[Q] Carrier Unlock Help AT&T - AT&T HTC One (M7)

Hey,
I need some help, I want to unlock my AT&T HTC One. I already have the unlock code with me.
But Right now I am on a custom ROM, GPE 4.3. I was inquisitive of two things:
1. If I can unlock my phone from the network while being on Custom ROM?
2. Can I unlock it using an international SIM, which is not working since the roaming is disabled.
To add to the first point, if I can how do I do it? And If I cannot think, I know the method to come to stock. But then again, after I come back to stock, how do I unlock the boot loader again and root the device?
Any help will be highly appreciated. Please let me know as soon as possible, I need to travel soon

I had problems SIM unlocking my AT&T HTC One with GPE conversion as well. It wouldn't unlock at all.
I simply just flashed ViperOne rom and tried the unlock it and it worked. I think you can only unlock with a sense rom but I am no developer so I wouldn't know for sure.
All you have to do is put the other SIM card with the sense rom and the option to unlock with an unlock code should come up and work.

This is a known issue that you can only unlock using a sense rom

I know it may be out of context but I have a sim unlocked AT&T HTC One, so if I'm going to unlock bootloader, root and flash a custom ROM then are there chances that my phone will be SIM Locked again ?

Flashing a rom or RUU won't remove s-off, as long as it's s-off, doesn't matter if the bootloader is locked or not.

I don't know of any way to lock the sim, I'll have to leave it up to the GSM experts to answer.
I suggest you update your subject with that question instead of just a Q...
The Rezound does not have SIM lock... Never did. no amount of flashing anything will lock it.

[Q] Problem completing AT&T issued SIM unlock

I recently converted by AT&T version to a Google Edition via S-OFF, CID change and Google 4.4 RUU.
AT&T has tried to issue me unlock codes twice, but neither works. I'm using an old t-mobile SIM to attempt the unlock.
Does anyone know if maybe updating the CID impacts the ability to use a carrier unlock code?

Install a stock at&t ROM and try again. In multiple threads it has been said that the at&t unlock code only works on stock roms

Proper Conditions for Network Unlock?

I am trying to perform a carrier unlock on my AT&T HTC One so I can use it overseas while I am travelling. I have contacted AT&T and am waiting for an unlock code. In the mean time, I understand I need to be on a stock ROM for the unlock code to work. I have the ROM downloading, but am curious if I need to return the phone completely to stock. My phone is rooted and S-Off - do I need to reverse both of these conditions? I'm also wondering if I need to be on a stock recovery or not.
Thanks!
Josh
It appears that AT&T will not provide an unlock code unless you are out of contract, so it's pointless after all.

I was able to obtain an unlock code from option 5 in this thread:

Loaded a stock ROM, but kept the bootloader unlocked and my custom recovery. Unlock code worked just fine.

[Q] Xperia p network unlock (sim unlock)

is anyone working on unlocking this device. my network won't let me unlock it and i don't want to use a website to unlock. i need to unlock it to use a different sim card and unlock bootloader for cm11 and other rom.
For the sim card I believe you need the assistance of a 'website' (although I dont know if they actually work)
Or your network provider.
Who are you with?
As for the bootloader, head over to this website to unlock your bootloader with sony.
Note that it will probably void your warranty.
... Ok scratch that I cant post links
google this:
Sony unlock Bootloader.

the bootloader allowed is set to no, so i presume i have to unlock the phone before it will allow me to unlock bootloader. how come no one is working on to unlock this phone?
Unlockinh the bootloader is unrelated to network unlocking the phone, as far as I know. But unlocking the bootloader will allow you to network unlock your phone by flashing a custom ROM i think, so I guess they kind of are related. I think you need to talk to your network provider first. That'll help. Otherwise
Try rooting it and go from there. If you can

If your bootloader allowed status is set to "no" you can't unlock your bootloader

we've got good devs here, i hope they are willing to help us
If a problem doesn't affect a dev, it is not his problem, devs also have their private life /job. Thats why a gratifocation might help (as amply as our pockets can afford it)
