[V2][PORT][APP][2.254][JB 4.1.2][XPERIA SP][Sony Sketch] - Xperia SP Themes and Apps

Hello All!!
Introduction :
After banging my head on walls for hours, here I come with the Sony Sketch App from XPERIA Z Ultra [4.2] to [4.1] for ours lovely XPERIA SP
This port modify's framework.jar, which is only for XPERIA SP, and I am sure will bootloop on any other device than XPERIA SP, so not recommended to try it on any other device than XPERIA SP.
NOTE - This app will later be included in my upcoming ROM so, I strictly warn anyone from using this app in their ROM building for XPERIA SP and take permissions from me, even if I say not to use it please respect my decision as this is my hard work of weeks.
Here I present you the Sony Sketch app port for XPERIA SP!

I tried to build up the framework, but my PC seems to be messed so I guess I need someone whose good with building framework and stuff. and I was waiting for the Sony Sketch, too. , but I guess many of our devs wern't interested in building this , so I guess I had to do the works.

That's a really small issue, in the .zip of Home and other stuff just delete the framework.jar and reflash the .zip containing home it will be fixed.

So u mean after flashing This Zip i need to flash that home zip again without the framework.jar.. Right?? can i proceed?
Edit :
I done it.. For my future use ( personal use)
I copy and replaced all the stufs from this Zip to that home zip... So from now i dont want to flash two zips in future...:thumbup:

Framework is a big pain in the ***, I had tried it many times, got bootloops, once I made it, but my windows got corrupted and all the data was gone, and now I cant build it anymore due to many pc issues and lack of time.

bro ur rom rocks.. it looks great... probably the best lookin so far.. i ve just used YOUR system ui.. all credits go to u..
It looks very cool, I like the stock sony icons (I want to install this on my dads Ray, because he's more used to sony icons, not aosp, I honestly dont care what icons are there, as long as they stick to one style and aren't too colorful).
However, I do have one request, would it be possible to bring time back in the status bar?
The phone that doesnt tell time at all times is somewhat useless to me.

Thanks.

Thanks I misunderstood it because there is framework-res.apk and framework.jar in your zip file.
I find this weird, but it doesn't work on my arc. I think it's because I have a North American device (LT15a) rather than an international device (I'm using LT15a firmware). My signal bars turn to 5 instead of the regular 4 and the SystemUI FCs for a missing method in the framework.jar. That's why I was asking you what framework changes you made. Seems that I'm gonna have to dig deeper into this.
Anyone with an LT15/18a who has this working let me know.

I'll send it to you if I run into any problems. I think I'll be ok with this.
Sent from my LT15a using xda app-developers app
I got it!
If you're using either an LT15a or LT18a, you'll get an FC for a missing method in the framework. The SystemUI on North American devices uses five signal bars (probably because the LT30a/Xperia T uses LTE but that's beyond my knowledge), and requires an extra method not found in other models of Xperias. The framework.jar provided will allow you to use both MarioJerkovic's SystemUIs. It's based off his framework.jar, which is my framework.jar from my Xperia Z theme.

VERSION MULTIBOOT
-added MULTIBOOT support..(this rom runs smooth on slot 2)
- NO TOUCHPADS WORKING /ONLY GAMEPAD AND TOUCHSCREEN FOR GAMES.
-added new camera (on video recording, after you record says gallery stop working.dont mind that is working)
-added styled 2013 xperia keyboard
-improved speed and rebased on FXP230
-super smooth and fast rom
-a few other minor things
BUGS:
1. When I deselect the option of increase volume and I go out of the menu.. And return to the option, the increase volume it's mark again. bug indeed..i saw that..this is because the rom is from another base from HTC4..we dont have this option for play..so dont use it.
2. The camera looks like elongated but, it's doesn't matters because when you took the picture, this is all right. default camera wasnt working. this is 4.2.2 Camera...it works fine just have to rotate phone sometimes to get it right..it was a test, maybe i will replace it for 4.1.2 camera.
3. I can't off the sound of the dialer.. :S don't found the option..go to dialer (where is only numbers) and click on menu button-settings-dialpad touchtones/unselect
4. I change the launcher and the nova launcher give to this rom a little more of speedness... If you want to try change it for future releases. noticed..but this one is super fast also and consumes a little less ram..i may change it if increases performance.

So this one already has the touchpad fix from @CriGiu that you asked for in the Racing JB thread?
Also can you please elaborate a bit, what's the base of the rom, what features does it have (though I'll probably just install and check for myself), it's useful for users.
EDIT: Oh, not up yet

Touchpads working as well? This looks pretty amazing I must say, will give it a shot.
What about a port to neo v? If it exist for arc s, then neo and neo v port is easy..

we gonna port this for neo/neov also..just wait and i will add it to neoL thread.
edit: rom uploaded + patch for neoL.
Dammit smokerman, you're killing us with all these rom choices! :silly:
This looks and works beautifully The only complain I have is that the touchpads aren't working, so let's summon @CriGiu to the rescue.
A small gripe is that the dialer is not themed as well, but if you don't have time for that I might take a look and help you out. This is a pretty cool rom, people should give it a try.

thanks..but i will remove this rom and replace it for new SLIMBEAN 5 as i have it done and ready to go..just fixing last things and touchpads also..end of the week i release it.
so i ll keep this rom only available for NEOL/NEO/V/ARC/ARC S ,i still dont know yet..this rom is pretty good i think, for my needs (gamepads) its enough, but many users use touchpads..so ..i may remove it from XDA for xperia play.

Why do that? Even like this the rom is good, visually it's the only different CM10 rom out there, no other is like it.
I'm sure if you ask CriGiu to fix the framework.jar he could do it.
EDIT: What FXP is it based on?

I try to fix it also..but this rom is odexed,so first i must deodex..cause flashing any framework fix will lead into a bootloop.
What if you just delete the odex file? You might try to fix it yourself, but when you can use someones help it's always smart to accept it

You can't just delete the odex files... They have to be put back into the apps... Hence deodexing is a process to change the odex files back into classes.dex and put into its counter part whether it be apps or framework jar files.

So if a system app isn't odexed (Contacts.apk in this case) than I can try and theme it without any issues?
And also theoretically, for someone to try and fix the framework.jar in order for the touchpads to work he would need to deodex the one from the rom, modify it and then flash it into the rom (no need to odex it again)?
It's worth a shot.... But the odexed Rom is made that way to improve boot time. The odexed files help the boot time because it pulls it from the odex files and not from the app itself.
EDIT: when I say pulls its getting the dalvik cache at boot from the apps/framework that are odexed.

Honami Flavored Stock Rom

Honami Flavored Stock ROM 2.254
I think the name itself is good enough to describe it. Even then there are few things I think I should add. Mainly when I found many people were having many problems with my Honami themed settings, I decided to release the whole package as a rom. Because most of us ware not having any problem.
1. This is my first rom release. So if any problem/s found please let me know about it and I’ll try my best to solve it.
2. I tried to keep it as stock as possible in consideration to keep all its features intact. Only tried to give it a look of Honami with updated apps.
3. No init.d script added, so you can add anything of your likeness.

You can do it by replacing the stock SystemUI.apk if you have root permission.
Copy stock systemUI.apk to your SD card
With root explorer copy that SystemUI.apk
Go to “/system”
Delete SystemUI.apk
Paste
Press and hold SystemUI.apk
Select ‘Permissions’
Set the permission to R W - - R - - R - -
this will look like this (where 1 are the tick marks)
1 1 0
1 0 0
1 0 0
reboot
While installing thew add-on package m geeting error it says (status 6) installaion aborted.....error in /external_sd/Add-on01.zip
I have downloaded the files twice and still same error...can u verfiy if the zip is fine....

This will never work, that's why I didn't released it YET. There are no sources for the library, so we can't port it yet.

I don't know if you are dedicated to "f*ck" my posts or if you haven't knowledge of this app?
This work, unfortunately I don't could capture in a call... This mod use an Acelerometer function don't use neither lib file
Greetings
I call this the pursuit for likes, did you even test this let's call it "port"? Changing the SDK version does nothing, absolutely nothing. The library that is used for this mod is libmfs.so and this library needs to be PATCHED in order accelerometer to work in this mod, check the smali files and Android Manifest since you have this decompiled, but since the source code isn't out there, we can't do it.
PS. I won't be as rude as you are and I'm not ruining your threads, just telling everyone that this doesn't work.

Ohh man, in my XP work's fine, and I haven't the lib files... Explain me this
And I edited smali's for be compatible with the Acelerometer *like the Xperia Camera Addons for the Novathor devices, I say it because, I test with a non-Sony device and not work's for nothing*

So this clears @DavidMKD was true!
And I had something to tell you from a long time!
May I know what you ported for those "Camera Add-ons" to work?
Coz yesterday without flashing your zip I tried downloading from Play Store(by changing my build.prop into XZ1) & they worked! You wrote in your thread some bugs which were present in these apks too!
Sorry if I'm being harsh! But I just wanna know, and don't worry you don't have to tell me in detail as even I know smali editing as I've been here contributing for almost a year(previous account - Disabled for security purposes)
Cheers

Well, I couldn't get them working on 4.1.2, they are only working from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2,
This is the reason why I didn't release!
Maybe I will try again when I have time.
