Okay so I have a ROM I'd like to flash to my optimus v but clockwork mod doesnt work on the optimus v so I was wondering how I would back my device up before I flashed it or if I could just flash it and if something failed then flash the stock ROM back?
i currently have Rodimus ROM i want to know what other ROM's are compatible with my recovery. plz reply thx
ok so i have installed miui custom rom on my lg optimus l7 p715 , and i made some backup from cwm before installing it , so can i now recover it on the new os ??

Fix Sim Card Issue after flashing Custom ROM on stock Lollipop 5.0.2
I'm not a Dev just ported the LG L90 bootstack to our LG D618
If you flashed CM12 or any custom rom from LG stock 5.0.2 you will not have SIM SUPPORT
unless you :
1- Go back to KK : root, unlock bootloader and flash TWRP to Flash the custom rom
or
2- Flash the KK bootstack to have SIM Support
You will need ROOT, unlocked bootloader and custom recovery (TWRP recommended) to flash this.
Confirmed working on my D618 please repport if working or not
If you use it, it's at your own risk i will not take any resposability for damage to your device

Sorry i'm not a dev maybe dev will help you porting to D620 you just have to extract files from de v10 kdz and get TWRP and the patched aboot.bin for the d620 and replace files in the zip with the D620 files that's what i did with D618

If you can provide me unlocked bootloaders for different variants of G2 Mini and fully working recovery (TWRP preferred) then I can create a various versions of bootstack (KitKat and Lollipop) for all variants for you for free.
That's of course if @numpea is OK with that. I don't won't to step in anyone's playground and steal their toys.
Of course i tried to help d618 variant but it will be great if you can help all the variants

if you are on stock 5.0.2
you need it when you flash a custom rom (cm12, blisspop) to make mobile network works
and you can flash it before or after flashing the custom rom
i just tested the KK bootstack for d618 and it worked great with me
please repport after you flash it !

I would like to update to v20c but the ota does not work.
Where can i find a twrp flashable zip for the h850 v20c stock rim or where can i find a procedure to convert a kdz file into zip flashable?

The latest european is 20k? We need a flashable twrz zip to try a dirty flash since reinstalling everything (specially recovery) from scratch is a pain... If only ther's a wI to install the kdz +twrp at the same time without adb... ?
