in gingerbread .62 the music player is force closing
i removed stock music player,it keep fc when i flash DSP Manager ICS...so i removed both.....using walkmanmod player now....
I have three very good headphones, want to try but it seems the rom is for X8. Does it work for every modded neo rom?

Yes..its mod for rom x8,its also said this mod for 2.3(ICS not supported yet)..but..i,m on Neo with MooDeD ICS Rom v1 and its working..
I also apply this mod in IS JJ,s HYBRID ROM v3-Neo with 2.6.32.9-v1 [email protected]#11 kernel[boot_ne_ics_beta-v1_rc1-zc.img(lite with zram & cleancahe)].....and its amazing..no fc on stock music player and DSP Manager_ICS....you can switch between DSP & Dolby Mod.....

if your stock .62 firmware has cwm,i think it can be done...i,m not so sure,so DWYOR..
i never tried it in cm9....but,please do a nandroid backup 1st if you want to try...peace

I flashed this @#[email protected] and u still lose xloud with it! If you enable xloud in sound settings and exit and go back to the sound settings menu it's unticked!

Dolby makes totally no difference in sound quality on my Neo
I implemented Srs and beats in my rom, and with working xLoud

Here is the walkman (from xperia V/Z ) which works very smooth with any cm10 based rom also this doesn't slow down the device. !

4.Reboot and enjoy

Thats because of your governor settings of the kernel , change it and experiment
Edit : got it working on my Ray. The trick that did it for me was to try it again on a completely clean CM10 install (not even gapps) and wiped data/cache/dalvik before flashing. Don't know why it suddenly worked this time, thought I tried everything before. Everything seems to work perfect except the slider for the "clear bass" is a little skewed in one direction.. Anyway.. who cares.. Thank you!!

Hi, I have a problem with the firmware Super jelly bean 4.0. I can not install the Walkman. Deleting according instructions DSP manager (equalizer).Install walkman for SJB, do wipe Dalvik and run the application, but it gives an error on startup "mistake in the app Walkman" and closes.
How you can install more What's wrong?

First, I'm not a developer. I'm just ported Walkman from JellyVanilla ROM to Mike's Legacy Xperia CM10.1
This Apps originally came from Doomlord thread, thank to him for leaked JB 4.2.2 stuff.
This Mod was created to people who want this Walkman as the default music player on CM10.1 Based ROM.
Confirmed working on Legacy Xperia CM10.1 Newest Nightly build and CARBON-JB

Yeah all is working ok, walkman player for cm10.1 was last thing I really needed to be fully satisfied with cm10.1 by mike. Much better than Apollo. Anyway size of zip is smaller than other versions of walkman. Last xperia z walkman for stock has over 40mb. What did you delete?? Album and other stuff right?

When I try to flash the .zip, after flashing it and pressing "Reboot system" in CWM, instead of booting it takes me again to CWM. I did everything (deleting DSP and Apollo apks and whatever), I tried this twice but still no boot.
I'm on iiandskater's Liquid Smooth...

After searching alot i found many tweeks for sound but did not found the one which can compete with sony`s xloud ,is there any way that i can install xloud on cm 10 based custom roms . I need help regarding this issue LWW without great soung is terrible. I have tried PIMP MY ROM as well and tries to install xLOud via it but no use. Need help:crying:

try this:
install iiandskaters media pack (for walkman), then make sure soundenchanmetn is working properly (if not u can try soundenchantment mods for pranav pandey or just try ) after done, go to his Jelly vanilla ex thread, u can download a expermental xloud file, just place it in system/app set permissions, reboot, done, xloud should work

Stock Walkman not work with this patch.. so you need flash custom walkman on this forum like walkman from jader13254..

ok thanks for trying.. its work for x.ray stock ics.. you can deodex your rom with stock rom deodex by bdfreak.. and flash walkman mod then flash this mod..
