Try this one kababayan.. Try to uninstall and then install again the s1 boot. See the link below for reference
I think you have a fastboot driver problem..

cannot flash amonra

hey all,
well i unlocked my bootloader okay.. i used the android super toolbox (.bat file) and choose to flash a recovery.img i choose the Amonra option but it installed CWM recovery instead...and now I cannot get Amonra to succussfully flash, so that I can root. Any help?!
Reboot boot loader and use fast boot to flash amon ra. I think its called recovery.img and its in the tools folder of that tool. Put it in the folder you have adb and fasboot and then while in boot loader do fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

This is kind of wrong... I'm assuming you've CD (changed directories) to the platform-tools in order to use fastboot. With that being the case, you'll want to specify the "path of the recovery" not the "name of the recovery" + .img of course.

You are placing the recovery image in the same folder correct ? but yes that would be the correct path. I don't know why you would change name as long as you are typing it in correctly.
I always change the name to make it easier to type. Example: cwm-touch.img or recovery.img. I never leave it all crazy like "clockwork-vigor-5.5.1-recovery.img"

I just did it though ubuntu.... god i love linux lol thanks all for ur input
i did notice this on the hboot screen
Open DSP v10.6.0.7611.00.0919
maybe that was there before, but i just noticed it. anything in the name of S-Off!
What is the error you are getting?
The phone is in fastboot, yes? It says "fastboot usb"?
Are you using a folder named "Root" or do you just have your stuff all loose in root? I would keep it in a folder, name it whatever you like, android or something. Put everything you need in there, including the recovery zip file.
Open cmd prompt.
cd c:\android
fastboot flash recovery nameofrecovery.img
That should do it. I've attached a pic of what I have in my folder which is all you need in there.

Hi.
Where do you have your fastboot.exe file? Remember to put boot.img at the same folder that you have your fastboot.exe.
Then open an dos window(cmd) and make sure your phone are in recovery mode(fastboot mode) Turn off the phone and hold down the voulme up/+ then plug in the usb cable. You should have a blue light on your phone.
Then open the dos window and type:
fastboot.exe flash boot boot.img
Click to collapse
But before all this, you have to make sure your phone have unlocked bootloader.
Yes you can do it with flashtools.... But 1st u need to connect ur phone in fastboot mode.... Then open flashtools then click fastboot in flashtools...

DNA ROOT! Help Please!

Hello!

THANKS!

correct I see the TWRP in the recovery folder in the where the app is located. so far I just got my bootloader unlocked so I can root the phone. I also hear that clockworkmod recovery is a better root than TWRP but cant find a good forum walkthrough for clockworkmod.
Thanks!

I personally like twrp, but it really doesn't matter. I'd reccomend you try both and see which one you like. But anyway,
download a recovery to your computer.
Put your phone into fastboot and connect it to your computer
Open a command prompt where the recovery image file you downloaded is located(shift right click, open command prompt here)
Type "fastboot devices" to make sure your computer sees your phone
Type "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img", but replace the recovery.img with whatever the file was named.
Now you should have a custom recovery. Which will allow you to install a superuser package so you can have root access on pure stock. And it also lets you flash custom kernels and roms.
If you had any issues just post what the issue is.

yes. I am in fastboot on my phone when I run the command. so what I did was I pulled the file TWRP out of the folder and put it in the same folder where Fastboot app is at and then rename from TWRP to Recovery.img and then ran the command and again and it was done in like 2 sec and all it said its finished. so I rebooted my phone and download Superuser and also tired to download an rooted app but still doesn't seem to work... and superuser is complaining there is no kernel....

Flashing cwm and rooting on unlocked BL P760?

Hi everyone,
So after deciding whether to do it or not, i finally unlocked my BL yesterday. At least when i dial the secret number and look at BL info, it says "UNLOCK".
But I've been trying to flash cwm and rooting but it seems my device is not being recognised in cmd.
And i am having difficulties to install fastboot drivers again because my device is not showing up at all in device manager.
If you could kindly list some simple instructions on how to flash cwm and rooting on unlocked BL (Before you ask, yes i went through all the guides with no avail) or help me to install flashboot drivers properly, it would be appreciated.
Thank you and good day.
EDIT 1: I can boot in fastboot mode, But when i do adb devices, driver installation fails and thus the command for flashing cwm says "waiting for device" and never flashes.
EDIT 2: From what i have searched from previous posts , i need to wait 30mins, I will do that and report.... Hopefully it will work
If you can boot into fastboot then do fastboot devices, adb devices are commands in adb mode, not fastboot mode, instead of flashing through adb use fastboot flash , hope I help!

Sorry,
I actually did what u said.
But when i type the command (in cmd) : C:\Android>fastboot devices ---> The command is accepted and there is a driver installation which fails.
Even then i continued and typed : C:\Android>fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.3.1-p760.img
But with the second command, it simply says "waiting for device" in the command window, but nothing happens.
