This is not my work! Credits go to Santajin who brought MIUIv5 to the Moto Edison (Atrix 2) device. I only ported, kexeced and adapted it to our good old RAZR!
The kernel is based on Verizon .16 Kernel, made ready for Kexec by the STS-Dev-Team including some fixes by myself.
Also thanks to Uzayr! I grabbed most informations from his thread in Atrix 2 section - I didn't use MIUI that much!
MIUI 4 is based on the officila MIUI release for RAZR.

NOTE: This rom doesn't need a specific Rom slot in SS!
Prepare a clean (wiped) slot in your preferred recovery (BMM/SS)
Flash MIUI
Reboot
Enjoy
NOTE: OPTIONAL: Install latest Gapps from Goo.im

For me it causes more issues when flashing Gapps. But feel free to try around and report.
Bugs (MIUI5):
Possibly some UI dislocation problem due to (partly wrong) qHD implementation. (We get some help from a dev who was part of the official MIUI project to fix this soon)
Lockscreen probably not customizable unless which theme is selected **
Music occasionally FC's, to fix this you must go to Setting--->Apps--->Music--->Clear data and Clear cache.

Copied it to /System/apps and then Installed it.
Then made this my default launcher from Settings --> Display --> Preferred Launcher
Then update the new launcher from GooglePlay to latest version.
This is somehow hiding the black lock screen and you can enjoy the beautiful MIUI Lock Screen

I'm going to take a guess but by using the new kexec stock kernals and cdma patch any device will be able to run MIUIv5

i know miui from a life,wos mi os on htc hd2,desire hd,galaxy tab,s2 onex and other phone,bat my truble is that i have lose the radio fm in this phone and for me thath work out of city is more important,because is impossible return to ics on this phone.

The only way to have radio on this phone is by hacking the hardware.

What does ICS have to do with Radio?? The Razr doesn't have a FM chip. The rumor about the "RAZR's Radio" was caused by Motorola accidently kept it in the RAZR's manual - though it has no radio (except the "Ril radion" which is also better known as modem). The only way to get radio is an internet radio app. Sorry.
But I think I got your point about ICS : MIUI was for ICS. Oh, by the way, guys. As I have some trouble getting MIUI 5 to work I can provide you MIUIv4 in the meantime - running on ICS Kexec Kernel. It's also possible to run ICS Roms via Kexec.
