The only problem that I have with leaked 4.3 rom is that my note 2 freeze after font change. Pull out the battery to restart and worked.

no... TW already has multiwindow for multitasking anyway. If you're looking for the bubble popup for new notifications you can try using floating notifications.
If you want to know why its not possible, I've discussed this at length in another port Halo thread, which can be found using search

OK guys here is my proplem, when i pull down my notification drawer it lags every time no smoothnes. And when i enable halo sometimes when i pull them down it lags harder. I use temasek Rom with boefla kernel.
I hope someone knows a solution this is just so ugly ((

It could be an app. Try greenifying most of your apps.

Do so often a factory reset in philz touch recovery and installed a New rom but no Result
