1) Etract the file.
2) Connect ur device with usb debugging on (should be rooted device)
3) open the extracted folder and click on install(.bat file)
4) Accept all the superuser requests on ur device..
Simple............................

I use this ROM on my Sola with Locked Bootloader (with atis's patch), I think this is an awesome rom.

Don't ask about which Rom is the best and stable because it is disrespectful to developers. You can try out ROMs by yourself to know which is better and also every ROM has it's own pros and cons.

Use flash tool in the Sticky thread.
Then press Tools > Root > Force zergrush or something like this. Not on my PC so l.. yeah bound to make some mistakes. And yeah, be sure to connect your phone.
I hav locked bootloader and tried to root by flash tool but can't succes.

Are you on Gingerbread or ICS and above? For GB, you don't have to unlock your bootloader to root it.

stock could be one and another could be CM........
So decide and download........
Any stable custom & stock rom can be the base like Sony stalk , CM ,MIUI,AOKP,Paranoid n many more!!

Hey sherwinnn use stock rom as base , show ur tallent there.
I suggest this becoz it is the most stable one to choose.
So grab the stock,which u will be backed up from cmw.

Ask in a understandable manner...so that every one can help u...use Google translator if u cant in English..
As per ur problem...root ur phone...flash some custom roms test which is suitable for u..
Unlock ur bootloader flash a kernel..
Go through the sticky threads in general forum for procedures how to all these things.

That is a very essential tool for an Xperia Owner download it first
I would suggest you to install an ICS rom as it has lot of advantages and more & more technical support for Xperia u
or you can just stay in the GB rom itself......the choice is yours ':cyclops:
but u'll need flashtool and a stock rom before you start ROOTING your device as they are essential for reverting back if any problem occurs.:angel:

Then start repair with PCC until it ask you to turn off the phone and connect in flash mode, then build the FTF and flash with flashtool.
