Hello everyone I'm new to these forums. I've started work on Root-box as the title suggests. I'm using sources from http://github.com/GoldenMod which I believe are the right ones. I'll post my changes here and you can see my ported sources at http://github.com/thehacka1
Credits go to Maclaw, marcin and OliverG96!
Sorry if this thread looks crap. I'll update it when I have time.

Yes it is required. This is for development purposes. Not the actual ROM. Macalw opened one like this with no link. And GoldenMod is the golden device source not root box source. Think before you post my friend.

Great more quality roms for the s3 mini! Although I think the device/kernel source you're planning to use is outdated, also Maclaw's device tree is closed source so better to use Oliverg96's sources instead. Looking forward to this

[ROM][4.0.4] Slim ICS (SGS2) - Clean, Simple & Fast (57MB)-i777-*AWESOME*

Here is a very slim ICS rom that I ported for the i777; its only 57 MB! Should get great battery life and good preformance! I want to thanks kootsez for his hell-raising tool found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1484223
Be sure to go to the developer krarvind's page and thank him for this great rom, which is found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1536783
I ported it with the latest syiah kernel and UCDL5 modem. Here is the download link:
*Have to wait to get permission from developer because it said no ports*
Be sure to also flash the Slim Common zip for the file, which you can download here:
http://www.slingfile.com/file/Bcrx88XvD4
Be sure to hit the thanks button if you like this ported rom!
Enjoy!
Dude...you seem to be on a roll porting all the Roms from i9100. Do you plan to keep all of these regularly updated?

Not everyone knows how to hellraise roms, so I'm just trying to bring awesome i9100 roms to the i777 to let everyone enjoy them if one is new at it. These roms are in the ported section, which means I hellraised them from the i9100. So if you already know how, don't complain because I'm trying to bring the experience of i9100 roms to everyone!!

I had to delete the first part of the updater script to get it to flash.
On another note, this rom is running very well. The only problem I ran into, and it may have just been me, was that I had to remove the nfc.apk or it would constantly fc.

Just so yer aware, this thread is being reported and I'll be letting the developer know about this thread. He obviously didn't want this Rom ported, as he clearly stated in the op. I would suggest taking down link until you have permission from the dev to post this. As it's HIS work.

Why make a thread with rom that is not finished.?Also is wrong forum section.I dont think that your rom can revolutionize world because cyanogen mod is a rom most populary.I think that your rom is based on creed rom with small modifications like holo launcher etc.Correct me if im wrong.
@technolease delete this thread because it make non sense to make a thread with rom that is not finished.I think he wanted to get some thanks from this thread(Coming soon),like thanks hunter lol.

cpu score is still on scale with 832mhz i dont see anything special to it probably only reached 2.1k score due to sdcard read and write speeds being high
show us antutu showing cpu integer over 310 and a cpu floatpoint above 250 now that i believe will run fast and smooth compared to other roms

One word. Wubi.
It lets you install Ubuntu as a regular application in Windows and after installing you'll be able to dual boot. Want to remove it? Just delete it like you usually do with other programs. Sure, it takes some time to set it all up after installation, but it'll be more stable and run better.

One word. Wubi.
It lets you install Ubuntu as a regular application in Windows and after installing you'll be able to dual boot. Want to remove it? Just delete it like you usually do with other programs. Sure, it takes some time to set it all up after installation, but it'll be more stable and run better.

I've looked around the forums and there are a couple of people who wanted TouchWiz for Xperia SP, So I decided to modify the original TouchWiz for samsung devices and created a flashable zip file which will be able to install TouchWiz into your XSP no problem!
(I know, I myself do not know why they want such a UI but hey, for the community! )
The Download link is available below 24/7. As usual, reboot into recovery and flash the bad ass into your system! Enjoy! :good:
REMEMBER TO LEAVE A THANKS
Here's what is included in the zip file if you ever wanted to know;
Code:
BadgeProvider.apk
SecLauncher.apk
Touchwiz.xml
vtmanager_library.xml
twframework.jar
twframework-res.apk
libdrawglfunction.so
Downloads;

Its not an app nor a theme
Look at what is included I don't think it should be labelled as an app. Although I will consult other people to see if there is a need to move this thread.
