Hello My friends,
Back Online All should be working perfect
Simple "MOD" and this time its "Glance View" which works when u hover ur hand on top of screen
Just playing along with this since 3 days with my S4 and i see lot of work which can be done and will try to Mod as much as possible to make this more intresting.
For now i have made few and rest will do as an when i get free time
I m also open for Request incase someone wants to add some particular Image etc no ETA..
Requirement to make this work for now
Sasmung Note 2/ Samsung S4 ( Should work on all S4/Note 2 Sammy Base Variants)
Must be Rooted
Download the zip extract the apk u want
Use file manager, solid explorer or any good file manager u want
Copy-paste the APK to system/app and replace with old one & Reboot
All Done.
I made this for S4 Link here and later tried on Note 2 works just fine
Note : I take no responsibility for any thing that may happen to your Phone do this at your own risk.

Tried it in my SGN2, downloaded zip, replaced file. but when i try it out, doesn't seem to work. the red sensor light isn't on eventhough i have turned it on in motion.
any solutions?

It should work just fine
Check the file loaded properly or not (Root is Must & only .apk to be copied into system/app
clear all running apps and the reboot place the device to flat area and try
hey bud sorry for the late response. yep it isn't working. with your file/s and proper permissions to it. rebooted phone twice/thrice and quick glance arent turning on but when you click the quick glance in learn about (tutorial) it turns on. but when you actually use it it doesnt.

I'm loving the stock feel too. Haven't thought about tinkering with a custom rom as yet..usually I root within hours of buying.Not with this

With all resolution I tried, 1440x1280, 1600x1200, I cannot set the whole wallpapers for the Home Screen, just part of the wallpapers and I think its quality decrease a lot. It's strange when Note got the same resolution with my previous One X. Anyone know why is that?

On the bottom there ar set of 5 sets those are perfect full screen wallpapers...rest all are random assorted ones..... try the sets in bottom

So I got the S4 keyboard working with autocorrect by installing the apk from the international edition after making a change to /system/csc/feature.xml.
One thing I've noticed is that the suggestions that are used for the autocorrect are slow to populate. I can actually type faster than the suggestions so if you hit the space button too quick it will change your word to something you most likely do not want.
I'm hoping that someone might be able to figure out what is causing the lag or if maybe it was something I modified with the ROM that I am running.
Anyways, just flash the zip and go into the predictive text settings to enable autocorrect.

I flashed this zip. I now have the option to turn on "Auto Replacement" but even though it is turned on, it doesn't work. Am i missing something? Am i supposed to edit the /system/csc/feature.xml file also? I just assumed that was taken care of in the zip.

Hmm, if that is showing then feature.xml was changed. I may have included in the wrong apk in the zip. Let me test it again...
EDIT: I just flashed the zip again and autocorrect is working for me. I should've mentioned that this is for deodexed ROMs. Are you on an odexed ROM still? If you are, just delete the SamungIME.odex and ResourceManager.odex from /system/app/.

That might be it... i'm still odexed. So i was able to delete SamsungIME.odex, but there is no ResourceManager.odex in my /system/app/ folder. Only a ResourceManager.apk. Is that what you meant?

If there isn't an odex for that then you are OK. Just remove the SamsungIME.odex and reboot.

OK, it's working for me now too. But i also have the lag. It's not a lot of lag but just enough that i have to consciously slow down at the end of each word for half a second

Yeah, very annoying for sure. I cannot figure out if something is wrong or if it's just poor coding. Maybe I'll throw a post out in the international forum.

For me it's unusable unless I deliberately slow down my typing. Otherwise what I type is replaced with words that don't make any sense.

Are you a fast typer? The letters show up fast, no lag there. The lag is in the suggestions. For instance, if i type "L-E-T-S" as fast as i normally do and then press space, it changes my word to "LET" (Instead of LET'S) because it hasn't registered my "S" yet. Also, if i type "I-T-S" i would expect it to change to IT'S (with an apostrophe), but it's so slow that by the time i typed ITS, the suggestions only registered the "I" and it changes my word from "ITS" to just "I".
Hope that makes sense

I certainly don't care, my main reason for posting this was to get the lag fixed.

Found this amazing theme for Galaxyman in Note 3 forum...
Flashed it instantly and got it to work only in Settings screens ....it should work for all the notification icons, running apps menu, and the shutdown menu.
So I'm just copying Galaxyman's work hoping to get the support of our brilliant themers to get it ported to our beloved note 2

Yes, it was meant for note 3, if someone send them SystemUI from note 2, I can see if that is easily portable. All I know you need to be running samsung based rom in order it to work correctly. I confirm that it wont work for note 2.

After updating to DN3 MK4 ROM....I ALMOST GOT THE THEME WORKING FOR ALL THE SCREENS EXCEPT FOR THE NOTIFICATION TOGGLE ICONS AND THE SHUT DOWN MENU..
I'm so happy....really love your work.... I keep following your amazing progress...

Thread closed because GalaxyS4Man does not want his work shared here. If he wishes to bring his theme the the galaxy note II he will create his own thread.
Anyone wanna try editing your signal icon or making a custom text on it,you can try Android Theme Engine , works on my current rom Xtreme v3 (TW 4.4.2 based ),or maybe you can try on any AOSP based rom.
-Install xposed Installer
-install APK
-Activate module
-Choose whatever you want and reboot
Not all setting worked,but at least you still can make over your icon on statusbar ?,plus this one also compatible with wanam xposed. I tried with centering the clock and scrolling wallpaper. Try it,youll gonna love it ( dont forget to backup )?

Where is the link to original thread? If this ain't your work then you MUST link us to the OP.Also while sharing someone else's work you need to mention him in credits @nitol I saw you objected to the very same thing in DN3 thread when someone uploaded a link of some developer's work without linking or giving credits to the developer thread.How come you didn't do the same this time or care to find out if this was his work or not and if it wasn't where's the link to the original thread.
I might sound rude but I fail to understand when people share someone else's work and forget to do it in the right manner.So please @dollyaja make changes to your OP if this aint your work.
I had from friend in facebook,and he doesnt have any xda account,and i dont ask him where he gets it. I will mention him if he has an account. So if this is a mistaken against the rules, i dont mind if the mod will delete this thread,idc because i just wanna share,not hoping people will give me thanks to refill my thank meter. oh.. Well i think this is the original thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-android-theme-engine-theme-android-t2582494.It's okay now at least you are aware of how to give credits or warn people that this is not your work.I doubt the moderator will delete your thread I just want the developer's work to be appreciated that's all.Thanks for updating your OP .
Edit:You don't need to mention your friend's name you need to ask him where exactly he got this app from.If it was shared from outside of xda then don't bother but if the same app was grabbed by your friend from xda (you can do that without having an xda account) then you must give credits to the original developer cause I found that exact app by a simple google search and linked me back to xda..Your friend doesn't need a mentioning.

I'm using Phoenix v18.8, why the signal bars cannot change ? i also already install SystemUImod.zip but still no change..

here's mine changed into iOS theme signal bar..
btw, how you change your label/font for your Dock Icon..? you got small pict/icon in there.. please share it too..
for other users, if you have problem or nothing changes after restart SystemUI or reboot, you need check whether you already have another mods for your SystemUI or notification panel, it might conflicted with this mods..
signal bar mod for example, if you use wanam xposed, you have to disable the mod for signal, eg; signal bar count/number (in notification panel menu) or the themed signal bar (in theme menu)..
from then, now you can change the icon with Android theme Engine.. :good:
First off I want to think Gharrington and Pas2001 for this amazing Mod and the excellent support they are giving for it. Top notch guys and all class. Head over here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2799958 to download the app and make damn sure you give thanks. It'll come with smali files that you won't need. Just install the app as a regular app. YOU MUST INSTALL THE APP FIRST OR YOU WILL GET FC ERRORS. I'm not responsible for any damage or terrible things you may do to your phone. I have remade this with the latest updates for the battery mod. You should only need to flash this. It should and the key word is should put the updated batterymod app in your data/app partition. BACKUP YOUR PHONE FIRST!!! Can not stress this enough. You have 0 to lose if you backup your phone. You can always go back. This zip has been used on other roms successfully so it ought to work on this one. I just haven't tested it. So let me know so I can update this. This includes the quicklaunch as well. I'll make another without that after I can confirm the zip works. Then I'll make one for sacs v4 as well. Thanks.
3minit should work on aosp roms as well so if you'd like it on the one your running let me know. I'll need your framework.res and your systemui.apk in order to make the necessary changes.

My bad. Must've done while preparing MOAR. If you'll pull the systemui.apk, twframework.res, and framework.res from your rom (must be the ones from the actual rom zip and not from your system) and upload them I'll hook you up. Found in /system/framework/ .....

I'll have this for you today. I apologize for the delay. Had some stuff come up last night. Go ahead and install this now. It's the updated 3minit app. You'll need it first before adding the systemui.apk. just install as a normal app. Ignore the smali files. You don't need those.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated since the free 3minit app will not download any files for selection and the purchase one FCs on me.

It stopped a little while after used it. I even purchased the add on and now all it does is FC!!!???
Any Ideas would be appreciated.

Did you install the app first? And it's updated since I made this thread. I've been running sacs moar so haven't been keeping up with anything.
