Hello bros,
I bought Xperia Z ULTRA (C6802) from China last month. I am using in Turkey now but there are some problems. The first time i opened the phone, the google apps(play store,chrome, google+,gmail etc.) are not included in it. I downloaded google play store apk and set up it. When I open it, the app immediately stop working like what happens in this video:
How can I fix this problem ? What should I do? Any suggestions?
Also, the games(Asphtalt 8 etc.) from Gameloft give error ".... has stopped working" For this, I also need help.

If these apps aren't working it's because the rom wasn't Flashed correctly. They're baked into the rom. So you need to do a repair with PC Companion or reflash whole rom to be safe.

I repaired with PC Companion 2.1 but the problem still remains. How can i reflash whole rom? Is it safety?

assuming you have the google account for the device you can try using the web installer to install this .

GPlay says "this item is not compatible...."
Report the imei to your carrier. Might not get it back to you, but at least the person who has it can not register it with any carrier.

Check if you are covered under your home insurance policy. I know I am for up to about 5k for items outside of the home. You will need a crime reference number from the police though.

Since 2 days i own a xperia z ultra and i rooted it with unlocked bootloader.
But now i am not abled to watch youtube vids or netflix they always keep at the loading screen on netflix, on youtube same problem doesnt load doesnt run. I bought this phone to watch vids and so on so if someone cud help me please im on 1.136 rooted.

I believe that's cos you've unlocked the bootloader and so your drm keys are gone.
I also believe there are is at least a Netflix mod on xda to deal with this.
Could be wrong

Try clear yotube/netflix cache/data under APPS and restart.

And i believe there is no way to undo all that right?
Edit: everything under 380 and less quality works fine but nothing higher than that.

If you took a backup before unlocking, you can restore the ta partition but that will relock the bootloader. If no backup then no.
Just been looking and it may just be X-reality that's needed... Check this thread by @hamdogg and see if that works...

Now that u mention that link i installed bravia engine 2 since then it stopped working...
Edit: when u install that mod ur phone doesnt play hd movies thats what was happening i fixed it by reinstalling software and rerooting again.
Has anyone noticed the Walkman app is no longer a synced with your Music Unlimited account? Anyway to correct this issue?

Wondering if a factory reset will fix this issue? Why don't you give it a try and let me know, I'm not willing to do a factory reset just yet.
I had did a full installation again same problem. Am gonna re install again cause my phone keeps rebooting

Some roms, like Central Europe, dont have all the features, music unlimited is not in all rooms, maybe for legal issues is present in some country rooms (uk france germany spain etc...).

Same thing, cannot log into Music Unlimited through the Walkman app and downloading the standard Music Unlimited doesn't fix the issue either, just force close after force close... Checked password and all is well, runs fine on my PS3, PS4 and PS Vita without any issue. Anyone have any ideas??

I have already got my voucher code from Xperia Lounge, then click redeem now and got this message
"The Prepaid card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid".
Did anyone else got this working?
Did you download an app called "Pass" when you hit redeem now in Lounge? I got redirected to the Play store and then put my code in the pass app and now the movies are listed in the Movies app.

Mine is imported and yes, it can be a reason
I have read somewhere, that you have to change to english language, to see all benefits. I can confirm this, too. Btw. The sometimes advertised free Navigon GPS App is a hoax. All you can get, is a 30 days trial. I deleted it right away.

I think the promotion has ended.

Yeah I also get this error all the time. Really annoying and i don't know what causes it. I'm on stock ROM, not rooted.

I've had this problem on wifi when noticed. I've read that if you uninstall the Xperia for Facebook account it solves it.

Well the problem would be solved the easiest by updating the Facebook app to accommodate the "faulty" ROM. This is why I'm sure the app is at fault because essentially it will be getting update to address this issue
