You need custom RECOVERY for flashing custom ROM and it don't need root-access. Read FAQ in general thread for your phone for more information.

I have rooted my phone it has the stock rom DDKQ6 i even have CWM and also have taken the backup.

Hello everyone. I have some problems with my android tablet software. I want to flash custom rom or try to fix fix problems and tweak it. But there is no custom recovery for it and no development. So can someone help me compile and do everything to build custom recovery? My tablet is acme tb02.
