This is what I use on my Galaxy S4 along with the AccuWeather transparent widget.
You need a Rooted Device and Root Explorer.
Instructions:
-Download the GenieWidget.apk
-Open Root Explorer and navigate to where you saved GenieWidget
-Copy GenieWidget
-Navigate to /system/app/
-Mount system R/W
-Paste
-Set permission like the other apps.
-Quick Reboot or Reboot.

Installation Guide:
Launcher Installation
- Dowload the .zip file
- Take out all the .apk's
- Copy the .apk's to your Player
- Open Root explorer
- Go to /sdcard and move Hololauncher.apk to /system/app
- Click on your home button and choose Hololauncher
SystemUI Installation:
- Download The .zip file
- Take out all the .apk's
- copy the.apk's to your Player
- Open Root explorer
- Go to /sdcard and move systemui.apk to /system/app (It should say do you want to overwrite it?) Click on Yes!
- Now You should get Force closes (No Panic) Reboot your Player and enjoy!
Settings Installation:
- Download The .zip file
- Take out all the .apk's
- copy the.apk's to your Player
- Open Root explorer
- Go to /sdcard and move Settings.apk to system/app (It should say do you want to overwrite it?) Click on Yes!
- Reboot!!!
- Unlock your player and go into settings Enjoy!
Framework-res.apk Installation:
- Dowload the .zip file
- Take out all the .apk's
- Copy the .apk's to your Player
- Open Root explorer
- Go to /sdcard and move framework-res.apk to system/framework (It should say do you want to overwrite it?) Click on Yes!
- Now your Player should start Vibrating (No Panic!) do not turn off or do anything the screen should go Black and reboot back into the system (When the Back/Menu buttons are lighting up You know it's working!
- Enjoy The new look!

it's Working on S4 Mini.....
INSTALL manually :
1.Copy the GenieWidget.apk to you Phone
2.Copy and Paste with Rootexplorer or other the GenieWidget.apk to System App

Installation:-
1.First download the hyperion-res.apk from the below link
2.Now open root explorer and copy my hyperion-res.apk and paste it to system/framework/here
3.If asking for replacement,press yes
4.Now a force close window will come continiously,close it everytime
5.And set the app permission to rw-r--r--
6.save permission and restart phone and you are done...Enjoy
