Our little I9100G community have absolutely no custom rom based on Samsung's custom rom, and we have legions of AOSP roms, is there a developer that would be kind enough to give our little device such a rom ?

It was brought up that ICS_XD would try to build the wanam lite for our G. Permission was given by wanam lite original developer. So we're pretty looking forward to that.

Exams with fever but yes a Stock rom will be surely in upcoming days but seriously not ETA bcz today is 4th day of 104 fever .

I know probably this will be a pushy question but I will really like to know some information about what could we been expecting now with this new 4.1 update for I717.
I was looking on the N7000 forum and there is a lots of nice roms on JB out there, any of those Dev will think on porting their roms to our device?

I've been following this device since release because one of my friends has it. Overall I am very disappointed in what's come of development from here and most of all from AT&T. As soon as the Note 2 dropped the Note 1 died. Even the new update doesn't have Multi Window features. Nobody somehow even ported it yet? I can't find it. People ported it to the S2 S3 etc etc.
Time to upgrade to a Note 3 from the looks of it.
I asked because I don't any of the Dev pronounce any information of building or porting a rom base on the new updated. probably its me and I don't want to sound like bad but the update it there and We would like to know if there will be nice roms like they are on the N7000

There will be touchwiz roms and kernels based on the new build since there's source.
The source will be merged with aosp kernels to help make more stable aosp roms.

Thankfuly the Mega is enjoyable stock, but damn the flashing finger is itchy. I knew it would't be fast, but it is starting to be a little worrying.
I'm even flashing stuff on the wife's Note 2 to get the taste of it, haha

Yes, that's what I thought too, but when this thread appeared first, I checked on the miui english community, and that was the answer given there.
Maybe the answer meant that for MIUI to be developped officialy for a device, then CM was required?
