[NANDROID][STOCK] JELLYBEAN 4.1.1 SENSE 4+ for hTC_Asia_WWE_1.17.707.2 - HTC One X+

I am creating this thread because I find a lot of people looking for it in the forum
If you are looking for the stock Nandroid backup of the 4.1.1 with all the updates up to date you can get it from here
The CID's on which this backup will work are HTC__044, HTC__038
NOTE: This is NOT ROOTED
Keep in mind it's the TWRP backup (It's not compatible with CWM)
If you are to flash use TWRP recovery
To get the OTA updates (SENSE 5 UPDATE WORKS FLAWLESSLY)
1. Put the backup on TWRP backups folder (/TWRP/BACKUPS/XXXXXXX/the backup)
2. Restore the backup
3. Rename the boot.emmc.win inside the zip file to boot.img and flash it from fastboot
4. Flash the stock recovery from fastboot
5. Relock your bootloader and reboot
6. Check for updates u must be able to get it cheers...:good:

Although I am not needing this since I already updated and I am not an indian, First of all thanks a lot mate for providing those links and over all help. But I have a remark about your boot.img.
I am not sure if renaming it will make the boot.img work, It's best advised if you keep it with the exact name its in "boot.emmc.win" and flash it exactly as it is since it works perfectly fine.

Renaming won't mess up the kernel file .....that's all same
Just since people are familiar with the boot.img terminology I have put that....

yes you can make a zip from it and flash it from recovery that is what i know for sure, but i believe it will still upgrade ur hboot. ( this part im not 100% sure)
Yup pm freeza he's a cool dev and he'll definitely give you the info your looking for. He makes the zips your referring to quite often.
#Root-Hack_Mod*Always\=LTE
If you open the RUU you can find a Rom.zip file in the temp folder of your computer, copy that to your desktop and extract the system and boot images. You can then flash both of those from fastboot

i would just download a custom rom and install that.

you can 7ZIP to view an unpack several .exe files,
i guess it will work with your RUU

I restored the original recovery and relocked the phone but still, can't update the software after downloading the file. as always, run the RUU while the boot loader is locked. Make sure the device ID matches. If it is locked already unlock, flash your stock recovery RELOCK and try again.
This would be my 1st reply...
Can some one help me for this.
I do unlocked, flash boot, flash recovery (Failed alot of time due to not for ONE X+ version), now using TWRP to 2.3.3.0 (AT&T/Telus and INTL)
After that I want to flash custom ROM ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1987885 ( Android Revolution HD 6.2 ), and flash the Boot.img for 6.x.
Then I not start flash custom ROM yet, and do NANDROID from TWRP.
So is that my boot.img is stock boot? Because I want keep NANDROID Backup.
And now I using HCT__044 1.17.707.1, found that RUU not available yet, so cannot get back from STOCK ROM.
Can someone upload this version for me for the boot.img if mine one is custom boot.img...
Thanks & Regards

To go completely to stock you need to flash backup you made prior flashing (if you did any) and flash boot.img from backup via fastboot... Only you need stock recovery more but... I can give you only from our WWE CID HTC__001
If you have no backup you need to wait for RUU

All the steps u mentioned are fine.
For rooting the first step is to unlock bootloader from windroid , ( incase u forgot which I told in the previous post) And then flash recovery & then supersu (root access)
But ,U need to flash custom ROM from the recovery. And yes the backup made from recovery is sufficient.
Can u tell me your hboot by entering into bootloader ( power + vol down button).

Try installing the 1.5.0.0 TWRP for JB from Original Developement. Also, you don't need to backup the cache partition, data and system is enough.

There is no kitkat based ROM for the Desire X. And for your other questions, you'll have to find out yourself... This question is to be ignored here on xda.

GSM Stock-Rooted Deodex 2.61.401.3 KitKat Sense 5.5

Android 4.4.2
HTC Sense Version 5.5
Software Version 2.61.401.3
Rooted with SuperSU
Unsecure Kernel
Deodexed

How to install
Roms only wipes caches and formats system . I would recommend wiping data too
1. Download Rom to internal or external storage
2. Boot to Recovery
3. Make a backup
4. (Wipe all) Flash Rom (I would not recommend trying to flash this over JB)
5. Reboot system
Thanks Dsixda for Android Kitchen
Thanks Trickdroid for parts of the script
Thanks to Pradeep/Andhrl/Farazhassan for dumps/various files/backups
To Other Devs, feel free to use this as a base for your own ROMs.
I have no intentions of adding any mods to this ROM. This is merely a base for other devs to customize for their own builds. I do not plan on doing any firmware update zips/write-ups, so please don't ask.

You can go to stock completely but it's de-odexed so OTA's would not install
so i could flash this rom
install stock recovery
remove root from this rom after flashing
remove tampered banner
lock bootloader again
then its stock without ota support right ?
or does the thread owner has the stock not rooted secure boot and not deodexed laying around somewhere too ??
would you upload it ?

You should find the RUU for your specific device. If you are unlocked and S-OFF you can RUU back to what ever version you can find then take the OTA's.

This a custom recovery flashable rom zip. You need to RUU back to stock in order to get any HTC updates. No custom recovery rom will allow you to get factory updates. You must have stock recovery.

Thanks any way for reply.
