Caseology 2 X 3200 mAh Li-ion Replacement Battery w/ charger - Galaxy Note 3 Accessories

Hey guys,
I found this last night and thought I would share. Its only selling for $3.99. The price most likely will increase when it gets closer to the date of availability.

$7 total and you get 2 batteries and charger. Although, they are non-NFC batteries, but for the price, I can forget the NFC.

Not yet, will find out on the 18th

Never used that brand before but I've just found Hyperion, I did use it for Note 2 and S4 and works very well, as well as the original that came with the phone:
http://www.amazon.com/Hyperion-Comp...GZXNOQ/ref=pd_sim_sbs_cps_1&tag=s601000020-20
Will buy this for my 9005.
Regards.

In for one...will let everyone know how they work!

i used them for my note 2 also, BUT, I'm being cheap

No way these can be worth a crap, right? I mean, $7???

I have found the original note 2, s2, and s3 batteries for about $4 a piece if you order from Samsung (Korea) directly

I ordered these today and although they are not NFC enabled, when at conventions where I am on my phone for over 14 hours straight without charging it, anything that allows me to use my phone will work. Hopefully these aren't crap and only last an hour.

this. buy a $750 phone and drop a $7 battery in it doesnt quite make sense to me. i canceled my order.

I bought the Onite set up like this for 12 dollars and they worked better than the Samsung battery on my Note 2. So this isn't so crazy. I think I will wait a bit before ordering and see if Onite comes out with the same thing. The Hyperion for $35 seems a little expensive.

It's probably this cheap because they order a bunch, but who knows. I pre-ordered some. If it sucks, then it sucks. Otherwise, a good deal.

I would not trust these batteries with a 100ft pole !
Nothing like holding your $800 new toy for it to go up in flames while your holding it and being told by Samsung TFB you used a 3rd party battery.
Pass thank you

Do you really think these actually have the described mAh? If it was that easy and cheap to do, Samsung would have designed it that way.

Official Note 3 batteries?

Is there an official Note 3 battery that we can buy yet? I feel like before the Note 2 was released there were already extra official battery kits you could purchase, but I don't seem to see those options available for the Note 3 yet.
Ive been looking and waiting also. haven't seen anything yet.
I will pick up the official Samsung external charger and spare battery kit once it's available. Most likely direct from Samsung. The note 2 spare and charger was only 25.00 during launch week. Hopefully they have a half off promotion for the Note 3 also.

I already bought the OTG and the MHL 2.0 cables from Samsung in preparation. The code rv18623 got me 50% off (I think for any products less than $50) and it should still work if you want to grab some stuff half off before the batteries are available.
In the past when I have registered Samsung devices I always got a 50% off code for accessories in the Samsung store under $50 and the battery w/ charger falls into that. Hopefully they will release the accessories soon.

judging by this, I wouldn't go hyperion that's for sure:
I have a 5000mah hyperion battery for my galaxy note, and I ripped off the label and it says "1500mah" directly on the battery... further peeling of the sticker shows what appears to be 3x1500mah batteries under the shell.. so 4500mah on a 5000mah advertised battery.
I'll post pictures later but it says:

I always buy generic extra batteries for all my phone. Not one has ever failed me. Even the $5 ones from china. I would never pay $15 for an aftermarket battery. Give it 2 weeks after Oct 4th and you will be able to buy 2 aftermarket batteries and a charger for $20.

I wouldn't risk my life buying such batteries.
Since I put the phone on my shirt pocket, I will die immediately if the phone explodes.

the issue is not so much as cheap batteries, but the lack of NFC on the cheap batteries.
Samsung's site has no listings for anything of value beyond GG and S-View covers, no batteries, no cases, no nothing.

The Anker battery seems way to expensive than the past batteries I bought from them for some reason or maybe I'm used to their bundle. 2 batteries and 1 charger for $30 or something like that.
I'm not going for the anker for four reasons:
1. They're made in China, and the Samsung ones are usually Korea (still trying to exhange my Note III for a Korean Model
2. They're uglier than the OEM ones (I carry these in my pocket and swap daily throughout the day, I want them to look decent)
3. They don't include a carrying case (my Note II batteries did, which helps protect the moisture warranty-void stickers from getting wet, which happened to my S3 batteries without the cases (I carry contact cases in the same pocket as batteries at work)
4. They don't have the option to come with that super cool portable battery charger from Samsung or something equivalent. God that looks awesome for on-the-go charging!
SO Samsung, PLEASE RELEASE THE KRAKEN... err.. Batteries. Release the damn batteries already. and soon :fingers-crossed:

seems too good to be true.
i agree with some other users. how can they increase 1/3 power and not increase size.
also, take a look at the sellers bad feedback. they ALL state the extended batteries they purchased did not last as OEM batteries.
I'd steer clear.

I only trust
mugen and worcell batteries providers, however, since the Note 2 battery was great, i did not need a larger capacity.
Just got my Note 3 and waiting for PDAIR case before using it full time and the battery seem pretty good as well.
In all honesty, I one minor update that I wish the Note 3 had was a battery >3500mah. look at the jump from Note 1 2500mah to Note 2 3100mah to Note 3 3200mah.
still is a better than average decent size though.
Mugen is considered an over rated battery peel back the label on them plus 100 dollars for a battery, most people don't keep a phone longer than 6 months. yeah rip off there are countless threads about this everywhere.
It's just like zero lemon vs mugen.
With the note 2 so many people have talked about this but for price over performance it only makes sense to pay $40 and get 3 times the capacity of the original verses 2 times the capacity and sixty dollars more then the ZL battery.

AceSoft 3660 nfc battery

My personal experience with 3rd party extended batteries has been wide ranging from having a winner to getting ripped off. Personally I have only found 3 brands that I trust other than Samsung; Anker, Hyperion, and AceSoft. I didn't realize it until searching that AceSoft has their own store online that actually had better deals than people selling their batteries on eBay. I ordered one of the 3660mah NFC capable batteries. I will try to post a thorough review here when I get it including testing the nfc capability.

Curious if this is really 3660. If my stock battery usually lasts 24 hours, am I correct in assuming this would give me an additional 3-4 hours?
Edit
I noticed that on Amazon it says that these batteries are 3300. I guessing that is more realistic, since 3660 seemed too good to be true.
I don't know if the one I bought is the same as the ones listed on Amazon as 3300mah. I sent a message to AceSoft asking them about it. If the battery doesn't perform at least a little better than stock and I am going to contact them about a refund as I can get the 3300mah cheaper on amazon. If it performs like it should so that I won't be retuning it, I will peel the paper and look to see of the mah is stamped under it. I was going to do that first but they have a one of those tags on the paper seam so they can tell if you have broken the seal.
Update: The person I contacted at AceSoft stated that they have both the 3300mah and the 3660mAh batteries.
I'm also very curious as to the battery improvements of this battery.

I'll take it but will probably never use it and will end up in a drawer which will ultimately get thrown away.

Free wireless charging kits for everyone!
*Pulls them out of a bag and throws into crowd of people*
I'm a gadget junky and love to show off...
All jokes a side... I'm really looking for a kit. Been searching for weeks. I need some one to make the decision for me.
I use my Note as an alarm. Prob put it by my bed and having one would increase my productivity... at least thats my rationality.
I can help with shipping and of coatse buy you a beer... hope you like 211 or Old English... the way I roll.
