I wonder if the animosity Koreans and Japanese have for each other is playing a role in this.

My wife and I both used to have iPhone 4's, but I upgraded a little over a month ago to the AT&T SGS2, while my wife kept the iPhone 4 but plans to upgrade to the 4S in a few months or just wait for the next iPhone. Either way, we miss being able to see where eachother is at like we could with "Find My Friends" on the iPhone. She is a full time substitute teacher so she could be working at any of like 8 different schools, and while she knows in advance which one I don't always remember which one she is working at. She doesn't answer her phone at work even when she isn't in class because she says they have a very strict policy on phones at the school. Anyway, if I needed to know I could just use that app and see where she was (and I could tell from her location which school that was).
Is there an app for both iPhone and Android that would work for us? It appears that AT&Ts FamilyMap app works but that costs $10 a month, and I would prefer free or at most a one time app purchase. Thanks in advance for any help.
Why don't you use latitude? Its google much better. find friends I'd a cheap copy

Not sure what your problem is, but I do know that you are an asshole. My wife has offers to be a teacher, she just prefers substituting and being as she is a full time sub the pay is comparable.
Thanks everyone, we will try out Latitude. She doesn't have a gmail account and it looks like she needs one so we will make her one and try it out and post back.

She also said she can't garrantee it be on Friday .she said its on express delivery but if u chose to overnight it will be there next day .wth is express delivery!? my dad's got a samsung dumbphone and doesnt even care.....boy, the next 2 days are gonna feel the longest ever! me cant wait friday afternoon!!!
So I went from my ATT Note to BB8130 on VZW and found that had just traveled back in time to a time and place where things just werent easy nor connected.
I begged my friends for loaners and got the Droid X again on VZW and still no signal....but atleast is android...I don't feel too bad.
But the screen size, the crispness of that screen, and the Samsung calendar are features I mess greatly.....and I can't believe I'm saying this but the ATT network is what I miss most!
So now trying to switch either back to the Note or a GS3....
O yeohh AT&T is f****good network I. Have at&t for 10 year not problems.

I have the note and I'm super happy with it, but my gf got the sgs3 and I been playing around and is really sweet, you can't go wrong with either but the note screen size and the spen is the main reason I prefer mine. The pebble blue in Canada for the s3 is sexy as hell

I'm not too happy with AT&T's network in my area at the moment. The cell towers can't keep up with all the tourism. A few months ago I could easily get 49Mb/sec down, but now I'm lucky if I get 400Kb/sec, or even a data connection at all. Ugh.
Wouldn't trade mine for any other phone out. Will switch this for the note 2!

Yeah I like the gs3, the fact I have the spen a great screen and amazing pictures and video the gs3 is only a hairline better mainly because of it 2gb of ram and qualcoms s4 instead of the s3, so point of the story I would never leave my phone get back to the note we got ics and develop is soon to be taken off if it hasn't already

I remember when I just had to have an invite for G+, now I don't even use it. I give this 6 months.
Well it has been an awesome 2 years of learning and crying with my fellow note friends but alas I got an upgrade and gonna try the HTC one tomorrow. You have been my friends and teachers to all that is android and everything I've learned in the note forums will be cherished forever. I'll stop by from time to time and check in. HTC makes nice phones. And now they provide a web-based bootloader unlocker (s-off). But how can you replace the pen?
Honestly I never use it. Only time I use it is when I'm sending snapchats and I draw something lol. I mainly run aosp so all the bells and whistles from it are useless.

Yep I agree, but I like nerding it up here also, except I don't have as much time as I used to. I'm definitely waiting for the note 3, my note will be 20 months around the speculated time of release so I'll be signing on another 2 year plan with AT&T . I just hope they don't go overboard with the note 3 size.
