I might be wrong but 004999010640000 if I'm not mistaken is a default ime number.
Check in settings->about->status and see what your ime number is.
Search for and read the lost ime or restore efs threads to see if they can help.
Look for a user called odia. Might be able to help if you have no efs backup.

Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA App
Its not your CSC as said its IMEI .
Just restore your backed up EFS folder .

someone told me that my phone is not SG2
It's M250S or M250K

On this forum it does not surprise me what is flashed to what phone .
Their are a number of SGS2 phones you need to know which one you have .
then I see ""gadjet serial"" unknown
where can I hind gadjet serial driver?
Never seen that before so i suspect its not SGS2 i9100 model .Or you are not flashing correct firmware .

[Q] 0049*** or 0000 IMEI EFS problems no signal Argentina Movistar Claro

Hi:
I am a new member, I had a Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 , I buy this device in Argentina, ( Movistar) with the version 4.0.4. I have signal with Movistar, and working good. One day a update to the new version 4.1. and root and install busybox , and galaxy unlock, to use other Sim ( CLARO) and working good. with out problems. But last week i upgrade to the last version 4.1.2 and i lost my unlock, soo i do it again, ( root busybox galaxyunlock,) but with didnt works. Only works with Movistar. But not With (CLARO)
I change the firmware a lot times, i use the 4.2.2 and the 4.3 ,the official and not official rooms, and use the UFN and CTI last firmwares, and download the oldest 4.0.4, but didnt works.
I use the wipe and restar tools, but didnt works. i dont way i install ClockworkMod 6.0.4.4 ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2200501 ) and i start with the problems.
I can use my device with any company,
I think the EFS are broken, soo i try to recovery my backup files, deleting the efs folder and restar the device, i use the program EFS_Pro_1.8.11_Release , but i can recovery my IMEI,
if i dial *#06# is NULL or 0049**
can you help me Thank you
Best regards.
PD: sorry my english is too bad.

This is not question and answers .
You should read the stickied EFS/ IMEI thread first .
All the information is posted .
You post rambles to much to understand your actual problem .
What is your actual problem now ??
If EFS or IMEI read the sticky first .
Thread closed, please use this thread to post your problem in (but please read the thread a bit first).

[Q] Imei changed after flashing rom!!

Hey guys, just registered to post about a problem I've encountered with my galaxy s3 i9300. I rooted my phone and flashed cyanogen mod 10.2. After this everything looked good but then I realised that my mobile network wasn't working. I searched around the web for a few weeks now and found out that the problem was my imei number. My IMEI number changed to 004999010640000 from the official number under my battery and I couldn't find out how to restore it. Apparently I should have backed up my EFS folder before the rooting process but I didn't know.
Is there any way to restore my current IMEI number back to the official IMEI number without the EFS folder?
I'm new to this sort of stuff and I would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me something about this problem..Thanks in advance!!

ill share my experience with you, but i can't guarantee that it will work for you. I was on a Samsung 4.1.2 ROM. I flashed a Samsung 4.2.2 ROM, which had a modem change option (cant remember which one i selected). The result was my IMEI being change to 004xxxxxxxxx as well. I reflashed the 4.1.2 ROM, my IMEI went back to normal. Then i reflashed the 4.2.2 ROM and selected "do no change modem". My IMEI stayed normal when i reflashed the 4.2.2 so i assume it has something to do with the modem.
You change yours by any change?
Don't know if this will help you, maybe someone with more experience can.
