this thread is all about how to Turn off or Reboot your Xperia P or S
if it has
-hanged
-or not responding
-showing continuous FCs ( ___ stopped working errors)
Here's the key combination-

The phone will vibrate once & Reboot,
if u keep on holding the keys, It will vibrate 3 times and will Turn OFF
Only the power and volume up are required as far as I know

It has a 3 part install much like aeonworlds lockscreen.
It features
- Toggable on-screen buttons
- Toggable lockscreen style
- give your power and volume keys more than one use
- press and hold volume to skip tracks and radio presets
- Press power to end call
Thought it was neat, and haven't seen it mentioned in this section

dear all,
my ds5 is not responding......................:crying:
when i push power button to start it wont starts....................
when i push 2 volume button & power button to enter recovery mod it wonts show any thing........:crying:..
when i push power & cam button to enter fastboot mode it wont show anything.............:crying:
when i connect charger to wont charge........................:crying:
totally no light or any thing................:crying:
like tottaly dead.....
when i checked battery with multimeter it shows 3826mvolts.............
what should i do .................how to make my ds5 working back...............:crying:
last action performed before this state; stucked @ dell logo while flashing miui2.4.....so as usual i pulled my battery & relaced again.........then pushed power button..............then ..........no light........no dell logo...........no response to above mentioned activity...........like it is tottaly dead..........:crying:

Hello,
I have a problem with my tablet, because every time when i start this enters in safe mode. I hard reset in options my tablet, but when i turn on this stop in blue theme and stop. I can't reapair this. start + vol up dostes't work. Please help me.
P.S I have Xperia S tablet ( SGPT1211 ), but i can't find this model in pc companion.
P.S 2 Red led in right corner always lighting when i start tablet.

I just wanted to record gameplay on my android device. I have a samsung galaxy e7. Somehow I ended up in recovery mode. I picked update from adb and now it just gives this message

Its just stuck there. I tried switching it off. I did all that volume up button and home button things too. But it just wont work. The screen is stuck there. I dont know what to do. I dont want to lose all the information on my phone. I just wantto it get back to normal again.. T^T Please help me. Please. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:
Try to press all three (Power button + vol up + vol down) at the same tame for couple of seconds and see if that fixes that problem.

Can you unlock using that?
To get to that menu -- while in download mode, with the USB cable unplugged tap the power button 4 times.
That menu is for flashing a device over the network. I have documented exactly how to do it in the V20 forums, but I will post the procedure here again if you want.
It is only good for flashing KDZs, because it checks the signed hash payload sent in the SIGN opcode.
EDIT: also you can flash KDZs from the SD card....
