white, its the best dont pickup finger prints or to say theyre alot less visible and seeing as i cant put it in a case because it hides that great finish, its best colour. I use a pouch by pdair to protect it.
Don't got it yet, but i'll go with black. It's minimalistic and classic. I personally don't like it when they make white phones with a black "face". Either make them 100% white, or don't bother doing it.

I use to don't like it too, I was kind of disappointed they did a front black with a white back and silver side. But when I got both black and white in the hands, there is this white line between the black and the silver that make the white version look really good.

I hate borders/bezels that are different in color than the rest of the phone I don't know why, but i just hate it. Samsung is always doing this, and i hate it.

White one is awesome! When in a dark room the frame will light up because of the backlit buttons which is very cool.

For hundreds of years, pink was a masculine colour. It was bold and strong therefore for boys. Its only the last 30 years been a girls colour

People thinking it looks girly are more worried what people think of them than what they think of the phone, and anyway I think the S3 looks cheap amd plasticy in blue but looks amazing in white.
I got a white phone for 3 days. It looks cool, nice and clean. My friends like it a lot but they will get a AT&T instead of my international phone.

I know lots of people that think white phones are for girls.
I would of bought a white iPhone 4 if it was released when it was meant to be... just because i wanted to look different.
For people saying that they have always had black phones and wanted a change so they went for the white SIII is talking complete bullsh*t.
Does Samsung sell a black SIII? No. You only bought the white one because the blue one was delayed and you couldnt wait any longer.
Another thing you need to consider is, i have heard that the blue one has a tint of purple in it.. mostly on the home button.
I personally like the blue one more. It looks like its made out of metal.. brushed metal. The white one looks something like this>>>

i love the black. i went with black because i had white S3 and white/silver HTC One. but now that i have a black one, i want a white one too. hahaha
the design on the black looks awesome. plus when the screen is off, it sorta blends with the rest of the phone. real clean looking.

The way I look at it, black is a bit more utilitarian because it blends in better when watching a movie, etc. but white looks better aesthetically (in my opinion).

I hope we never have true edge to edge as I would be worried I would catch something just by holding the fone lol. There comes a point where looks/design can get in the way of practicality.

I agree. If these bezels were any smaller then you would be making all kinds of screen touches that you didn't mean to and it would be super cumbersome to handle.
And if the on screen buttons are your concern about eating up screen real estate, just root and use that app that hides them (directed towards the OP).

I see what the OP is saying. The marketing photo doesn't have the black edge. If I liked the white phone, I would probably be initially annoyed too. You could switch to a solid black background and then you wouldn't notice it at all!

Black plus white is creative and beautiful, I think.
A Co-worker has the white case and he put it into a Spigen Bounce (black) case. Looks different from mine (black with same case)... but okay.
personal taste... i got the black uag with the white note..... gives it a classy durable look if you ask me... i would never change it.. i personally think it makes it look slicker... and again personal taste.. i think the white just looks more like a premium product.... don't hate me... just my style....

I was using a black case on my white Note 3 for a while. It wasn't bad but not really my style. I really like the way my white Otterbox Commuter looks on my White phone. Didn't really care for the black all that much.

I actually bought a white N3 and then ordered a brandless black battery cover for it. So the front of my phone is white, and the back is black. I like that a lot better. I have a few cases but I'm actually thinking about just buying a bumper and rocking it like that.

I did this with my S2 and my Note 1, and I loved the look. Very stylish.
Right now I'm white phone with white S-view, but purely because black cover was out of stock.
In short, I think it looks good and is pretty unique.

Im not that taken with either choice, the gold and white is hideous, the black is dull. A satin silver base with a black front would be better and would work well with metal straps.

Black, since it's far more understated. Probably going to replace the strap with a leather one. The white and gold combo looked a tad bit too gaudy and seemed more suited for feminine tastes to me.
