Dual SIM with Exynos processor? I wonder if this supports LTE and how much it will cost compared to the single SIM Mega. It also has only 1GB of RAM.

Even if it's true, it's probably a special cheaper version just for China and will probably only support their CDMA network..

The dual SIM Mega 5.8 with LTE (EDIT: it has no LTE) is available in the UK so I think it's not far off from being available globally unless the Exynos chipset prevents it from supporting global radio bands.

The Mega 5.8 by design supports two sim cards, the Mega 6.3 doesn't - neither of it's two versions. Samsung has in the past made special dual sim versions of its phones specifically for the Chinese market, so my guess that this might be it.
Ok, the SCH-P729 model number does seem to stand for a dual SIM CDMA phone/tablet, not a GSM.

Yesterday (29Jul2013) I bought the Mega 5.8 DUOS (GT-I9152) in Lagos, Nigeria, for the equivalent of US$380, including Samsung's special 2-year warranty for Nigeria which includes two replacements of the display if broken! By the way, when a Samsung executive was launching the Note 2 in South Africa some months back, he remarked that 50% of the first 10m Note 1 sold were sold in Africa!

Browsed some German forums. Seems like the dust issue is less widespread. Perhaps it's a bigger problem for North American versions?
I think all the NL920 are Made in China

Carrier: Please state the carrier along with their country of origin. Example: T-Mobile USA or T-Mobile Germany
Country of manufacturing: Where your phone was made
These information should be listed on your box.
This will help us see if it's an issue isolated to one batch or a far more widespread issue. Thank you.

I heard some are made in Mexico and Korea. Is that not true?
As far as I know, all 920s are made in China. 900 was made in Korea though, I think this is where most people confuse origin of manufacture.

That's what I thought too, but...check this out. That's clearly not Chinese. Unless there's a Mexican population in China that I don't know of, I think some might be produced in Mexico.

Lollipop?

So, whats the chances that Asus will update the Padfone X so Lollipop?
Considering the... delicate nature of the system of the device and the fact that at don't even have the latest version of KitKat, I regret to speculate little to no chance. However, most manufacturers have been working on getting the Lollipop update to their devices faster than usual, so I'd love to be proved wrong.
Asus announced that the padfone s will be upgraded to lollipop in april or March of 2015. Im sure padfone X will likely follow.
That wold be awesome if it got the lollipop upgrade... I have been dreading an even further decline in development for this device since its been pulled from most AT&T stores in the US.

I wouldn't count on it. The Shield Tablet Lollipop dropped yesterday. But not if you were in the US and had an AT&T LTE model. AT&T is holding it up for "certification".

That's normal. All phones have gone through that. Be glad it's AT&T and not Verizon, who takes even longer at their certification process.
And if you don't believe me, try looking at common phones such as the S4, and see how long it took between international versions and the US version for an update to release.

The shield in supposedly an unlocKed device. I am aware that carrier devices have to wait, so it is indeed good to be on AT&T and not Big Red.

I`m using in Canada on the Bell Mobility network and the T-Mobile network in the USA. Except for lousy LTE coverage by T-Mobile it works really well.
When I do a search of cell providers AT&T always shows up.

What market are you in? They are going to give away a Sonos speaker depending on where you live.
That's what we get in the Middle East.
In the UK from O2 I didn't get anything straight up. I can claim a free Sonos One Gen 2 speaker in a few weeks though. Plus I got an additional £100 on top of my trade in for my old phone. It's £240 to buy new and O2 gave me £175 for it!
No watch or charger but I'm reasonably happy with what I got.

I live in Peru. Here they give you a free watch if you buy they p30 or p30 pro
As above, free SONOS Play speaker - to be claimed from Huawei - once you've had the phone for 14 days (as that's the return period here in the UK)
Croatia. Got nothing.
Netherlands :sonos speaker and wireless charger
Hi, in Denmark we got a watch, which you had to claim at Huawei, with the P30 pro.
They give these freebies in Malaysia. Wireless charging case is only for P30. We literally had to queue to secure the backup storage as it is only limited to the first 800 customers ? Btw the contents of the premium box are car supercharger, travel adapter and an extra cable for supercharge

Any drawbacks to order the Honor 20 Pro?

Hi guys,
It's my humble opinion that the Honor 20 Pro is the best price/performance flagship out there at the moment. Is there any major drawbacks to why I should not order it (or why it's not so popular in general)?
I live in Sweden and I'm thinking of order this one:

Just bought this phone. After few days of usage I cannot think any major drawbacks. Phone is bit heavy, screen is ips (doesn't bother me). For the price this is a great phone.
I bought it from Finnish operator for 499€
Hi, be careful to order "asia version" Honor 20 Pro, I found that there is no support for FDD-LTE B20 (800MHz). I don't know if this is also important in Sweden as in our country (Czech Rep.), but I suppose so.
I'll order this phone also, soon, but here in CR, price is fair (appr. 500 euro), including 2year warranty, without these problems ..
Also if ordering from China to Sweden you most probably have pay taxes and possible custom fees. Operators.
So far so good :] .. After I installed Nova Launcher in phone, I finally have "my android" as I like to have, no problems so far .. I like this phone! :]
I chose this model among Mate 20 Pro and LG G8S, the price was the same ..

Hi, it's hard to say, from which distribution is this H20Pro selled on Amazon .. I can only confirm that phone ordered in CR (Alza) is without any problems with Czech LTE bands (incl. VoLTE). This is a screen from my phone, model YAL-L41.

Thanks for your reply. I hope this one will support Slovak Orange, because they are offering it as German version, so I think that the Item model number: 51093VEX (from the description will be) will handle with our network or Central European networks.
Peter
I saw that the Asian version costs a ridiculous price, 50-100 dollars. What should be changed as internal components to make it "internationalize". It would be interesting, if there was only to change the antenna internal and update the firmware with EU firmware. But I think it's also a level of motherboard components that houses RF components ..
In itself it is a great cell phone. The side release is spectacular. I'm not a fan of displays with fingerprint release. Certainly if I were left-handed I'd turn up my nose. But I find the lateral release is more immediate, good honor.
I like everything except the display. The bad luck wants them to have mounted an ips. With obvious increases in consumption, but generally it seems to behave well. If it were amoled or oled it would behave better in consumption.
Keep in mind that if it follows huawei, huawei does not make global phones. The only ones are iphone, oneplus, and mr google. (although zte with axon 10 pro, and some versions of mi9 are well supplied with bands but not all bands..). Huawei for the p30 have a version dedicated to Canada for example (because there they have extra bands LTE). But if we go to see the level SAR of the phones: oneplus, iphone and mr.google have sar high. Samsung keeps it low, it makes N-versions of their phones. The US of Samsung normally with Snapdragon version works in the EU, but not the other way around.

First time ordering different color than black. Ordered S23U 1TB (Red)
yeah, I am a black fan

Pro is not in the option if I remove correctly. I would have used for watch but I already have Pro. You can use it from Power brick, Cases, wireless charging pads. I only need Quad Lock case (not available), as my car and motorbike both equipped with Quad Lock wireless chargers. Also, I ordered Spigen Ultra Thin case separately for time being until Quad Lock cases are available.
I would love to see native call recording for Australia though
Already got the shipping details. That was quick...
This year, I went with the 512GB in Lavender.
Already got shipping notice from Aus Post and my Samsung account shows my order has shipped.
