I found a swedish page with a price of all the pages on google
http://www.mobilgrossist.se/power-cover-xperia-z-ultra-cp12.html (bad warranty from this company, don't buy from them)
But that's $167..waay to much money if this is correct

I like the look of this. Only hope it has an appropriate price to match it.

around $200 (rumor said)

I emailed Sony to tell them their global websites have the dimensions listed for this product wrong
They are listed as 94x81x3 when the Z Ultra itself is 179x92x6.5
Way out particularly the hight, im guessing its 194mm
The width is clearly wrong as well though.

Is it available to buy is it in stock?

Thats an excellent find mate, thanks :good:
So in summary the Z Ultra it 179x92x6.5 and the case is 186.2x111.3x16.6
Weight is 290g. Is that for the case only? Thats heavy!!!!!!
I like the look of it but adding almost 2cm to the portrait width and 1 cm to the depth is substantial, not to mention the weight. I'll wait for a full review and maybe even try to see in person before buying.
Here is a link to the full user manual http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/cp12/userguide_EN_CP12_1277-5591.1.pdf
Edit..... Im sooo annoyed at these dumba$$es.. See page 4 of the manual... You have to remove the phone from the cover to charge the cover!!!!!! If so Epic Epic Epic Fail
But on page 5 it implies you can charge them both together... Now I'm confused lol

I think the weight is include the phone. Because the size also include the phone
and I can't find " You have to remove the phone from the cover to charge the cover "
Just see you can charge cover "and" phone by AC power.

Page 4 of the manual
To charge the Power Cover
1 Make sure your smartphone is removed from the Power Cover.
2 Plug the magnetic end of the charger cable into the Power Cover.
3 Plug the USB end of the cable into the AC adapter.
4 Plug the AC adapter into a power outlet.
Although I think you're right that is just to charge the case on its own, page 5 looks like you can charge case and phone at the same time....

i hope it include that magnetic charging cable, so i can skip buying that stupid dock

Desk Stand?

Just wondering if anyone has bought a desk stand for their Transformer, any to recommend? I've searched and although I didn't see one specifically made for the Trans, there are some universal stands available.
I don't want the official keyboard attachment, thought I'd better mention that just in case.
There is one on amazon (US though). It's perfect and everyone keeps asking where I got it from. I fits any tablet really. There's a thread on the XOOM forum somewhere

I think I've seen that one in a search result, how do you find it for stability? I'd hate to have something that's easy to topple.
There's loads on Amazon but none particularly cheap. Cheapo option is to use a picture frame or plate stand. Sounds stupid but they do the job. It's not like you'll see them once the pad is on it. Either that or you could make one yourself if you're handy with tools, and don't burn down the house.

That thing is stable as a rock! I put it every where... I even keeps my TF upright when it's standing on the mattress at night! It has padded rubber feet and the same rubber at the part where the tablet rests so it cannot slip easily. Well worth the money and it's foldable....

The biggest issue with that stand (I have one) is that you can't really have the charger connected whilst it is sitting on it.

Why cant you have the transformer's port at the top, and plug it in that way? The screen will adjust fine. You need a usb 3.0 extension cable of course though.

"This product is suitable for Samsung Galaxy Note. In addition to being a super battery life of portable back-up battery pack, you can also be used as the Samsung Galaxy Note protective cover, bring to your iPad strong momentum and excellent console protection."
Looks good if you buy it post a review I'm curious to know if its good or not.

Im confused. Do you have to already own the ipad or does it come with one? If it doesn't come with one can I use the "strong momentum and excellent console protection" on a different device, or perhaps other non-related items such as my cat?
I think I might buy that. Slimmer than the mugen, and it doubles as a portable charger or extender for 35 bucks.
I see one problem with it though, can't take the stylus out with the phone in it.

Actuall i think you can. If you look at the corner there appears to be a gap there. I bet thats an opening to access the s-pen. I went with the super thick super cheap extended battery. $8 for a batter that lasts me a couple days is nice. If you, or anyone else for that matter, gets this please take some pictures for us so we know what we're dealing with in thickness and effectivness. And and let me know if it helps you ipad out any.

I dunno, if you look at picture 4 and 7, it shows the word "IN". 4 looks like where the stylus would be, but on picture 7 its the same spot on the phone just flipped and it shows the USB port for charging it.
Looks like a good alternative for $35. Total charge capacity would be 5500 mAh, assuming all 3000 mAh of the Brando battery can be transferred to the phone. That would be about the same as the Mugen 5400 mAh extended battery.

It's not a passthrough, so the placement doesnt matter much. The thickness will prevent it from being used it most/all docks. According to the site you must take this off the phone in order to charge it or the phone. I do tons of supplemental charging on and off through the day that this is absurd and out of the question for me. But if you find yourself only charging at night only then this is not likely to be a big issue for you, only you will need to have a second charger at your night stand to charge them both.
see i plug mine in a lot through the day as well... would be nice to see one with pass though charging as well.
Looks cool but I think it would add to much weight and bulk.
not for At&t i717 note?!?
I think the pic is of the unbranded note and it is different enough to not fit at&t model.
I purchased a miikey external 5200 mah(? Not sure of #, but close) and it is like having 3 extra batteries without turning off phone to change out.
cost was: orig. $89.95, i hit a nice sale and got it for $50.oo purchased at at&t store in central nj!
the only thing it is not good for is if you need power when connected to a pc.
my original battery either needs calibration after rooting or i have a defective battery. so, i use this till i can figure out what is going on. prolly needs calibration.

Any Docks Tested for the LGOG?

Hello Guys!
I just bought my LGOG and I'm waiting for it in the mail. While it arrives, I've been looking for a dock that supports the phone but haven't found anything yet.
Have you guys know of any Dock that works and fits this phone? I was thinking of getting one of these but I'm not sure it will fit since it's for the S3:
ebay.com/itm/Dock-Cradle-Charger-Adapter-Base-for-Smartphone-Samsung-Galaxy-S3-S2-i9300-i9100-/281044938640?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item416f956f90
What do you guys think?
yeah I`m about ready to order a desktop dock for a note or note 2 and try it out, I just want it for my night stand, like this one its suppose to have a compliant mico usb so it will flex and move with different thickness of phones still on the fence about it
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Unive...1357149193&sr=8-45&keywords=note+desktop+dock
or one like this
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2032180&CatId=4975
Yeah i only need a dock for charging the phone on my night stand, so i guess a cheap one would do the trick. If no one has tried one yet I guess I'll have to buy one myself to try it out.

Good to know. I use a case so I'll probably have to find a really wide one. I will post any findings here.

Now, who's going to be the first to attempt to put the N4's charging coil in the OG?
here`s a dock I just bought from Amazon, the EZO dock it has adjustable front to back usb connector has soft pad for the back and front, looks like it would work with no problem if you had TPU case on your phone, but I use a neoprene slip pouch for my phone so I don`t have case that stays on the phone. pics are below

Probably be easier to get the coil from the Palm Pre (and cheaper to get parts). But I don't think it charges via the qi standard and you would have to use the TouchStone Charger.

i have this one universal dock. it works very nicely. the dock isn't confined to a single device so we wouldn't have to worry out phones being too big.

Would like to test
Hi I would like to test the extended battery for you. I know I might not have all the posts and replies however I am a technology teacher and can do a thorough test using a multimeter to measure voltage and cureent in the extended battery and transference.
Thanks
Andrew
Being a heavy user (my phone is my primary tool for work with easily 5-6 hours of phone meetings) I would very much like to test out the battery case.
I believe I should fit your requirements.
Also I would be able to provide a review in English and Danish on a few of the Danish mobile sites.
Let's get in touch

I'd like to try this out as well... I normally do not like the added bulk the battery cases add. But this is definitely something I would give a fair shot.
Maybe not as an everyday case, but for those long days at work (IT, so I'm constantly checking emails, etc...) and long trips.
I would be willing to test this out.
Both wife and I have a t-mobile z3 . I constantly find myself in no signal areasdue to work, and my wife spends several hours in a low/no signal area. We could definitely test this for you.
My only question is there an opening for the magnetic dock port? Don't need to fit it in the dock, but we have the charging cable so we don't need to open the flap.
And if you do send one, please send only one. My battery lasts more than enough. My wife's on the other hand barely makes it. But we can both test it

From the image on the first page it looks like the case itself uses the mag port to interface with the phone.
I would be a happy to test and leave a review/feedback for the product.
I have reviewed a few things before, also I feel that the more in detail each review is the better chance someone is to buy your product.
By looking at the images you have provided, it sure looks very sleek and nice, and would love to test it out for you.
Kind regards,

It would make sense to do so, as it would leave you free to plug devices into the USB port whilst charging. I have a charging case for my S3 and it stops data from working properly if you charge it on a PC, and you can forget OTG attachments. The magnetic port works around all of this.
@dmitrymugen
I would be happy to test and review this product. Looks very promising to say the least. Please get in touch. I normally do camera comparisons, often over lengthy periods of time, resulting in heavy battery drain. This would be a good test of your product indeed; to see what kind of use case scenario and strain it can withstand. Another test scenario I'm thinking of could be part of a personal test I'm currently conducting. That is comparing (the newly rolled out in the UK) 4G LTE mobile data via mobile hotspot as opposed to using home broadband. Enabling wifi hotspot on a mobile device DOES take a toll on battery life so the results would be interesting, once throwing the mugen into the mix of things.
Thanks.

Charger stand

Anyone have tips on making a charger stand or dock?
I basically have to have my watch on its face to charge.
Mine charges perfectly fine.. Never need to put it on its face.
I have the gunmetal with the brown leather band. I'm able to set it upright on the band with the band open. It doesn't look great but at least it's face up.
Would a *spit* applewatch stand work, or would the weight of the watch cause it to fall off? Could mould a disc from plastic or something to fit the circle and poke the charger through for the Zen?
You could use a simple wooden dowel with a 45° angle and screw the charging kit on top. (it looks like the old charging kit doesn't fit and we have to wait for a new version)
Built one
I've got the same Idea and built a dual Charger today. Looks great and works great, too

damn, this looks nice.
at the moment I'm thinking about something bigger where I can place all my devices (watch, phone, tablet, battery pack, ...)
Do you know a _good_ charging station with 2.4A? something like this?
Thanks!
I'm using a product called "tizi tankstelle" which can be found on amazon. They've got other USB-Chargers etc. as well. You can have a look here:

You can use this with any Apple Watch stand and you have one for under $30.

Dude that is flipping sweet. In fact I think I will make that tonight. My phone wirelessly charges, so I would want to have a hole on the base to fit the puck. I actually think I would like the phone to be inclined with a footer, so I can just drop it without having to worry about alignment.
Wow what a great idea. It would make great gifts too.
The only problem I would have is I have a metal band that doesn't open, so I would have to make a L bracket so I can slide it over.
Thanks. Pls upload a picture of your finished work
If you want to go cheap I found 2 projects on Thingiverse. In my current city there are no 3D printer (checked on 3dhubs.com), once I'll come back to the University I'll try to print something.

Yes, I actually bought two. It worked perfectly in two different watch stands.
Has anyone found a source for spare charging cables yet? Google Store doesn't allow me to put in cart... Must be because I'm in Canada. :/

I am in the same boat. Would love a spare charger for at work.
hopefully ebay will have these soon enough.
Side note: do you find your watch has horrible connection distance/ always disconnects?

Yes, yes I do. One of the things I have found that helped a bit was to go into the Battery in the Settings, hit the 3dot menu, go into Battery Optimization and stop optimizing Android Wear. Hasn't solved the problem, but it has helped.
Either this is an issue with the Nexus 6P's bluetooth or the Zenwatch 2 is screwing bluetooth up big time. I've been having issues with my bluetooth headphones and with uConnect in my truck too. Eventually I need to take the ZenWatch 2 out of the equation and see if my BT problems go away. But it's been bad.

Thanks for this. I ordered mine from Amazon, and was surprised how well it worked. Bought an elander stand to go with it and it's pretty well perfect. Only wish there was more hardware/software support for this watch, as I'm finding that there isn't a lot out there for it. Shame too, because I think it's a very underrated watch.
If I may make a suggestion, the imprinted logo on the bottom doesn't make for adhering a sticky patch on it all that great.
