How to turn of Cell broadcast in HTC Desire X Dual T329w ? - HTC Desire X

Hi All
Can anyone guide me how to turn off CB messages in HTC Desire X Dual with Android 4.1 and Sense 4+. Its not in Settings>Call> CB turn off/On like other JB 4.1 Sense 4+ running HTC devices.
Thanks in Advance.

HI, this is a good phone.
I satisfied the still camera, music through headphone, performance and other features.
If anyone got problem with cell broadcast sms or service messages, just first save the channel in any name and just block that channel in message block list. If can't block in default sms application, just download any sms application from android market ( i used Handscent sms) and block the channel

Application Request: Group Call / SMS Blocking

HTC Hero (Sprint)
I would love to have an Android OS application that allows me to block calls from contacts derived from their group i.e. co-workers, family, favorites etc or Blocked / Restricted/ Unavailable numbers etc.
This application should provide the ability to configure blocking calls based on day (Mon, Tues etc) and time (6:00pm to 12:00AM etc)
Use Case: I want to send any contact in my phone that is in a Co-worker group to voicemail from Friday 6:00pm until Monday 8:00 AM without the phone ringing / vibrating etc.
I want to send any blocked / restricted / unavailable caller ID number directly to voicemail without the phone ringing / vibrating etc.
It would be great to prevent any on screen notifications from blocked calls / sms other then maybe a flashing indicator light.
It would be nice to be able to access a log of blocked SMS / Calls.
It would be nice to not have these calls show in the call log / history.
OPTIONAL:
1- It would be nice to be able to configure sending to voicemail or pickup and hangup preventing voicemail access.
2- Black list (block) or white list (allow) for specific individual contacts would be great.
I know we have the ability on the HTC HERO for Sprint to send contacts directly to voicemail in their profile...
afirewall allows you to establish white and black lists for blocking SMS and Calls but does not allow group blocking or restricted number blocking. ( I am currently using this application)
Google Voice appears to have some of this functionality native. I would like to see this native in the Android OS with the above enhancements.
This type of application will make a developer serious $$$.

[Q] Android 4.2.1 - vibrate on any notification

Hello,
i am using CM10.1 (01/19) which runs with android 4.2.1 on my Desire HD.
On any notification, from K9 mail or Trillian p.ex., the phone vibrates. But the vibration is deactivated in these apps.
The profile is in vibrate mode...
As I read in another forum, this is a feature and not a bug of jellybean. But this is very annoying if its vibrating on every new mail.
Is there a possibility to bypass these vibrating notifications?

[Q] Broadcast Messages

Hi!
I have an Xperia P. In gingerbread rom there was an option to enable cell broadcast messages, it was disabled in jellybean. In low cost phones (Nokia symbian etc...) these messages used to show your current position based on tower broadcasting signal on home-screen. But in android (xperia p gingerbread rom) messages pop up making it annoying. I was wondering if there is any widget available that can show latest broadcast-ed message, yet avoiding pop ups.
