Hello,
I tried to install CM10 on my P769 but now its stuck on logo,
The process was:
I installed 10 V10G_00.kdz using the off offline flashing method and rooted it by using the hex edited files during the flashing process(the device was recognized only when in lg mode and not in SW UPGRADE),
I installed the recovery using "L9RecoveryInstaller_1.5.0.apk" and the tried to install :
[ROM] CM10.1 UNOFFICIAL for p769 [07/26/2013]
[ROM] PACman ROM Port CM10.1 Base P769 July 16, 2013
For some reason they all gave me error 7 (need help with this as well)
But the thing is that I removed the sd card (for the 5th time) remooved the battery and tried to enter recovery again but this time it remained on the LG logo and no led flashing.
Now I cant flash it because the device is not recognized in SW UPGRADE mod and it doesn't boot up.
any thing I can try ?

You must unlock bootloader before flash any custom rom! If you said that your computer cannot recognize your phone in S/W upload mode then you should try to recovery you phone using LG mobile support. It should recognize your phone. Try
- Boot you phone in S/W upload mode
- Open LG mobile support. (if it's not installed, search for it and download from lg site)
- Connect your phone, LG mobile support should show your phone info
- Select Customer Support > Recover
- And wait for program to download and flash your phone
NOTE : Please make sure you remove all offline flashing config in your hosts file.

When I connect the phone im SW mode my pc recognizes 3 drivers then I open LG Mobile Support Tool, it shows my phone details but when I go to Options>upgrade recovery (closes thing I found to what you said) its stuck on downloading (timer stuck but the exit button is clickable)
also I cleaned my hosts file and made sure the shttps server is not running

Ok, I tried this support tool and this time I can choose to "upgrade software",but after it starts the process I get this screen :
then I go to options>upgrade recovery and after it checks the os version and get to the download faze it stuck...
any thing else I can do ?

My LG support tool also update to new version too. This tool is my last solution for your problem.
For P769 I think I read about fast boot and flash some ICS u-boot or some thing about that in this forum, it can solve status 7 error problem. But I'm not sure which thread, many people have this problem. Try to search for it maybe your can find someone that can help you.
Any other ideas ??

3- Find the ROM V10K_00-ROOT-CWM-NewBT-by_Homero.kdz.rar - 267.68 MB (updated) clicking KDZ file
4- Finally click Launch software update

Apologies for the error, it had duplicated the DLL.
I'm uploading the new corrected compilation.
To see if this can be Flash, I flashed without problems, (though another also did so without problems)

Compile KDZ learned that some years ago, when it created firmwares for the LG KM900 ARENA
What happens is that each device has its particularity and a series of specific files.
I'm going to create a tutorial for compiling KDZ

This ROM installed the LG Stock version rooted, unlocked bootloader, and the alternative recovery CWM.

i have make it many times with another windows System but the same error :S
is this the right way !?
System ... deinstaller for LG Device Driver ... --> now deconnect the Phone from PC and reboot PC --> install LG Driver and connect my Phone to PC again

The problem seems to be that I decree no more root access on the internal memory and is no longer recognized my device (at least not as an LG phone)
Who can give me a ROM from a new Flashed LG p760 machine that i can use it with Clockwork Mod
I hope that it wil work then ....

Which USB mode you are in? I think, you are in CAMERA PTP mode which is only for sharing camera folder.
Connect USB and select "USB Connected" from Notifications page and select "Media Sync (MTP)" mode. Wait for some time so, pc will install drivers for this mode. After some time you may see both memory.

I say before, that i can see my Stuff with Android Commander (Root Commander) Driver is installed i dont know but when you have a p760 can you give me a blank backup from your phone (file that i can flash from SD) **** kdz Files i cant flash without that my pc found my Phone . I Think that this **** ROM have change my Partitions directory and now is it all in Root. i hope that a orgine LG Backup can help me but i cant found a backup File. I think too that all peoples will have the Problem with this ROM but i dont know have i flash first AOKP ROM or PAC_JB . The peoples (i think) will see it first when they will flash the orgine ROM back :S

I recently bought LG Optimus G E970 and rooted it. then i found a camera mod and I copy mediaprofile.xml file in system/etc. Since then my phone keeps rebooting at LG logo and there is security Error.
i searched and found about a tool "LGNPST" But didn't found any link or i misunderstood. people keep saying that it can solve (un brick ) my phone. and also i don't know how to connect my phone in fastboot. Adb is not working.
Can i flash TWRP/CWM on locked booloader ?
or How can i unbrick my device ?
descriptive answer may be helpfull. and also please explain and attach link of "LGNPST ".
I have downloaded debloated at&t jb firmware zip about 717 MB
i also downloaded CWM 6.027 and TWRP 2.6.3.
Tell me that if i can use them. I m also Downloading at&t JB firmware about 827 MB.

Look for Teenybin thread in regular development section. There will be links there for lgnpst, if you use teenybin file it will update to jb partitions, unlock bootloader and install twrp. It will not install an OS so you would boot to recovery and flash custom ROM. Or use lgnpst with stock bin to go back to factory state. You will need to get into download mode to use lgnpst, two methods work.
1.power off phone and plug in micro USB while attached to PC then press volume up + volume down + power.
2.power off phone then connect micro USB to phone while pressing volume up + volume down.

Extract Zip and you will get TOT File
rename it to Bin
Now Download LGNPST automated Zip and Extaract it
After Extracting Run Install.bat as administrator
After completeing installation press enter
Now open Directory where LGNPST is installed
It is in LG electronics folder
for 32 bit system users go to programe files/ LG electronics
for 64 bit system users go to programe files(X86)/ LG electronics
Now open LGNPST in LGNPST folder
Connect your phone in USB by pressing and holding both Vol + and - key
It will connect to Download MOD
As you connect your phone drivers are started to be installed
After drivers are installed you will be able to see your device
Now click right side of DLL file files and select LS970.DLL
Now click right side of bin and select bin file which we renamed
Now click start and it warned you that this process will erase your data
click ok
Flashing will start and at 67-85 % it will flash firmware
if your device is booted then you can unplugg your device If not than you have to keep it plugged up to 100%

This is from my experience:
I just went thru the procedures and after download show at 85% my phone auto reboot and some how it got stuck at the blue AT&T logo. I was waiting for another 15 minutes but no changed. At this point I'm a little panic thinking I have brick the phone. So I went to google and do some searching. This is what came up.
If you got stuck at the reboot , power off and FACTORY RESET THE PHONE (in my case I'm holding the volume down button and Power Button.
After a while phone boot up normal into its OS.
I'm a happy man now

Note for others - this process is straightforward and much easier than breaking our heads for KDZ file process. Phone data will be erased though sd card is not affected.

Did you used all files form OP ?
Try using all files and LGNPST from OP links. Others have problems
if still same than try other PC and if still same than try patching dll

I downloaded LGNPST from OP. But about Read me, that rar package didn't contain LGNPST_ACG.msi. It was only LGNPSTv1.3_Lab_Verison_RightClickReg with LGNPST_ACG.exe.
Did I download an old version from OP?

My OG was giving me the this error: Secure: booting error
Cause: boot certification verify.
And I followed this thread and at first gave me error, then i used another pc
And in 8 minutes was successful done!!
So want to thank you very much for been helping people like me!

i root my p780, google play service app was not working properly so i download p780 source code and tried to copy paste system all apps then operating system crashed once turn on the mobile only logo stuck bootloader also not coming and Unable to Install Any ROM File on P780 4GB, i tried with SP Flash tool its stuck on searching i installed MTK65xx preloader also same stuck on searching, I visited lenovo service center but service men told he can't install latest update for this mobile. somebody please tell me how can i install the rom file....

What you have to do is to install the drivers and flash any other firmware. Look on my post Rooting tutorial for kitkat, in q&a section.
Pm me if you dont understand something.

You are not understanding my problem my phone is dead once turn on its showing only like this below image, so give proper solution.

The proper solution is to reflash your firmware , or if you can enter to recovery is to factory reset!
See what is going on. If you cant enter in to the recovery you must reflash your original firmware.
Tell me if you need to reflash the stock firmware.

Hi.
Read this small tutorial twice.

Look at the bottom of that page.
Install first the exe file, then reboot your PC. WARRNING: you must have Win.XP or Win.7 installed.
Download stock firmware from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-p780/development/p780-stock-rom-links-t2842399
After flash you will have firmware: ROW S124 JellyBean. If you want KitKat you must do OTA Updates or download those packs and install them from your phone by turn. OTA is my advice till S228. S2287 is the lates and last official updates.
Download SP Flash Tools from here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_B98oK4DpK1S1l2bXRkTGxhVFk&usp=sharing
Unzip all to separare folders.
Next step is: Power down your phone.
Open device manager.
Plug the usb cable to your phone and to the PC.
In the device manager you will si first MTK65XX... device detected and after this drivers should install.
After drivers are installed disconnect the phone.
Now open spflash tool v5
Load scater file from the folder of the firmware.
In the download tab not button select firmware upgrade - nothing else.
Now press download button and plug the usb cable to your phone.
Flashing should start.
After flash one green circle with ok should appear.
After this remove the usb cable and start your phone.
If your phone is not starting you must repeat the procedure with the new preloader.
Look on your phone box and see if your phone is made after 03.2014.
If it is you must replace curent preloader with new one.

Could be drivers or... you must reset the phone right before usb cable is inserted.
