icon shortcuts
Phone/Browser/Messaging/App Drawer/Camera/Gallery/Apollo
Make sure you have the Simple Metro Mirrored White icon pack and have it in your sdcard placed wherever you wish to place it. Choose those icons for each apps individually.
If you have purchased PowerAmp Pro, set the 4x2 size widget and choose minimal style (white text)
Start placing the rest of the widgets in place and resize them properly to fit neatly where they belong.
Download BarLine V2 UCCW skin, which you'll most likely find on XDA in some thread with minimal screenshots.
By the way those widgets are all UCCW, except for PowerAmp Pro
Set whatever wallpaper you desire
I guess reboot to finalize everything. Let me know how it goes, my bad it took so long to get back to you on this, hopefully you enjoy using this setup as much as I do
Let me know how it goes.

The Xperia Sense 5? Hmm. Idk.. It sounds like it might be meant for Xperia only. I don't want to say yes because you can't backup. All I know is Mixer and LunarUI work.. that's all I'd try until you could get a backup. Have you tried the app OBackup? You can save to a cloud I think

[MOD][XPOSED] Phab7 v1.00 no-reboot UI Switcher

Phab7 is an on-the-fly UI switcher: select Phone, Phablet, or Tablet, then tap the Change button. The switch happens immediately - no reboot needed. A separate option lets you switch settings screen layouts (e.g. the Settings app) between Phone-style (separate screens for categories and details), and Tablet-style (categories and details, side-by-side).
Unlike other solutions, Phab7 has no effect on your apps beyond for their Settings screens. In particular, it will not alter the size or layout of your launcher's icons or dock (nor will it cause the tablet-style app-drawer icon to appear).
Note: Google removed Tablet mode from KitKat, so it is not available if you're running Android 4.4.x.
Installation
Important: if you have a beta version of Phab7 (v0.9x) currently installed, you must uninstall it before installing v1.0. Android will refuse to install it if one of the betas is present.
if you don't already have XposedInstaller on your system, see this thread
install Phab7.apk the same way you'd install any other sideloaded app
enable Phab7 by reopening the XposedInstaller app and selecting 'Modules'
tap directly on the checkbox next to Phab7, then back out and reboot
after the initial reboot, you can open the Phab7 app and change UIs as many times as you wish without further reboots
Notes
Tablet UI mode is only available when running ICS or JB (v4.03 thru 4.3x). While Phab7 supports KitKat, it does not add back the Tablet mode that Google has removed.
Whether Phab7 works on your device depends almost entirely on your ROM's creators. If they removed the graphics and layouts needed for a given UI mode, SystemUI.apk is guaranteed to force-close when you select that mode. A "Keep-Or-Cancel" dialog will automatically restore your settings after 12 seconds if this happens when you choose an incompatible UI mode. Clear the "Unfortunately" popup and you're good to go.
the Settings-layout feature takes effect when an app is first launched. To see its effect on running apps (e.g. the system's Settings app). tap the "Recents" button and swipe the app away , then reopen the app.

Now we need not wait for updated Paranoid!! OK Paranoid does do some of this stuff better/more consistantly than AppSetting and this module, but ...
Great!
Wanna outdo Paranoid: Tablet mode mostly more usable in landscape, so ... get the idea?
EDIT: Results using the mod on my LG P500 running cm-10.2 with 4,4 Google Now launcher: I can use AppSetting module to force this launcher to rotate but it does not handle this correctly.
Settings UIs work as promised! This is what I really missed not having Paranoid.
Navigation bar: Question -- what if I do not use one (phone has HW buttons--remember those)? Module should accept phone setting.
Anyway, tablet mode: Repeated FCs of systemUI until I changed to other mode:
Phablet mode: Navigation bar shows as promised. Notifications not effected.
Phone mode: No way to correctly test with this launcher.
Went back to default: Icon bar, no navigation bar.
If I remember from Paranoid, tablet mode put notifications bar on the bottom right. Phablet left it on top, opening to half-height, had to change dpi to fit it to screen width correctly. So tablet mode, once working, would either have both at bottom right justified or just the notifications as chosen in the phone's settings! Someone check current Paranoid.
Compatible with KitKat?

OMG!!!! My apologies! The zip that was posted (in error) was only for the Hisense Sero 7 Pro and contained a tablet-specific mod to SystemUI.apk.
The script in that zip checks for the model, so it should have failed if you tried to flash it on any other device. However, if somehow you succeeded in flashing it, you will have to restore your ROM's original SystemUI.apk. The original, along with SystemUI.odex if present, is in your /system/app folder with '-org' appended to it. If you have problems handling this, I can create an update.zip to do this for you.
Again, my apologies - it was late...
This's amazing. Thanks a lot dev. Looking forward for new versions:laugh:

Generally speaking: if "nothing happens", the issue probably lies within Phab7; if SystemUI FCs, then it's probably your ROM.
For Phab7 problems, XposedInstaller's debug.log should identify the problem - you can find it in /data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/log/debug.log. Pull the file and attach it to a posting. For ROM problems, I'd need a logcat log that covers the time period when the FC occurred. If you need help generating one, let me know. (logcat logs for Phab7 issues are certainly welcome too, however, they have to include system startup to be useful.)
For SystemUI FCs, a possible cause is vendor customization of a particular NavBar layout that wasn't carried over to the other versions. The tablet I use is a perfect example. It defaults to Phablet and has a screenshot button (which most everyone hates). The button wasn't implemented for Phone since they assumed it would never be used, so SystemUI FCs in Phone UI when their code goes looking for a button that doesn't exist. To get it to work, I had to patch their systemui.apk to get rid of both the button and the code that references it. This is not something I'd want to try on a device I don't own.
Bottom line: I'd be happy to implement reasonable workarounds to enhance compatibility with the widest range of devices, but even then, not all modes will work with all devices.

On my N7, checking 'tablet' in system settings changes the module's menu just fine but has no effect on Rom settings.
Setting default ui to phablet didn't help either.

Is this a KitKat-based ROM? Sadly, all of the code and resources needed to support Tablet UI have been stripped from Android v4.4. Because Phab7 v0.9 doesn't make provisions for this change, the UI switcher doesn't work. I will fix that ASAP so that at least Phone and Phablet are available. Restoring Tablet UI may be more than an Xposed module can/should do, but I'll investigate...
However, the Settings screen mod should still work. As mentioned in the OP, if the system's Settings app is already running, you'll have to remove it from "Recents" and reopen it. If you reboot with "Tablet-style" settings in place and it still doesn't work, let me know.

You didn't describe where you're having problems. During one session, one of your other Xposed modules (com.wisdomsky.xploit) failed every time, even when Phab7 hadn't made any changes. After a reboot, the problems were gone but so were Phab7's standard messages. What changed?

I first tried it before rebooting, then realized that it cannot work that way and rebooted. Then Phab7 worked as described.
Since wisdonsky operates on the notifications bar, could be that the interaction with tablet mode trying to move that is what is noted.

Can I ask what in the system side of things this is targeting? Only asking because I had a problem with Tablet mode where I changed compatibility mode, and that then caused constant FC of SystemUI.
Also where are the settings stored? I managed to get out of the fc loop, but am now left with a layout problem of my System UI. Nothing major, but even if I change SystemUI, it persists.
Any help appreciated.

Phab7 is designed to do as little as possible to achieve its goals - in some cases, perhaps too little. For Phone and Phablet, it does some setup when SysUI starts and that's it. For Tablet, it has to be slightly more intrusive but not much.
Sadly, I had no way to test compatibility mode so I'm not surprised that it has issues. Recovery from most any problem should be as simple as switching to another UI. In this case, getting out of TabletUI, then returning without touching the compatibility button should cure what ails you.
If you get repeated FCs in SystemUI, one way out is to leave the toast up there, then from ADB, delete /data/data/com.e_vertise.dopa.phab7/shared_prefs/settings.xml. When you dismiss the toast and SysUI restarts, you should be back to your device's default settings.
Note: if I understand things correctly, Android may try to reload SysUI's Java code several times using the same process before it gives up and kills that process. Once it restarts SystemUI using a new process, you're certain to be back to normal if you've deleted Phab7's settings file.
We'll soon find out if it works on KitKat. Yes I know how to disable Xposed from recovery. Using it on KitKat doesn't seem to cause any crashes, but it doesn't do anything at all on KitKat.

& I'll be uploading at least 5 New themes to use with gDux 4.3 in the next few days!
gogolie's Dux v1.0 Change Log - (Duxter23+)
*Updated existing applications
*This is the sickest theme I've seen come to Verizon. Via T10 and some of my own changes- thanks duxter!
*Beautiful themed keyboard(s) thanks @Shaftamle (comes loaded with Ghost Glass Keyboard) and Dux's blue (as seen in screenshots need to add on with mod install available below)
*Removed outdated updateme/romcontrol and converted apps that wouldn't be upgradeable to user apps so you can remove or upgrade
*Made work or added a working version of:
AutoAnswer (answer calls with a whistle good for the car), Online Nandroid (I never leave home without it), Extendable Notification Toggles, Greenify, Flash Player, Nova Launcher, Ad-Free, Xposed & Wanam, Dropbox, ES File Manager & ZPlayer
*Fixed Native Tethering / Added All Toggles (Thanks @Surge1223)
*Added a couple tweaks here and there
*Made compatible for PMS and future versions of (enabled custom boot/shutdown animations & sounds)
After I was finished doing what I felt should be done (my aim was the most rounded in terms of battery consumption, speed and stability). But I came out with the fastest ROM available for the Verizon S4 with better battery life than any other ROM I've seen. OH and that is with a fully themed beautiful Dark AOSP feeling ROM from head to toe. My favorite dialer / ROM now period. Every App that comes standard has been done over and visually improved. TRY IT EVEN IF YOU NORMALLY DON'T LIKE THEMES OR THEMED ROMS IT GROWS ON YOU VERY QUICKLY. I was never a fan of the "3d icons" but this made me believe that somethings are just meant to be. The icons just need to visually flow with the backgrounds matching apparently. Has every customization available or compatible for TW4.3 Roms and will beat any ROM you throw at it in any benchmarking test or battery life comparison test.
This has been pretty heavily tested and no bugs reported from testers. (besides if your using the original or full version you'll need to change or download the english language pack for the samsung keyboard in the Settings-Device Input- department. if that counts as a bug lol...)
gogolie's Dux Slim & Full Screenshots (these are 1.0 still havent got 1.1.1 online yet:
Installation:
1. Download your choice of ROM
2. Make Nandroid Backup of current system in Online Nandroid or Safestrap!
3. Install via TWRP or Safestrap any recovery should work. Just make sure that if theres an option like "enable old script" be sure and enable it.
4. If your on SafeStrap flash your modules (MK2 preferable) if on a different carrier flash a MARC pack and if your on an unsupported carrier or don't have my MARC pack then flash something similar to it if available or your APNS/Modem/Kernel.
5. Restart, give 5 minutes for ROM to load 1st boot. (Your following boot ups will take less than 20 seconds.)
6. Those that downgraded from 4.4.2 will have best results using an upgraded modem and bypasslkm. But Downgraders - upgrade again and check out the brand new gDux 2.0 for 4.4.2!!!!!

sweet hope u went off the wall n chose gDux but let me know how you think it fairs. if your interested in trying the MDK MARC pack I'm not sure it'd apply to this rom but its goal is to Make Any Rom Compatible... its still test version 1 but thats because 2 of my testers said it "works great" and ive heard little more.

40mb its kinda heavy I'd call it the full version might rip it down to essentials like basically apns if necessary
might as well post the other packs for carriers if anyones interested in trying all still work in progress no promises, shouldnt hurt anything, meant to be a 1 flash all should enable all toggles, fix native wifi tethering/wifi, flash apns / cscs, gps fix usa, might end up in a bootloop with some ROMs. So if you cant figure out how to escape a bootloop or reflash/format forget about it.
Feedback via PM plz
MDK MARC test version 1
Sprint Test 2
TMobile Test 2
AT&T Test 3 SS MK2
AT&T Test 3 Non SS

I fell asleep after I flashed it last night but I couldn't get pass the splash screen. I flashed it with ktoonsez kernel on the latest TWRP. I'll try the MDK MARC pack after work today.
Thanks for your work and all your time!

I'm a little confused about the Marc pack. Does this have anything to do with my wifi not working?
