Download .TTF version of your font on your pc (Use Google)
rename the file to DroidSansFallback.ttf
before you proceed further kindly backup the original DroidSansFallback.ttf font from your /system/fonts

I'm using Galaxy Rosemary Font. I think you can use font installer (app on play store) to find this font.
