Installation instructions:
Before anything else, BACKUP your existing DATA. I will not be held responsible for lost data. You have been warned.
1. Simply download the zip file
2. Open and install using CWM or TWRP
3. During install you will have the option to install also "Repartition"
4. If you choose "Repartition" your data will be FORMATTED and WIPED. However, after installation, go back to the recovery screen and wipe data again if you want to be sure.
5. After FIRST BOOT, open the launcher, search for "Xposed Installer", click on it to open.
6. Simply click on "Install/Update" to set up the Xposed Framework (Grant it root access)
7. After installing the Xposed Framework, don't reboot yet. Click on the "Modules" tab.
8. Put a check on GravityBox then click on GravityBox
9. Gravity Box is a set of tools/tweaks for the MT6589 chipset for added features. You may customize your own, but here is my personal configuration:
Lockscreen Tweaks - no choice
Statusbar Tweaks:
Statusbar QuickSettings tiles - checked all
Battery indicator style - circle battery with percentage
Auto-hide signal icons - check all
Power Tweaks: - Advanced power-off menu (checked)
Display Tweaks: - CRT screen off effect (checked)
Media Tweaks: - More music volume steps (checked), Safe headset media volume (checked)
Miscellaneous Tweaks - none
General fixes - Advanced developer options (checked)
10. Once configured, reboot
11. Start using your phone
-----
!!!Note: Please don't give negative comments about the rom not showing anything new or special compared to other roms. Again, I focused on performance and stability. Also, you may think that the tweaks here are only the xposed framework and gravitybox, there are others under the hood that have been customized and checked for the A919i.

[ROM][JB][.100][New] JBeAnZ v2.2 (Dark and Light) 2013/08/31

REMINDERS: Flashing custom made ROMs comes with risk, if you are not sure what you are doing STOP. Do not continue. If you are knowledgeable and want to try it out feel free. You may feedback problems or comments but I do not guarantee to be able to solve all problems encountered, so do not blame me if any problems occurred. Thank you.
WHAT IS JBeAnZ?
JBeAnZ is a customized stock ROM based on firmware 6.2.A.1.100 Jellybean for Xperia go (ST27i). What I did is removed bloatwares or software that are unwanted that makes the ROM slower and more memory hungry. I also enabled init.d script to allow to run scripts that help optimize the ROM. I edited build.prop for more optimization. The goal of JBeAnZ is to allow users to enjoy stock JB ROM more, more speed, more RAM, more smoothness.
The latest JBeAnZ v2.2 comes in 2 versions, Dark and Light.
Dark has the following UI of apps theme-based (System,Settings,Contacts,Messaging,Phone,Theme Picker,Alarm&Time)
Light version has the following UI of apps white background (Settings,Contacts,Messaging,Phone,Theme Picker,Alarm&Time,Music Widget,OnOffTools Widget)

I was looking for your work, it got put down before I even had the chance to ask. Love the boot animation! And I like that you changed the drawer ui because the stock drawer looks horrible. Can phantom kernel work with this? Great job on keeping the rom size very small, only second to slimbean(280mb)!
Currently on your rom. Touch screen is indeed more sensitive than stock. But I still cannot see how the free ram can goes beyond 200. It always in 140-160 something. One quick question, how can I go to recovery? when I turn on my phone with power+volume down button all I can see is a pairs of blue little dots. cheers!

You have to patiently wait for the blue dots to disappear. Happens a lot to me when changing roms.
So I tried the second method and it seems the cwm-1.0-lotus file is not working although it shows it's already installed when I ran it. Still can't get to cwm, so I tried munjenis cwm and was finally able to flash your rom. But WiFi is not working.
Great work!!

If you use munjeni kernel without modify module and build.prop, your wifi will not able to switch. Try phantom kernel, but you will get notify about Update from Sony server.

[INDEX][10/10] Collection of Xposed Modules

XPOSE YOUR SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE
This is a Collection of threads of Xposed Modules which work* for our phone! (*I tested only a few)
I assume you know about Xposed Framework !
If you don't, here's the method >
How to install:
First step for everything you do: Create a nandroid backup and make sure you know how to restore it!
I'm not responsible for anything you do with your phone/tablet/rice cooker.
There is also the risk to soft-brick your device. In such a case, restoring a backup is the easiest way to get rid of it.(Or use Xposed Disabler)
For the framework:
1.Download XposedInstaller.apk and install it
2.Launch the Xposed Installer and click on "Install/Update"
3.Reboot
4.Done!
For any modifications/modules you want to install:
1.Download .apk and install it
2.Launch the Xposed Installer and go to the "Modules" tab (you will also get there if you click on the notification warning you that the module is not enabled yet)
3.Enable the module by checking the checkbox
4.Reboot
5.Done!
Click to collapse

[New] Google™ BeAnZ 2.0 (Xgo Google™ Edition) 2013-11-09 [ROM][JB][.100][LBL/UBL]

I would also like to remind all users to keep in mind that to enjoy custom ROM experience, it is best to FLASH from a clean stock ROM first, ROOT and enbale INT.D and the install RECOVERY (CWM). Then finally flashing the custom ROM. Thank you.
WHAT IS Google™ BeAnZ?
Google™ BeAnZ (from the creator of JBeAnZ) is a customized stock ROM based on firmware 6.2.A.1.100 Jellybean for Xperia go (ST27i). The idea stem out after reading Google Edition phone of Galaxy S4 and HTC One.
WHY Google™ BeAnZ?
We all know Google™ will not release a Google™ Edition of Xperia go, so the goal of this ROM is to make a Google™ Edition ROM for Xperia go without having to install AOSP ROM or custom ROMs which needs to unlock the bootloader (still it will work with unlocked bootloader and works well with Phantom kernel). I tried to make this ROM look and feel like stock Android as much as possible. I use resources from Jellybean 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 to complete this ROM. I also removed bloatwares or software that are unwanted that makes the ROM slower and more memory hungry. I also enabled init.d script to allow to run scripts that help optimize the ROM. I edited build.prop for more optimization.

Fix this error by reflash system by flashtool. I use file: ST27i_6.2.A.1.100_1264_7472.ftf
1.Reflash ftf file.

3.Reflash Google Beanz. Enjoy.

Do not use SetCPU or any other overclocking software I have built in script or if you really want to delete 999cpubeanz located at etc\init.d folder (but dont blame for anything with regards to battery life), the search bar is locked and cant be remove. the widget overlapping will try to fix but no promises.

Do not use SetCPU or any other overclocking software I have built in script or if you really want to delete 999cpubeanz located at etc\init.d folder (but dont blame for anything with regards to battery life), the search bar is locked and cant be remove. the widget overlapping will try to fix but no promises.

I don't mind sacrificing battery life (not an intensive user), as long as it's smooth. The drawer looks very good, but the home screen needs some work. I actually don't mind a locked search bar as long as the widgets don't overlap with it. I think I'll stick with apex launcher over the stock one until its fixed. I also noticed, that you can't re-size widgets vertically, or at least the Google play widget.

Like I said on the first post, to enjoy custom ROM it is best to reflash from a clean ROM then root, init.d enable, CWM then flash custom ROM.

thanks ..noted..i'll stay with Jbeanz v2.2 then ..
great work ..:good::good:
@kinglauryl, thanks for your great work, just want to know is there any difference between this ROM and JBeAnZ v2.2? As you said that this ROM is your new work and there will be no update for JBeAnZ v2.2. Thanks!:good:

The UI, Launcher, messaging, phonebook, lockscreen, themes, wallpapers and some icons are different from JBeAnZ but the scripts and build.prop are the same, there might be future updates on JBeAnZ but for now I'm exploring this Google BeAnZ, maybe before the end of the year another JBeAnZ update will be release. Thank you for your support.

Yes, but the Transparent task bar is exclusive to your systemUI.apk right.. so If I change it, then I would lose that! Is the quick toggles customizable?

Hi ! I like your ROM! One question, how do i get the default sony lock screen back ? I tried replacing the UPNXTLockscreen.apk file but it doesn't seem to work :silly:
EDIT: I'm guessing that the framework needs to be changed. IS it possible to get a flash able version of it ??
Thanks !
Hello lauryl,
Great rom, looks very nice and stable.
Is there a way to change the margin betweenthe desktop and the dock seperator.
I changed the margins of top and bottom to none.
But the space between the seperator "spot" and the lowest widget and the space between the spot and the dock icons is to much.
Regards and a happy new year,
Chris

I just installed your rom... Seems good, but it's too early to have a complete opinion. However, I tried to flash phantom kernel 1.1.3 performance but the phone didn't boot. It remained stuck at phantom logo. Are there any specific instructions for flashing phantom kernel other than flashing the zip through CWM?

Hi dude,
Don't worry! It happens to me sometimes with the phantom kernel! Just hard reset your phone (volume up and power button) and wait for three continuous vibrations, and then reboot, leave it for sometime until the led light shows the colors! and you are done!

The led shows the colours and then it stucks... I had it for over 15 minutes at this stage, but it never booted to homescreen.
Works great!
VERY Smooth rom! I'd say that this is a great rom for our phone! fast and smooth! and good gaming performance! (tested games minion rush, dead trigger 1,2) I love everything about the rom! except for the systemUI.apk :s (sorry dude) That being said, everything is great! Boot animations with sounds! You should release small apps with your rom dude! That would be great! Everything works well! And Modded settings, overrall, great experience, loving the rom so far!
