Well, I'm using stock ICS here and it's great.
Should add though that I'm also trying Nova launcher, which works a treat.
What is the application to check who uses the internet provided by me? (didn't using root)

I use an app called "fing " to monitor and troubleshoot my wifi but I'm not quite sure from the question if this is the kind of app you're looking for.

I have modded the SecWallpaperChooser.apk from Note 2 with all the images from Note 3's SecWallpaperChooser.apk.
NEW Download HERE Here's a new upload. I just noticed the last one was wrong size. This one works :laugh:
Install
Copy to system/app with Root Explorer (or similar file manager), overwrite current apk, set permissions rw--r--r-- and reboot. Change your wallpapers the normal way.

Ha ha, I actually do run my own roms on my Note 2 but when I first put them up I didn't get much response here, plus there is so much choice.

What firmware are you running? This was made with MG1 files but shouldn't matter on 4.1.2
If you are not on a deodexed Rom You will need to delete the SecWallpaperChooser.odex file.
Make sure permissions are correct and reboot.

I just had a look at it and realised the file size is incorrect so out must have been a bad upload. I am uploading again right now and assure you this works. It'll be up in about 10 minutes.
EDIT: All fixed and online in OP. Will be fine now. Sorry about that guys

After hard work founded the way to port Android aosp for 4.3 sammy based roms.
The dialer and contact files are compatible with all note 3 features such as pop up incoming call, action memo and other stuff I don't remember now.
There's only two known bugs. First one is that direct call motion isn't compatible and the second bug is that quick dialing shorcuts isn't working too.
Tested on Stock sammy roms, Dr Ketan's rom, phoenix rom and DN3 3.1 and 3.2 version.
Flash trough recovery ( wipe cache is fully recomended).
If you're facing force closes just clean dialer and contacts data

Hurricane v9.2 not working
Hi Adrian,
Appreciating your hard work, but for me is not working either of those 2 versions you provided. I get constant "Dialer has closed" errors.
