AFAIK, this is a bug with the ICS FW.
1.58 firmware is out. That should fix it. I will try to see how the rooting works on it, so I can try it.

And does the s pen and air command work with this Rom?

The link for Dolby Digital Plus is wrong.
It's the Edge Panel Fix.
