That is highly unlikely. I am using it without any issues. No FC's whatsoever. 45+ people have downloaded this so far and you are the only one having this issue.
Did you flash any addons ?

Are there differences between this and this apart from deodex, root, busybox and init.d?
In particular, is this branded with SFR like the linked ROM?
And I notice this is ~850MB vs ~1GB. What's been removed?
Thanks

Yes it is SFR branded (the only thing I noticed was the boot up img for couple secs) and nothing has been removed. It's completely stock.

uh. maybe a noob Qn. >,<
is it fine to use SFR branded rom in other countries? since its 'branded' i assume theres some things in there that isnt as 'international' as i need them to be.
FYI im a Singaporean user with the provider Singtel

Use WanamLite XXDMC3 v1.3 then after update this (odexed) stuck at CWM; it said: Missing Root access, root device? then stuck again. what really happen to this rom?
Please, someone acknowledge that problem?

I used on vzw i605 let the ROM settle it works great

Would i be asking too much if i asked for an odexed version as well?

It's for Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi users.
I tried to flash the deodexed version on my THRITY TWO GIGABYTE VERSION of the GT-I9100 running 2.3.3, I9100XXKG1, 2.6.35.7 I9100ZSKG2-CL361136, GINGERBREAD.ZSKG2 which I bought in Taiwan from a Taiwanese carrier, so it's NOT THE CHINESE version with it's unique characteristics (sorry to holler). I rooted it last night with Chainfire's method and simply replaced the kernel KG2 kernel with his and got CWM running and did a backup.
Tonight, I won't use the "n" word, but I tried to flash this as my first ROM from your rather thin directions. I put your ROM as a .zip in my /USB storage folder, booted into CWM recovery and flashed it using CWM. I did not wipe or erase anything as I haven't gotten around to upgrading my Titanium backup to pro and doing a super thorough backup yet (paid market not working here in Taiwan). All seemed to go well. When I rebooted it took a long time. Once booted it kept telling me phone.android.com was "force close". In "about" it showed 2.3.4, and all the following 3 categories to be KI4.
I rebooted into CWM and restored my original setup (shouted above) with no problem.
1 Could there be an issue because I have a 32GB model and the partition table isn't "normal"?
2 Do I need to flash a modem or something else, so that is why the radio was force close?
3 Should I have wiped anything? Non-Wipe to me meant, don't wipe anything since this was seemingly near "stock".
4 Am I stupid?
5 All/combo of the above.
I realised I didn't say thanks to Wanam....Thanks
My money's on the non-wipe thing. The android version you had previously is way too old compared to this one, totally different base (well not totally, but still).
So yea, i'd suggest a wipe.
BTW I purchased Titanium backup before paid market came to Greece. There's a paypal purchase option, google it.
I'm currently on KF1, can i just flash this with no wipe ? And can I just reload my old CSC ?

[Firmware] Leaked Samsung 4.1.2 XXLSJ Firmware Rooted Injected TAR

Here's the leaked Samsung XXLSJ 4.1.2 firmware with root injected. You can flash this in ODIN or Mobile ODIN PRO.
Make sure you make a backup ROM before flashing just in case!
- This is 100% stock leaked firmware with root and SuperSU injected.
- You will lose CWM Recovery when you install this (since stock kernel will overwrite your CWM). You can just wait couple days until Siyah or Chainfire releases compatible kernel with custom recovery
CWM flashable version also on the way... give me couple hours here. -- Update: sorry guys, I just received my Nexus 10 and Kindle Fire HD 8.9, looks like I might be busy with those for awhile but don't worry someone will get a CWM version out soon.

I've actually had problems flashing the leaked JB firmware via Odin as posted here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1995822
I wonder as you have nicely done a rooted version here, if you could do a CWM flashable version so we can flash via CWM instead of Odin.

[ROM's] Official Stock Samsung KitKat 4.4.2 rooted & deknoxed

I’m not a dev. I made this for my personal use and decide to share with this great community.
I’m not not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed.
This are stock deodex rooted roms based on the following Samsung official firmwares [KitKat 4.4.2 for the GT-N7105]
PDA: N7105XXUFNH1
CSC: N7105OPTFNG2
Changelist: 2427420
and
Country: Portugal (TPH)
PDA: N7105XXUFNE3
CSC: N7105OXXFNE1
Changelist: 1665483
Both rom's were tested on International n7105 (European model).
Both rom's doesn’t flash modem.
Rom's are both deknoxed.
Both rom's have a few tweaks [csc; 4-way reboot; OGBatteryMod (thanks to OsamaGhareeb); build.prop; center clock; and more that I don't remenber]
If you still have 4.1.2 bootloader wifi won’t work with stock kernel (the one that is included in this rom) so you must install Agni kernel for Android 4.4.2 thanks to @psndna88. Here's the link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2602053
Install instructions:
Factory reset
Flash via recovery (tested on latest TWRP)
After first boot and pass the initial configuration reboot to recovery and flash latest super su update, otherwise root won’t work.
If you are on 4.1.2 bootloder flash Agni kernel for wifi to work.
Thanks to @samsung for the rom and @Chainfire for super su

Do you happen to know if the rom actually has any changes from NE5? I flashed the modem earlier, and it's running great. I'll install the rom side just so I can know that I'm on the latest, just was wondering if anyone's seen a changelog.

Yep, you caught me. Ahh, the droid x. Still got mine sitting in my nightstand, still stuck with a non-writable storage, so every boot starts up on some date that the hd died. It works for a few days, then reboots and it's back to that day in time.
I did work on sourcery rom for the gnex for a while. Been seeing if I can get into the Samsung stuff, but I've got no time. I'm just a plain ol' user right now. But my curiosity is getting the best of me. I'm starting to figure out how this odin thing works.
As for any thoughts of rom dev on this thing, I shiver every time I think of smali editing again. Is that still how these things go with no source? decompile the apk, then smali edit until things look about right?
Sweet Chicken, thanks man. Keep up the good work.

heh the droid x and droid 2 is what got me started with android those were good time ya i remember sourcery i tried porting that to the dx (icsourcery) but i suck at git and merging the needed device files lol.. had it booting but no video lol.. odin isnt bad pretty much like rsdlite but accepts user created tars so its more versatile. and yep without sorce its just smali editing lol.. its a pita but an interesting adventure/learning experience thats for sure.

That has other issues unfortunately. It never gets the partition map so it has no idea where to send the files. Thanks though.
Will the full stock be available for this? Thank you!

There is a thread in the general form. If you look through it you should get some info on how to do so.

I flashed the firmware with mobile odin and it was the my first soft brick ever with this phone i had to flash the firmware via pc, then flash twrp, wipe system (before that system wouldn't mount), reflash my rom and only then my phone worked again

So with NE6 mainly being a modem fix after the botched NE5 modem, will Beans not be rebasing Alliance to NE6? It's not necessary since we can flash just the NE6 firmware, right?

Hi Beans,
I'm wondering is there any way to make "Private mode" work on the DeOdex version? or do you recommend going Odex? I wanted to stay DeOdex since I already have my phone with all the apps and everything loaded, I don't want to start from scratch again and have to get everything on there if I switch to Odex.
btw, Awesome work you've done!!! I highly appreciate your stock-rooted roms. :good:

it's hard to compare a totally "Custom" rom like Alliance to a pretty much stock rom... This simply a Rom for people who don't want all the options or are looking for stability of a stock rom. This is a great base for Rom devs to build from. Thanks you @BeansTown106!!

It's in the 1st post. He just updated it to NG4.
Thanks for keeping up with all the updates. Definitely much appreciated. I've been trying this out for a couple days. It feels the same as the previous releases. I like it. Nothing to complain about.
Sorry if this is a simple question but I'm very new to Samsung (bought this phone last weekend - life long HTC user)...
do I need a custom recovery to flash this or can I use mobile odin pro? If custom recovery is needed, can a custom recovery be installed without tripping knox? I have SuperSU installed and knox disabled (still reading a lot to fully understand the implications of knox 0x1 on software, i.e. corporate email, etc....don't really care about warranty.)
I have root (via towelroot) and NG3 baseband.
Thanks in advance!

As soon as recovery is installed knox tripps as far as I know, knox it's not really an issue unless you need to send the phone back to Samsung, many have Tripp knox and send it back as far as I know no issues, you will need a recovery to install the rom I personally use twrp others prefer philz, welcome good choice on the s5 is a great phone.
Edit regarding mobile Odin I have not used it but most devs prefer using it via pc to avoid any issues
Can you flash this over previous stock rom or you have to perform full wipe
