[MOD][Xposed] AOSP Lockscreen - Galaxy Note II Themes and Apps

Requires Xposed Framework!
Note: No further support will be given for this module, it'll work on most (if not all) 4.1 devices. 4.2+ versions of Android are not supported.
This mod replaces the Samsung lockscreen with the AOSP one.

I got hold of a rooted Note 2. Bug fixed, at some point before putting it on github I edited the source without testing since I don't have the phone. That broke stuff. All fixed now, use the same download link and it should work.

works like a charm on jedix rom with ATT

@MohammadAG is there some way to center the lock circle? Look at the picture and you'll know what I mean.

The AOSP lockscreen wasn't removed in Samsung's code, they simple added another one and dused that. I'm not sure I can add whole classes in Xposed.

Heh. The reason I made this mod is because I used 240dpi on my phone and lockscreen shortcuts looked so small, but the reason I never released was exactly that; the circle isn't centered in other DPIs. I actually spent a lot of time on it but I eventually gave up. If you find a way to center it (some other mod that has it fixed), I'll gladly add it.

Thanx for great module! I have a problem though - the camera and google button don't seem to work. If I slide unlock circle to the camera, nothing happens. I have to slide it again to UNLOCK and then it asks for pattern and runs camera. Is there a way to fix this?

Check my signature, look for "Enable camera on lockscreen"
As for Google Now, you'll need to use the "Show when phone locked" option in Xposed App Settings.

does not work with Galaxy Tab 2 p3110 JB 4.2.2
EDIT: My apologise, I missed it. This mod is for 4.1.2

Looks nice. Any chance to add week number to month view?
I suppose, it's not that easy, but may be it's possible to add day agenda preview under the month overview?
I'm seeing some weird gray overlay of a + sign (see screenshots). It shows up in Day/Week/Month views. I'm using an Evo with Cyanogenmod Froyo.

I have just noticed the same thing with I tested on CM 6.0 for DROID.
I am looking into the issue. I have been testing on OEM and BuglessBeast until now.

It seems that CM uses HDPI images for the apps for DROID and standard everyone else uses MDPI. I am rebuilding to adjust for this.

Had the same overlay stuff when I themed 2.2 Calendar ...
Edit: just tried your mod...I like it!!
I don´t need the week start, but color highlighting in the month vew area is great!! - thanx for that.
You didn´t do that with apktool, you took the source and modded in eclipse, right?

No eclipse, but yes. Modified and rebuilt from source.
Maybe a bug, tapping on Menu -> More -> Calendars the app crash.
How do I get this to stick after a restart? Using CM6 with gapps installed from the update.zip on the CM6 thread.

[ROM] zuch0slide (the first of many...)

*Disclaimer*
In no shape way or form am I responsible if you brick your own phone...somehow. This is the kind of thing you do at your own risk. Also, please go easy on me as this is my very first ROM and I have been working on it for almost 2 weeks.
This little beauty is just something thrown together in no specific order.
it is a non-sense 2.1 hence no flash player so don't ask about it as i may just use sense as my next attempt but we will see.
This is really meant just to be something I like but I posted up here for a few friends abroad that I know want it.
and dont forget you do NEED ROOT!
Release 2 {this is a bare essentials ROM)
-ADW launcher added
-kept gallery 3D as I enjoy it (included both for those who love it)
-dev tools and spare parts working
-fixed the bad xml so all market apps work
-updated adhosts file so hopefully no ads
-all the great ringtones we know and love plus the stock as well
-apps2sd support just not for ext4
-added netcat as busybox wasn't enough for me
known issues
-wifi tether not working ... (removed for now)
-crappy camera from older UIs
-keyboard no ? or /

Flashed this rom and here is what I found:
Bluetooth is working, WiFi is not; unable to start.
Camera working with flash.
Hard keyboard works except:
No lights. No FN and Shift indicator. no ? or /
Ive tried both radio images (7.09.35.10 and 7.08.35.04)
Neither seem stable, my connections bounces from 3G to H(HSPDA?) and back.
I was barely able to sign into Google. (build.prop issue?)

Cool. But when entering settings, some of the entries look a bit odd: http://i.imgur.com/tqKO3n8.png

Couldn't you perhaps make a function to select which modules to show?

There's an active work to port S6 firmware to our Note 4. It's called "GlamourROM" and it's made by the XDA user @henrylife
While the rom is working, there're actually some major bugs here and there:
1) Front camera doesn't work
2) Grid View in launcher
3) SMS crash while writing longer messages
4) Framework's missaligned layouts
5) S-Pen doesn't properly work/it's not enabled in settings
6) Lockscreen effects
7) Automatic brightness
You can see all the work here https://www.facebook.com/glamourrom Cheers

The problem is 64bit libraries which are unable to initialize, I created the framework files from scratch, tons of class edit, with my Note 4 I'm not going to retry to hack kernel for 64-bit support, almost fully bricked mine, thanks to god that it managed to boot 3hrs later, it was in bricked-state already, if I can get another Note 4 for kernel hacking I would mess with it otherwise it's a big no...
All SPen support is in my ROM present, although with the Air Commander, it's not a ROM "port" it's a total recreation of the framework and hundreds of hours "test and trial", if I get Package update problems solved, a beta release will be uploaded...
Oh and btw Samsung totally cleaned the frameworks and apps from all the "Gimmicky" things, their listeners aren't there, that's a lot of manual implementing, but I will look into it when I'm done with the initial release of it, Cheers!

How do i get this module to work? I understood you have to do something with the settings and root, but what? Running cm12.1 galaxy s5 g900f unlocked and using built in cyanogenmod root.

I'm working on getting rid of the root requirement right now, if it doesn't work for you than the next release should.

Lollipop support will be worked on as soon as I can get my hands on a Lollipop device. Really, it shouldn't be much (if any) work, but I want to test before I start crashing everyone's Settings apps.

Psh, that's what the community is for. Send something my way, I'll gladly give it a go.

That would be great
Looks awesome! Been wanting something like this for a while now. I'm surprised xposed doesn't offer this natively. I'll wait till the root requirement is removed though, like to keep root access restricted where possible.
Waiting for lollipop version
Great! This is what im looking for before. Is there a way just to inject the xposed app?

I've never worked with TouchWiz, but I have an S6 lying around I might delve into later on.

That would be great man ❤❤❤.
I would like to see this, or just link to Xposed Installer in settings app on Samsung device.
Thanks in advance.
This works on m8 gpe. I'm on stock gpe and only shows gravitybox xgel settings and xposed.
