You download the game from elsewhere on the web...put on SD...install from SD using root explorer or similar instead of store..may have to check unknown sources in settings/security though first...

That's the point. If I can download it now and play with my friends then I am more than willing to pay but it's not possible at the moment.

Game works like a charm in my phone. It's not a country issue because i bought it and downloaded it in my HTC One. To get it working in my Mega had to use torrent version (just did it because I bought it). I'm 100% against warez.

The market enabler didnt work. Has the same message. Could be gameloft themselves not coding the game correctly for our screen size even if we manually install it, it works fine. I had same issue with asphalt 5 not being "compatible" on my note 2 while 6 and 7 installed fine.

Have you tried to change device model in your build.prop to a different one just long enough to get the game? That's how I get any apps I need for my device that says its not compatible..i tell it that i am an s3 and get whatever i want...just an idea

probably over 80% of Android users arent rooted. just a guess but we are definitely the minority.
I think i can't buy apps in APP stock by using ATT account just because I'm rooted? Can some one confirm this? Yes i can buy using the creditcard but can't apply to ATT account.
just use a app from market called temp root remover.it will temp remover root with one click and u can add root back with one click.that should do it for u guys

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Google, who could care less about piracy. But, in order to make a deal with Hollywood, they had to add in some sort of Copy Protection. Since Hollywood has hackers too, one of the restrictions was to not put the movies on rooted devices.
Similar thing was happening with Netflix on Android and continues to happen with Netflix on Linux. The movie moguls refuse to allow their movies to hit these devices if there is even a chance that the stream will be recorded and pirated.
use OTARootKeeper to temp unroot and it works fine...

I get it but just as happened with SOPA Google is big enough to stand up to Hollywood. Most people who root their device do it for reasons other than pirated movies.

So after the issue with not being able to play a movie purchased from the market on a rooted device i now find out that my carrier will not let me stream it over LTE. What's next? Shouldn't this be left for me to decide how i want to use my 3 GB?

Yes there is a solution... Download the app by supercurio called "OTA ROOTKEEPER" THIS WILL allow you temporarily unrOOt your phone and make the market videos app think ur phone is stock. Try it...i use it and works perfect.
Edit: for those who need to know how to use it. Download it. Click protect root. Then it will ask you two things. Click the second option which says temporarily unroot. Then watch ur movie. After your done with your market movie. Open ota ROOTKEEPER and click the unroot again and it will give u root back.

thanks i did that and it let me stream via wifi only. I'd like to be able to stream via LTE. the message is something like 'your carrier does not allow streaming video via the mobile network'

It is very unusual. I'm able to stream Netflix movies over cellular. I called the Google Play support and they asked that I call AT&T. AT&T says there is no such restrictions on my account. So now I'm waiting to hear back from the Google Play team. I wonder if the google play movies software is buggy. can someone else confirm?

using root explorer is the easiest way. find it in root explorrer, make a backup just in case, open it in any text editor, edit the nescessary parameters, then replace the original with your edited version in root explorer. to copy and paste in that directory in root explorer, at the top of the app there is a small button that says mount r/w, click it to enable write access in that folder and you will be able to paste it there.
also, by r he means in the device name. there is an r after it for rogers, and if you arent running saurom then this really wont pertain to you as the at&t stock rom will not have that in the build.prop. saurom does however because it is from a canadian rom on the rogers network
Can anyone post a pic of which r to remove. Cause removing to many R's will kill the s pen.

I just installed the app and was given 2gb of storage. After completing 1.2.3.6 and 7 of the getting started questions, I was looking for the extra 250mb, but instead it gave me 25.25GB storage and I had already uploaded a couple folders of images.

we're both using diff phones from diff manufacterus on diff carriers

I get a "Network error" when I tried to use it. Any suggestions on how to fix that?
"network error" every time I try to do anything with it.
Shame..looks kinda neat.

Same here but it was working fine yesterday, I got it to make calls, send texts and open apps

same here, it was working fine yesterday and today is all network error. i have uninstalled and install again, cleared data fix permiss.pure network error still all day

Can someone please post the Soonr Scribble apk?
You can get it from Google Play or Samsung Apps. Google Play gives you a newer version. Both stores say the app is designed for the note and the s-pen. http://www.soonr.com/galaxynote/ (coming soon).

No, I can't - hence the request.
Play tells me I have an unsupported device and Samsung Apps complains about device country doesn't match user country or something along those lines.
For samsung apps you need a separate username and password for each country. I am using the I717R in USA. I have 2 accounts. 1 for canada and 1 for USA. The USA account only works on the phone because of location. Clear data and cache for the app and resign in with the proper account for the country you are located.
Google Play tells me it is supported on all my phones. Desire HD and HD2 included. Wierd.

My account is Canadian too.
it installed for me....
maybe clear data cache on ya's play store app....via the phones settings>applications
I saw on the Samsung app pushed me to the gplay store installed...no problems...
btw was on Black Star when I installed....then now I have moved to run SGH-I717-UCLF6 Better Stock...and all is good to go...
It's most likely a CM issue.
Since you can apparently download it just fine - do you mind posting the APK?

Installed fine on the Nightly rom. I was unable to install it on the kingkang rom though
